Ida Ayu Made, Wagini; This study aims to determine the inventory of raw materials in the production process to support the Martabak Alim Bengkulu City. The analytical method used was the determination of the purchase of the economy ( Economic Order Quantity ) , Inventory Safety ( Safety Stock ) , and the determination of the reorder point ( Re - Order Point . The survey results revealed that the purchase of raw materials on Martabak Alim Bengkulu City during the year 2017 with the EOQ method is 433 kg of wheat flour special for Martabak in one booking with frequency ordering as many as 4 times and intervals of 78 working days . The assessment of safety stock ( safety stock ) against wheat flour made in Martabak Alim Bengkulu City in the amount of 15 kg . appraisal ordering time again ( Re -order point) wheat flour in Martabak Alim Bengkulu City in the amount of 27 Kg . This is so that the arrival of raw materials to be booked to coincide with the current live inventory for safety stock ( safety stock ) Key Words: Analysis, Raw Material Inventory, Martabak Alim

To study the effective therapeutic bioavailability of Atazanavir Sulfate (ATV), administered singly or in combination with Ritonavir, a cost effective and rapid method is required. In order to assess an in-depth study, it is primarily thought prudent to develop an effective analytical method for estimation of ATV in marketed dosage forms. The present work is to develop a simple and precise analytical method for in depth evaluation of therapeutic efficacy of ATV. The novelty of the method shows linearity in the concentration range of 10-100 µg/mL at two wavelengths, i.e. 254 nm and 284 nm respectively. The chromatographic system consists of HiQSil C18HS column; an isocratic mobile phase consisted of methanol and tetrahydrofuran (95:5 v/v). The developed method is validated according to ICH guidelines in capsule dosage form. Validation of the developed method shows good result in range, linearity, accuracy and precision. Student’st–test was used to correlate the two methods and applied to raw materials and capsule dosage form.

The article is a summary of scientific reports from the last 16 years (2005–2021) on the use of capillary electrophoresis to analyze polyphenolic compounds, coumarins, amino acids, and alkaloids in teas or different parts of plants used to prepare aqueous infusions, commonly known as “tea” or decoctions. This literature review is based on PRISMA guidelines and articles selected in base of criteria carried out using PICOS (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome, Study type). The analysis showed that over 60% of articles included in this manuscript comes from China. The literature review shows that for the selective electrophoretic separation of polyphenolic and flavonoid compounds, the most frequently used capillary electromigration technique is capillary electrophoresis with ultraviolet detection. Nevertheless, the use of capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry allows for the sensitive determination of analytes with a lower limit of detection and gives hope for routine use in the analysis of functional foods. Moreover, using the modifications in electrochemical techniques allows methods sensitivity reduction along with the reduction of analysis time.

The photoluminescence of carbon quantum dots synthesized from natural honey and mixtures of honey and sugar has been studied. An increase in the sugar content leads to a decrease in the photoluminescence intensity without changing the shape of the luminescence spectrum of these quantum dots aqueous solutions, which is associated with a decrease in the yield of their synthesis in the sugar presence. The discovered effect can be used to detect sugar in honey. When examining five different market samples of flower honey using this method, two of them showed a significant decrease in the photoluminescence intensity. A laboratory test for compliance with GOST 19792-2017 Standard requirements established an excess of the sucrose content in these samples. Luminescent determination of sugar in honey does not require complicated equipment and can be used to develop a new analytical method for determining the sugar content in counterfeit natural honey.
