The authors of this contribution are dealing with the potential of applied algorithmization as a methodology of improving efficiency and accelerating the process of designing as well as program implementation of simulation models for the purpose of computer-based modeling and simulation of airport processes. At this simulation, quality is built upon on a precisely defined model of airport processes are set forth by the authors as part of the process of designing a modern Departure Control System (DCS) of airports, which currently designated for automation of a complex management of processes in the field of passenger and baggage handling, the airports offer to individual air carriers. The resulting algorithms designed for the separate separate processes of the DCS will help the authors understand real processes taking place at the airport with the aim to optimize the course of actions at the airport operation. A precisely built model of airport processes is the prerequisite of proper implementation of the simulation, pointing out both the advantages and disadvantages of this models and their implementation in practice.

В статье рассматривается вопрос совершенствования системы управления параллельно-работающими насосными агрегатами с целью повышения энергоэффективности их работы. Проведено сравнение и выявление недостатков существующих методов решения рассматриваемой проблемы. Предложена идея нового подхода на базе онлайн оптимизации. The problem under consideration is improvement of the energy efficiency of a control system of parallel-running pump units. Known methods used to solve this problem are considered. Their advantages and disadvantages are shown. Finally, the idea of a new approach, which is based on online optimization, is proposed.

In the AC control system, vector control theory is very popular as it makes the AC motor achieve the performance as perfect as DC motor [1]. In the paper, the vector control theory is briefly introduced, and then a vector control system model is builded in the matlab/simulink, and the SVPWM technique is adopted. The results show that the improved vector control sytem of PMSM has a excellent performance.

The author discusses some of the problems of failure-survival automatic flight control systems and suggests some basic ground rules as design criteria. The advantages and disadvantages of some of the main types of system are discussed: duplex, triplex, triple component, duplicate-monitored and quadruplex systems being covered. In particular, a quadruplex actuator is described which has been designed and developed mainly for automatic flight control system applications where a very high degrees of failure-survival capability is required. A detailed failure analysis of the various systems is carried out and the importance of the electrical and hydraulic supply system configurations and failure rates is brought out.

The present article reviews published efforts to study acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase structure and function using computer-based modeling and simulation techniques. Structures and models of both enzymes from various organisms, including rays, mice, and humans, are discussed to highlight key structural similarities in the active site gorges of the two enzymes, such as flexibility, binding site location, and function, as well as differences, such as gorge volume and binding site residue composition. Catalytic studies are also described, with an emphasis on the mechanism of acetylcholine hydrolysis by each enzyme and novel mutants that increase catalytic efficiency. The inhibitory activities of myriad compounds have been computationally assessed, primarily through Monte Carlo-based docking calculations and molecular dynamics simulations. Pharmaceutical compounds examined herein include FDA-approved therapeutics and their derivatives, as well as several other prescription drug derivatives. Cholinesterase interactions with both narcotics and organophosphate compounds are discussed, with the latter focusing primarily on molecular recognition studies of potential therapeutic value and on improving our understanding of the reactivation of cholinesterases that are bound to toxins. This review also explores the inhibitory properties of several other organic and biological moieties, as well as advancements in virtual screening methodologies with respect to these enzymes.

In order to improve the automation level for the control system of liquid fermentation of a company in Hubei province, and combine with the requirements of the company, a distributed control system of liquid fermentation is designed. The control system is composed of host computer based on WinCC, and the slave computer is S7-300 PLC of SIEMENS. The fermentation parameters, including rotation speed, temperature, pH, DO, O2, CO2, can be real-time online collected, and realize the frequency control of motor and precise control of temperature. The experiment result shows that the system runs stably and credibly, the parameters can be collected accurately and the temperature control accuracy has been achieved to be ±0.1°C.
