Early Childhood Education has grown in our society. But on the other hand, the problem of violence against children (KDRT), including early childhood, is still an important issue in this country. This is because parents' understanding of the meaning of education as a whole, let alone exemplified by the Prophet, is apparently still uneven. Even though the principles of early childhood education in the prophet's perspective already exist and can be role models. So, the objectives of this study are (1) to arouse awareness of parents to imitate the Prophet in early education for children, (2) to find a character education development strategy in early childhood education by involving parents This research method uses a qualitative research approach with text analysis (discourse), an objective hermeneutic approach to verses and hadiths as well as sources of information. The theory used in this study is the concept of AUD and combines the basic principles of verses from the Qur'an and Hadith and narrations. . The results of this study indicate that (1) at least 10 points of early childhood education have been exemplified by the Prophet in various aspects of children's life, in worship practices, and morals (2) strategies for developing early childhood education with the perspective of the Prophet's da'wah can be done by: strengthening communication parents with teachers, strengthening parent human resources with parenting study material, and strengthening the relationship between parents and teachers through family gathering activities.Keywords: da'wah, domestic violence, early childhood education, education, early childhood, Abstrak  Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini sudah tumbuh di masyarakat kita. Tetapi pada sisi lain problem kekerasan terhadap anak-anak (KDRT), termasuk anak usia dini masih menjadi persoalan penting di negeri ini. Hal ini karena pemahaman orangtua terhadap makna pendidikan secara utuh apalagi diteladankan Nabi saw tampaknya masih belum merata. Padahal prinsip pendidikan anak usia dini dalam perspektif nabi sudah ada dan bisa jadi teladan. Maka, tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menggugah kesadaran orangtua untuk meneladani Nabi saw dalam pendidikan sejak dini bagi anak-anak, (2) menemukan strategi pengembangan pendidikan karakter pada anak PAUD dengan melibatkan orangtua murid. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan riset kualitatif dengan analisys text (wacana) pendekatan metode hermeneutic obyektif atasayat-ayat dan hadis serta sumber informasi.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini konsep AUD dan menggabungkan dengan prinsip dasar ayat Al-Qur’an dan Hadits serta riwayat. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) setidaknya ada 10 poin pendidikan anak sejak dini telah dicontohkan Nabi saw dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan anak, dalam praktek ibadah, dan akhlak (2) strategi pengembangan PAUD dengan perspektif dakwah nabi saw bisa dilakukan dengan cara: penguatan komunikasi orangtua dengan guru, penguatan SDM orangtua dengan materi kajian parenting, dan penguatan silaturahmi orangtua dengan guru melalui kegiatan Family gathering.Kata kunci: dakwah, KDRT, PAUD, pendidikan, usia dini

To realize the vision of national development, namely to realize a society of noble character, morality, ethics, culture and civilization based on the Pancasila philosophy, the national education system must be the main focus that must be addressed. Based on the functions and objectives of national education, it is clear that education at every level must be organized systematically to achieve that goal. This concerns the reality of education in educational units from early childhood education to tertiary education which is currently experiencing fading and degradation in terms of forming the character of its students. All of this is due to the absence of a learning system focused on the direction of the formation of superior character values. Keywords:education, character education, youth and the future of the nation Untuk mewujudkan visi pembangunan nasional, yaitu mewujudkan masyarakat berakhlak mulia, bermoral, beretika, berbudaya dan beradab berdasarkan falsafah Pancasila, maka sistem pendidikan nasional harus menjadi fokus utama yang harus dibenahi. Berdasarkan fungsi dan tujuan pendidikan nasional, jelas bahwa pendidikan di setiap jenjang, harus diselenggarakan secara sistematis guna mencapai tujuan tersebut. Hal ini menyangkut realitas pendidikan di dalam satuan pendidikan dari pendidikan usia dini sampai perguruan tinggi yang saat ini mengalami pemudaran dan degradasi dalam hal pembentukan karakter peserta didiknya. Work Environment and Work Motivation can affect performance in an institution, institution or company. For that, a leader needs to think about it. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the influence of the work environment with the performance of Non-formal Educators on the Development Center for Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education, (2) the effect of work motivation on the performance of Non-Formal Educators at the Center for Early Childhood Education Development and Gorontalo Society Education. (3) the influence of the work environment and work motivation together with the performance of Nonformal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education. The method used in this research is to use quantitative through remorse techniques to express one variable to another. The population in this study were non-formal educators at the Gorontalo Center for Early Childhood Education and Community Education, which collected 80 people while the sample was a population sample. Data collected through questionnaire distribution. The conclusions of this study are (1) Providing a positive influence on the performance of Non-formal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Society Education, providing improved environmental performance with the performance of non-formal educators. (2) Providing positive motivation for the performance of Non-formal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education, providing good motivation for improving the performance of Non-Formal Educators. (3) Making a positive contribution to the work environment and work motivation together to the performance of Non-formal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education, this means improving the work environment and encouraging work and then improving the performance of Non-formal Educators. The novelty of the research is the performance of Non-formal Educators will be more effective if a leader always provides work motivation regularly and makes a conducive work environment. This research provides knowledge to leaders in improving the performance of Non-formal Educators or teachers, needing to pay attention to motivation and work environment within an institution or company.

Kindergarten is an education for early childhood that is on the formal path, Early Childhood education not only to form children who are smart but personable and berakrakter. There are 18 values of character education to be implanted to early childhood. To gauge whether early childhood already has the character applied by the school within a certain period of time, an assessment is required. Assessment of character education is intended to detect the character formed in early childhood during study in Kindergarten.

This study is aware of the management of Early Childhood Education through National Character Education based on Democracy. The problems of this study are: 1) What is the process of applying the management of Early Childhood Education through the National Character Education based on Democracy; 2) Can through the management of Early Childhood Education be implemented the National Character Education based on Democracy. The type of research used the classroom action research which seeks to examine and reflect in depth some aspects of teaching and learning activities. The focus of this research is the management of Early Childhood Education through National Character Education based on human resources and local education activities with the management of Early Childhood Education. The subjects was the subject of the study TK PGRI Standard Corawali, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, consisting of 25 children consisting of 10 boys and 15 girls. The instrument that will be used is observation, tests and documentation. Data to be processed by percentage analysis and presented in the form of descriptions and presentations. The implementation plan begins with asking questions, thinking together and answering; 2) Application of the approach to improving learning outcomes and increasing character in TK PGRI Standard Corawali to apply the character of children. The goals and objectives of education held in schools are formal and informal channels. The main target of education can be achieved well, it needs to be initiated in the concept of integration through a character approach to TK PGRI Standard Corawali.

Teachers use several methods to teach children in Early childhood Education classes. Storytelling and play-way methods are employed to teach initial concepts in a conducive and stimulating learning environment. The purpose of this study was to identify the mindfulness, utilization, and challenges faced by ECE teachers while teaching through these methods. The phenomenological design was employed by using a qualitative research approach. The ten ECE schoolteachers were selected as participants, who were teaching to grade one student through the purposive sampling technique. Self-developed semi-structured interviews were carried out, and the data were transcribed into codes and themes. The research revealed that teachers were more aware of the storytelling method than the play way method. They were facing different challenges while using the storytelling and play-way method at the ECE level. It is recommended that resource rooms should be established for the provision of the best opportunities for training to ECE teachers.

The objectives to be achieved in this study are to analyze (1) descriptive results of accreditation throughout Depok's early childhood education centers in 2018; (2) the results of the distribution of accreditation throughout Depok's early childhood education centers in 11 districts; (3) the results of accreditation based on the length of the school's establishment, land area, and accreditation experience in each kindergarten program. This study uses a mix method research approach with critical analysis methods and library methods, so as to present quantitative data simply and describe it in qualitative data. The findings are as follows: (1) The number of accredited institutions is still dominated by early childhood education centers with TK programs, namely 97 institutions out of 186 institutions that participate in accreditation or as much as 52% of the total early childhood education centers that participate in accreditation; (2) There is an inequality in the number of accredited institutions in 11 districts in Depok; and (3) High and low accreditation scores do not always relate to the length of standing, land area and experience of institutions in implementing accreditation.
