Work Environment and Work Motivation can affect performance in an institution, institution or company. For that, a leader needs to think about it. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the influence of the work environment with the performance of Non-formal Educators on the Development Center for Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education, (2) the effect of work motivation on the performance of Non-Formal Educators at the Center for Early Childhood Education Development and Gorontalo Society Education. (3) the influence of the work environment and work motivation together with the performance of Nonformal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education. The method used in this research is to use quantitative through remorse techniques to express one variable to another. The population in this study were non-formal educators at the Gorontalo Center for Early Childhood Education and Community Education, which collected 80 people while the sample was a population sample. Data collected through questionnaire distribution. The conclusions of this study are (1) Providing a positive influence on the performance of Non-formal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Society Education, providing improved environmental performance with the performance of non-formal educators. (2) Providing positive motivation for the performance of Non-formal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education, providing good motivation for improving the performance of Non-Formal Educators. (3) Making a positive contribution to the work environment and work motivation together to the performance of Non-formal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education, this means improving the work environment and encouraging work and then improving the performance of Non-formal Educators. The novelty of the research is the performance of Non-formal Educators will be more effective if a leader always provides work motivation regularly and makes a conducive work environment. This research provides knowledge to leaders in improving the performance of Non-formal Educators or teachers, needing to pay attention to motivation and work environment within an institution or company.

One of the educational problems in Indonesia is the curriculum. Along with the development and challenges of the times, the curriculum is always run into changing, as well the systemic and purposefull development. the curriculum implementation should be able to realize the vision, mission, and goals of national education gradually. the most basic of change and development of curriculum  is changing and developing early childhood curriculum. because the quality of Early Childhood Education determines the quality of Indonesian human resources (HR) in the future, one of which is the 2013 early childhood curriculum. currently early childhood education has had its own curriculum, because during this time early childhood education doesn't have an curriculum. the 2013 Early Childhood curriculum  is expected to encourage the development of learners optimally.

Remote Education through the Eyes of Two Generations of Early Childhood Education Teachers The aim of the article is to examine the views of early childhood education teachers about the realities of widely understood remote education. Due to the times of the pandemic, the research sample and the research itself is just a conversation with two teachers of early childhood education, taking into account the same research problems. The authors wanted them to be people who teach at the same level of education, with different professional experience and a diverse range of experiences. Both teachers were positive about the conversations. They were guided by the willingness to help and the curiosity of the research results.

The present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the current Early Childhood Education (ECE) Program regarding the facilities provided in Public Schools of Punjab. The study was quantitative in nature. Eleven districts out of fourteen districts of central Punjab were selected randomly. A self-developed checklist was deployed to collect data from public ECE schools of Punjab through a convenient sampling technique. The reliability of the checklist was measured through the pilot study with the Cronbach alpha value of 0.78.  Quantitative data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. Results of this study indicated that there was a shortage of separate allocated ECE rooms, trained ECE teachers, Care-giver, ECE kits, learning corners, the teacher-made toys, portfolios, and furnished playgrounds. The results of this study further revealed that on average the enrollment and retention rate of katchi in the year 2018 is higher than the enrollment and retention rate in katchi of the year 2013. This study was a comprehensive report about the ECE program in Punjab which will be very useful and informative for policymakers, administration of the Quaid-Azam academy for education development, Punjab to modify the program according to the need for achieving goals as well as researchers.

Early Childhood Education has grown in our society. But on the other hand, the problem of violence against children (KDRT), including early childhood, is still an important issue in this country. This is because parents' understanding of the meaning of education as a whole, let alone exemplified by the Prophet, is apparently still uneven. Even though the principles of early childhood education in the prophet's perspective already exist and can be role models. So, the objectives of this study are (1) to arouse awareness of parents to imitate the Prophet in early education for children, (2) to find a character education development strategy in early childhood education by involving parents This research method uses a qualitative research approach with text analysis (discourse), an objective hermeneutic approach to verses and hadiths as well as sources of information. The theory used in this study is the concept of AUD and combines the basic principles of verses from the Qur'an and Hadith and narrations. . The results of this study indicate that (1) at least 10 points of early childhood education have been exemplified by the Prophet in various aspects of children's life, in worship practices, and morals (2) strategies for developing early childhood education with the perspective of the Prophet's da'wah can be done by: strengthening communication parents with teachers, strengthening parent human resources with parenting study material, and strengthening the relationship between parents and teachers through family gathering activities.Keywords: da'wah, domestic violence, early childhood education, education, early childhood, Abstrak  Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini sudah tumbuh di masyarakat kita. Tetapi pada sisi lain problem kekerasan terhadap anak-anak (KDRT), termasuk anak usia dini masih menjadi persoalan penting di negeri ini. Hal ini karena pemahaman orangtua terhadap makna pendidikan secara utuh apalagi diteladankan Nabi saw tampaknya masih belum merata. Padahal prinsip pendidikan anak usia dini dalam perspektif nabi sudah ada dan bisa jadi teladan. Maka, tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menggugah kesadaran orangtua untuk meneladani Nabi saw dalam pendidikan sejak dini bagi anak-anak, (2) menemukan strategi pengembangan pendidikan karakter pada anak PAUD dengan melibatkan orangtua murid. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan riset kualitatif dengan analisys text (wacana) pendekatan metode hermeneutic obyektif atasayat-ayat dan hadis serta sumber informasi.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini konsep AUD dan menggabungkan dengan prinsip dasar ayat Al-Qur’an dan Hadits serta riwayat. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) setidaknya ada 10 poin pendidikan anak sejak dini telah dicontohkan Nabi saw dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan anak, dalam praktek ibadah, dan akhlak (2) strategi pengembangan PAUD dengan perspektif dakwah nabi saw bisa dilakukan dengan cara: penguatan komunikasi orangtua dengan guru, penguatan SDM orangtua dengan materi kajian parenting, dan penguatan silaturahmi orangtua dengan guru melalui kegiatan Family gathering.Kata kunci: dakwah, KDRT, PAUD, pendidikan, usia dini

Early Childhood Education Institutions (ECD) is an institution that tries to organize education development aimed at children from the age of three up to six and accomplished by providing stimulation of education to help the growth and the development of physical and spiritual children in order to have the readiness to enter higher education. To achieve these objectives, we need a leadership that can make early childhood institution become an institution that can develop early childhood potencies in accordance with the expectations of their parents and society. Besides, it also takes a leadership that can motivate teachers to have high creativity in order to reach successful learning quality. Teachers’ creativities need the supportof a leader by giving motivation/reward, teachers training, and opportunities for teachers to develop their talents so that early childhood education can continue growing and having quality.
