ABOUT IMPROVEMENT OF SETS OF REPLACEABLE GEARS GUITARS METAL CUTTING MACHINES

The article is devoted to the problems of modernization of the existing fleet of metal-cutting machines. The purpose and objectives-to determine ways and practical recommendations for resource saving in the production of machine components for the manufacture of complex products. The methods used are comparative computational experiments to determine the performance characteristics of sets of replaceable gears. The presented material contains practical recommendations on the choice of evaluation indicators and improvement of sets of replaceable gears of two-pair guitars of various gear-processing machines (5B12, 5A308P, 5111 and 5K32) based on the results of research. Confirmed the possibility of improving the characteristics of kits while maintaining the number of wheels in the kits. In conclusion, it is noted that the proposed solutions contribute to an increase in the integral quality index by 1,2857 – 6,3742 times, a decrease in the total weight of the wheels of the set by 1,4824 – 3,3093 times, an increase in the number of realized gear ratios by 1,2622 – 3,7525 times, an increase in the average density of the values of the gear ratios by 1,2136 – 3,7781 times.

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to: generalize scientists' interpretation of the concept and essence of innovation; providing their author's definition; assessment of the development level of agro-industrial business in Ukrainian enterprises by technological structures; theoretical and methodological substantiation of the principles and development of practical recommendations aimed at the objective necessity of innovative activation development and increase of competitiveness of the agro-industrial business enterprises in the conditions of economy globalization. Methodology of research. The basic principles of economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, legislative and normative acts of the state authorities of Ukraine on the issues of innovative development of agro-industrial complex became the theoretical and methodical basis. The following research methods have been used: the dialectical method of cognition – in the study of transformational changes in the process of innovative development of agribusiness; historical – in the study of the evolution of innovation and the formation of technological structures for economic development; theoretical generalization and comparison – to study scientists' interpretation of the concept and nature of innovation; monographic – for coverage of indicators by technological structures; abstract and logical – in the theoretical generalization of the essence, the author's interpretation of the concept of innovation in the agro-industrial business, coverage of the content of scientific work and the formation of conclusions and proposals from this study. Findings. The article describes the historical process of innovative development of national economies of the world. It is concluded that innovation is the main functional characteristic of doing business. The goal of the entrepreneur is to use new, resource-saving technologies to produce high quality products, increase their sales, income and profits, achieve economic and social effects. Historically, 7 major technological structures have been identified. Each technological structure is distinguished by the development of a certain set of basic knowledge-intensive industries and technologies, characteristics of the organization of production, and is reflected by the relevant indicators of the latest achievements of scientific and technological progress. In developed countries (USA, Germany, England, France, Japan, China, etc.), technologies of the 5th form (period of its dominance 1970-2010) prevail and technologies of the 6th technological structure (period – 2010-2040) are formed). The industry of Ukraine, so far, is characterized mainly by technologies of the 3rd and 4th technological structures, their share in industrial production occupies about 96% and the share of industrial production of the 5th and 6th technological structures – 4%. In Ukraine, both the volume of production and the investment of capital for technical re-equipment and modernization are mainly at the level of the 3rd technological structure. Therefore, domestic industrial and food products cannot be competitive in the global market. Originality. The author's interpretation of the concept of "innovation in the agro-industrial business" is proposed. It is the accumulation of new knowledge, materialized: in high-efficiency, resource-saving technologies, technological elements; new varieties and hybrids of plants, breeds and breed groups of animals; machines, equipment, working parts and mechanisms; new types of fertilizers, chemical plant and animal protection products; new progressive forms of organization of production and labour, types of services, etc., established in research institutions recognized as expedient for use in practice, ensuring the economic and social efficiency and competitiveness of agro-industrial production. Practical value. Scientific, methodological and practical recommendations have been proposed, which makes it possible to develop the basic organizational, economic and managerial aspects regarding activation of capital investment for technical re-equipment and introduction of innovative, resource-saving technologies in the components of agro-industrial business of Ukraine. The shortcomings of the traditional description of mechanical engineering product are shown, which are based on technological features oriented to single, typical and group operations of the technological process. It was proposed to represent the design of product and its parts with a structured set of relevant technological modules, in the form of a graph of hierarchical structure. The numerical characteristics of the structure of the graph of product, its levels, nodes, branches are considered. The description of the structures of products by a hierarchical graph at the first level makes it possible to identify the functional technological modules of products and, on their basis, to construct a unified classification and to suggest coding products, both for production objects and operation. Representation of parts by a set of modules allows identifying surface modules, working and binding, and on their basis to build a single classification of parts focused on different stages of the product life cycle. The presence of a unified methodological base allows managing the development of constructively complex products, minimizing duplication in the creation of new designs and effectively developing resource-saving technologies for their manufacture.

Septifer bilocularis (Linnaeus, 1758) is a suspension feeder organisms which are found live clustered on dead coral . This study aims to estimate the average density, analyzes the distribution patterns and analyze morphometric aspects of a long-high (thick) relation, length-total weight relation and length-weight index without shell  relation of S. bilocularis at that location. Sampling method using transect squares method, with the length of each line is 50m, on each transect placed 10 squares (measuring 1m x 1m). Based on the data analysis of the average density in both transect was 214 individuals with a clustered deployment pattern, with a maximum shell length of 29,64mm. The relation between length and high of shell shows that the growth is allometri negative, length and total weight shell relationships is allometri negative, where the contents of the weight index does not increase with increasing length but declined. Box mussel Septifier bilocularis live clustered with very dense aggregations in intertidal reef flat area on the intertidal zone are exposed at the lowest tide at Cape Lampangi.   Keywords : box mussel, morphometric, Cape Lampangi, South Minahasa   ABSTRAK Septifer bilocularis (Linnaeus, 1758) merupakan organisme pemakan suspensi yang banyak ditemukan hidup secara mengelompok pada rataan terumbu karang mati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menduga kepadatan rata-rata, menganalisis indeks dispersi atau pola sebaran dan menganalisis aspek morfometrik berupa hubungan panjang-tinggi (tebal), panjang-berat dan panjang-indeks berat tubuh tanpa cangkang dari S. bilocularis di lokasi tersebut. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode transek kuadrat, dengan panjang setiap garis 50 meter, pada masing-masing transek diletakkan 10 kuadrat (berukuran 1m x 1m). Berdasarkan analisis data kepadatan rata-rata secara keseluruhan (kedua transek) adalah 214 individu dengan pola penyebaran mengelompok, dengan panjang cangkang maksimum 29,64mm. Hubungan pertumbuhan panjang dan tinggi cangkang ‘allometri negatif’, hubungan panjang cangkang dan berat total ‘allometri negatif’, di mana pertambahan indeks isi tidak sejalan dengan pertambahan panjang tetapi menurun. Kerang kotak Septifier bilocularis hidup mengelompok dengan agregasi yang sangat padat di daerah intertidal rataan terumbu pada zona intertidal yang terekspos pada saat surut terendah di Tanjung Lampangi.   Kata kunci : karang kotak, morfometrik, Tanjung Lampangi, Minahasa Selatan

It is proposed to represent the design of the product and its parts with a structured set of relevant technological modules, in the form of a graph of a hierarchical structure. The availability of a unified methodological base makes it possible to control the development of constructively complex products, minimize duplication in the creation of new designs and effectively develope resource-saving technologies for their manufacture. The choice of the method for assessing the manufacturability of the product design is substantiated by the labor intensity of the processes at the stages of its life cycle and the formation of a set of criteria that generalize the assessment of design and technological solutions by coefficients that take into account their degree of influence on the technical and economic indicators of the processes. On the basis of a technical and economic analysis, a method for the integral assessment of production manufacturability in the product life cycle has been formed. The method combines various coefficients of manufacturability, taking into account the degree of their influence on the labor intensity of production and maintenance, repair and disposal of the product structure. Based on the results of the feasibility study, it was proposed to understand the manufacturability of the product design at the stages of its production and disposal as production adaptability.
