Business incubation is one of entrepreneurship development methods believed to have advantages compared with other SME development patterns. The model used in managing the business incubators is influenced by the business focus of the participants/tenants. In managing the ICT business incubators, there are some key factors slightly different from the management of others. However, the legal rules and standards for organizing various types of incubators are still equated. It is concerned that there will be some misunderstandings/misleading from the administrators or managers in providing their services, so that the process fails to reach its main objectives. This study has surveyed some managers of ICT incubators to get their perspectives about the dominant aspects among 8-S mandatory services by using Analytical Hierarchy Process, and also some tenants about their satisfaction to incubators services. The result is then reviewed based on ICT product and business characteristics.

Keywords: ICT Business Incubators, Management, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Customer Development Model.

Complexities faced by oil and gas projects due to uncertainty and risk, demand the implementation of project management techniques for their successful completion. Therefore, this is made by using analytical hierarchy process, to identify and prioritize the key factors for successful project management performance of oil and gas projects. These factors are categorized into three groups which include attributes of project staff, project planning process and assessment of project quality. Using expert choice, a hierarchy is developed followed by pairwise comparison based upon data collection from industrial experts of oil and gas sector. Results of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) concluded that, project completion within estimated time and budget, clarity of objectives and involvement of top management are most crucial elements for improvement in project management performance of oil and gas projects. Whereas sensitivity analysis being carried out according to three different scenarios highlighted factors according to their relative importance.

This paper is an analysis of potential settlement locations for polycentric centers and their expected role in socio-cultural, economic, environment and transport network as well as spatial development in the Baglung district. Using multi criteria evaluation analysis approach and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) numbers of polycentric settlement centers were identified as the potential centers for socio-economic development at the district level. The empirical findings indicate the polycentric settlement centers not only promote economies and facilitate social integration but also generate a disproportionate number of trips and promote transit ridership. It also helps to strengthen forward and backward linkages between hinterland and service providing center. A balanced and sustainable polycentric development model has been proposed for overall sustainable development through development of polycentric settlement. The Geographical Journal of NepalVol. 11: 137-155, 2018
