The existence of a demographic transition that in the long run has an impact on the population explosion in the productive age and even the population trend shows a growing pattern of population growth in the productive age. It is feared that the number of people of productive age who are not absorbed in employment will eventually become unemployed. Unemployment of productive age will have an impact on the amount of educated unemployment. This study will analyze the demographic, human capital and economic factors behind educated unemployment in Sragen Regency in 2019, from the supply dan demand side. The data used is the raw data of the results of the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) in Agustus 2019 from the Statistics of Sragen Regency (BPS) with a sample of 602 respondents. The method used is logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the variables age, number of household members, gender, relationship with the head of the household, marital status, Diploma I / II, Diploma III, Diploma IV / S1 and S2 affect the probability of the educated workforce to be unemployed. Meanwhile, the domicile variable does not significantly affect the probability of the educated workforce being unemployed.

This study analyzes corruption and economic growth. The method of analysis uses literature studies. This literature study was carried out by searching scientific research articles about corruption through Google Scholar and journals about corruption. After the identification of several articles, the results show different results about the effect of corruption on economic growth. From each journal shows Corruption has a negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia and those that have a positive effect. This shows several factors that underlie the influence of corruption on economic growth, namely due to cultural differences, policies, economic freedom and the rules of each region. The diversity of each region in Indonesia makes a different level of influence of corruption so that if a region has a high level of economic freedom and rules and bureaucracy that are not difficult, corruption has a positive effect on economic growth. In general, the effect of corruption on economic growth is negative, where the cleaner the region or region is from corruption, the more it will encourage the growth of the region.

Calculation of the Central Statistics Agency, in 1 minute 32 seconds 1 criminal act occurred in Indonesia. Meanwhile, of the 100,000 people in Indonesia 140 of them are at risk of being exposed to a crime. The high crime rate is influenced by several factors such as education, lack of strict law, high unemployment and inadequate wages. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of factors that influence the occurrence of criminal acts in North Sumatra, determine the development of criminal and civil cases that occurred in North Sumatra and determine the effect of crime on economic growth in North Sumatra. This study is a follow-up study that researchers conducted previously. The analytical method used for secondary data is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) using simple linear regression. The results of this study based on data still appear that each year many criminal cases in North Sumatra remain unresolved. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression the equation is Y = 2.063 + 0.051 X. The partial test results show that there is no partial effect between the crime variable on economic growth in North Sumatra. The inefficient results of the determination of the crime variable on economic growth in North Sumatra are very small at 0.01persen meaning there are still many that can be used as variables that can influence the occurrence of crime in North Sumatra

This study examined the effect of PAD and balance funds on regional financial performance and community welfare in districts / cities in Central Java. The purpose of this study was to prove how much effect the PAD, DBH, DAU and DAK had on regional financial performance and the level of community welfare in districts / cities in Central Java, both partially and simultaneously. The data used in this research was secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which was the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. Samples were taken as many as 31 districts / cities in Central Java. The research method used causality research with multiple linear regression models. In this study, the independent variable affects the dependent variable. The results showed that DAU, and DAK partially effected regional financial performance, while PAD, DBH, DAU, and DAK simultaneously affected regional financial performance. The results of other studies indicate that partially there were only two variables PAD and DAU that affect the level of community welfare. Besides that simultaneously PAD, DBH, DAU and DAK variables affect the level of community welfare.

The economic dynamics in Magelang City, although quite impressive in the last five years, but have had anomalies in several years. The interrelated achievement of several macro indicators does not show synergy with various existing economic theories. This study examines the economic anomaly that occurred in Magelang City through the analysis of the relationship of several macro indicators with OLS regression and the Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model. The research results show that there is a negative relationship between the inflation variable and the unemployment rate on GDP. It was also found that GDP had significant granger causality over unemployment rate. Unemployment rate showed a negative response since the first period due to changes in the inflation rate. But in the 5th to the 10th years its fluctuations began to shrink. Meanwhile the GDP responded negatively to the dynamics of inflation with fluctuations that widened throughout the year. The determination of the cut-off point for inflation figures needs to be carefully formulated so that all related indicators can move dynamically but harmoniously.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of PKH on Beneficiary Families (KPM) households work incentives that can be seen from the reduction in household hours worked. This type of data used is primary data obtained through an individual survei of 100 Beneficiary Families (KPM) in Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency. The analytical method used in this study is binary logistic regression. The results of the study on the overall of Beneficiary Families (KPM) household scopes showed that the variable proportion of PKH assistance, the proportion of household income significantly influence the reduction in the number of working hours of Beneficiary Families (KPM) households in Bulakamba District. The reduction in household working hours is concentrated or dominated by the decrease of wife's working hours. While the reduction in working hours of the head of the family does not have a big role in reducing household work hours. This shows that the wife's working hours are more responsive than the head of thefamily's working hours when there is a social assistance provided.

Village development positions the village as the subject of development. Competitiveness is defined as the ability to achieve the absolute development goals a village must have to realize the village development policy. The limited size of competitiveness to the village level shows the urgency of establishing these indicators. This study aims to establish a village competitiveness index (IDD) and its comparability to kelurahans. Composite index formation refers to the Handbook on Constructing Composite Indicators: Methodology and User Guide compiled by the OECD. This index covers 5 dimensions and uses 2014 Village Potential data (PODES). This study produces IDD that is positively and significantly correlated with the 2014 Village Development Index (IPD). Villages and Kelurahan are grouped into 3 namely low, medium and high competitiveness. To help the analysis, the authors use the help of thematic maps, spider charts and box plots. In this study, it was found that villages and sub-districts in the highlands tend to be categorized as low competitiveness. In addition, villages and kelurahan with low competitiveness are concentrated in many districts such as Purworejo, Rembang, Wonosobo, Blora, and Wonogiri. Village characteristics have low economic and health dimensions.

This study provides an overview of the development patterns of tourism activities through the management of Human Resources, capital, technology and natural potential including plantations and animal husbandry. Research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Researchers obtain the best method for managing tourism through the Analytical Hierarchy Process. Researchers obtained results that the development of tourism activities based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process is an increase in tourism not only on the beach but also on agribusiness tourism such as plantations and animal husbandry. There needs to be cooperation with investors to increase tourism activities, in addition, improving human resources is very important for the process of adaptation to the development of global tourism. In addition, technology is an equally important aspect. With this increase, tourism activities will run optimally. The researcher suggests that the manager of the Pantai Baru Pandan Simo area to further optimize the development of agro tourism activities that focus on marketing agricultural and livestock activities so that tourists can blend in with the activities of the local community. This will add value to economic activity.
