The article explores the possibility of using psycholinguistic patterns in a dialogue with the Internet visitors. The scheme of the semantic kernel is shown for the purpose-setting installation of the search system and the methodology for constructing patterns, taking into account the psycholinguistic features of constructing a dialogue for obtaining the required information. The model of building psycholinguistic patterns for revealing the semantic information in dialogues is given. Patterns are based on associative links of words and word combinations. Such associative connections allow expanding the list of related words and revealing key information in the best way from short messages. The use of such a method in interactive active search systems makes it possible to improve information exchange and achieve a higher level of identifying the purpose of the dialogue.

Context influences information seeking behaviour; however, search systems have not made much use of contextual information to date. We present research that combines information behaviour and information retrieval approaches to develop a contextual search system for a software engineering work domain.Le contexte influence le comportement informationnel; cependant, les systèmes de recherche n'ont pas fait beaucoup d'utilisation de l'information contextuelle jusqu'ici. Nous présentons une étude qui combine des approches de comportement informationnel et de repérage d’information a fin de développer un système contextuel de recherche pour un domaine de travail de technologie de la programmation.

The author reviews in brief the library catalogs as the origins of subject search in the modern search systems. He examines the concept of “subject search”, offers its definition (lacking in the state standards – GOSTs), specifies the types (subject search, search by keywords, systematic search) and characterizes them. The libraries use intensively all three types of subject search while the Internet-based search engines offer just one type, i.e. search by keywords. The universal search systems, like Google and Yandex, do not entail cataloguing, however the possibility of subject search by keywords is designed within html-code and tagging system. The author investigates into the application of systematic search on the Internet. He concludes that this search type emphasizes is intensively applied to the resources related to libraries or science and research (library e-catalogs, abstract databases, etc.). He suggests that in time tagging, the Internet popular subject search system, will tend to classifying and systematic search.

The rapid growth of the Internet as an environment for information exchange and the lack of enforceable standards regarding the information it contains has lead to numerous information qual ity problems. A major issue is the inability of Search Engine technology to wade through the vast expanse of questionable content and return "quality" results to a user's query. This paper attempts to address some of the issues involved in determining what quality is, as it pertains to information retrieval on the Internet. The IQIP model is presented as an approach to managing the choice and implementation of quality related algorithms of an Internet crawling Search Engine.

In the existing web search systems, the information retrieval isperformed using a single query and mapping it to a set ofdocuments. From a single query, however, the search systemscan only have very limited clue about the user‟s informationneed. The user‟s context and his environment are ignored whilesearching the information resulting in irrelevant search results.These irrelevant search results increase the cognitive overheadof the user in filtering them out and finding useful information.Therefore, the search systems must incorporate contextinformation regarding user and his environment search thehighly relevant web pages. This paper prepares an Entity-Centric model for the context and proposes a framework forcontext-aware focused web search system that considers thevarious context features and returns highly relevant searchresults to the user.

This article is devoted to the study of the multimedia environment of the polemic discourse in German media with its diverse formats of impact on the audience and the actively developing internal dynamics of texts. If at the end of the XXth century the specifics of German media were the use of the Internet site as one of the possibilities to present copies of newspapers and magazines in electronic form, today we can speak of modified, hybrid Internet versions of printed publications that do not just create websites on the Internet that duplicate their main activity, but also combines the features of the traditional press and features of the functioning of texts on the Internet. The transition from linear, monomedia broadcasting platforms to discrete, multimedia ones has a significant impact on the process of creating, designing and placing modern polemics. Texts of articles and user comments are considered in the article as tmaterialization of the polemic discourse in the media. Polemic texts are formed on the basis of intertextual structures and have a hypertext nature. The use of multimedia tools (a variety of fonts, graphics, animation, photo, video and sound) in the text of the article allows the author not only to expand the amount of information provided, but also to qualitatively supplement its content through inline inclusions tn the text, to express the meaning of information by referring to verbal and non-verbal means; to provide a visual and figurative presentation of information (graphs, charts, tables), to attract attention and influence the audience, as well as to provide readers with the opportunity to participate in information exchange.

By interconnecting nanomachines and forming nanonetworks, the capacities of single nanomachines are expected to be enhanced, as the ensuing information exchange will allow them to cooperate towards a common goal. Nowadays, systems normally use electromagnetic signals to encode, send and receive information, however, in a novel communication paradigm, molecular transceivers, channel models or protocols use molecules. This article presents the current developments in nanomachines along with their future architecture to better understand nanonetwork scenarios in biomedical applications. Furthermore, to highlight the communication needs between nanomachines, two applications for nanonetworks are also presented: i) a new networking paradigm, called the Internet of NanoThings, that allows nanoscale devices to interconnect with existing communication networks, and ii) Molecular Communication, where the propagation of chemical compounds like drug particles, carry out the information exchange.

Background:: In the era of information overload it is very difficult for a human reader to make sense of the vast information available in the internet quickly. Even for a specific domain like college or university website it may be difficult for a user to browse through all the links to get the relevant answers quickly. Objective:: In this scenario, design of a chat-bot which can answer questions related to college information and compare between colleges will be very useful and novel. Methods:: In this paper a novel conversational interface chat-bot application with information retrieval and text summariza-tion skill is designed and implemented. Firstly this chat-bot has a simple dialog skill when it can understand the user query intent, it responds from the stored collection of answers. Secondly for unknown queries, this chat-bot can search the internet and then perform text summarization using advanced techniques of natural language processing (NLP) and text mining (TM). Results:: The advancement of NLP capability of information retrieval and text summarization using machine learning tech-niques of Latent Semantic Analysis(LSI), Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), Word2Vec, Global Vector (GloVe) and Tex-tRank are reviewed and compared in this paper first before implementing them for the chat-bot design. This chat-bot im-proves user experience tremendously by getting answers to specific queries concisely which takes less time than to read the entire document. Students, parents and faculty can get the answers for variety of information like admission criteria, fees, course offerings, notice board, attendance, grades, placements, faculty profile, research papers and patents etc. more effi-ciently. Conclusion:: The purpose of this paper was to follow the advancement in NLP technologies and implement them in a novel application.
