Schlüsselwörter: Telemedizin, Teletherapie, Online-Sprachtherapie, Covid-19-Pandemie Abstract The WHO's classification of the coronavirus as a pandemic challenged clinicians to maintain continuity of care. Thus, in a very short time, teletherapy became the most important tool for healthcare providers who had never used it before, or had used it only sparingly. Parallel to the first lockdown, beginning on April 01, 2020, the existing limit on telemedicine treatment in medical and psychotherapeutic care – 20% of the total number of treatments at a practice – was lifted. Also, in the area of remedy providers, permission was given in phases for the execution of video therapies. The studies on this topic indicate that logopedic teletherapy is clearly effective, as shown in the example of speech therapy for neurologically-related speech disorders in German-speaking countries in the article, even if further studies are needed. Teletherapy should be made permanently possible in the field of remedies, just as teletherapy care by psychologists, or telemedicine treatment by physicians, are possible. This would create a “quattro-win” situation for service providers, financiers, providers and recipients. Keywords: telemedicine, teletherapy, online speech therapy, covid-19 pandemic

Scientific indication chains with practical knowledge to prepare professionals to work effectively with children with speech disorders and their families. The importance of scientific evidence from around the world on speech disorders, assessment, analysis, diagnosis and intervention and its acquarance with practical knowledge to prepare speech therapists to work with children and their families is obvious and crucial. The significance of this issue becomes more valuable when changes and reforms are taking place within the educational system in the country - something that has happened in Armenia and still requires research and adjustments in the field.  The following study is guided by the contemporary framework that directs the successful assessment of speech disorders in children: World Helth Organization’s International Classification of Functioning Disability and Health - Children and Youth (ICF-CY) (2007). The article provides comprehensive, legislative, practical and clinical information for modeling speech therapy assessment within the scope of new reforms taken place in the country.

The results of psycho-correction speech therapy are analyzed in dynamics in 78 patients with varying severity and various forms of speech disorders in the early and late recovery periods of ischemic stroke. The effectiveness of conducting classes during the stay of patients in a neurological hospital and the positive impact of these exercises in the inpatient period (outpatient classes, classes at home with a speech therapist and trained relatives) are shown. Patients who did not conduct speech recovery classes during the inter-stationary period showed a decrease in speech activity, in some even a negative dynamic.

This pilot study compares medical record data sensitivity (e.g., depression is sensitive) and categorization perspective (e.g., depression categorized as mental health information) of patients with behavioral health conditions and healthcare providers using a mixed-methods approach employing patient’s own EHR. Perspectives of 25 English- and Spanish-speaking patients were compared with providers. Data categorization comparisons resulted in 66.3% agreements, 14.5% partial agreements, and 19.3% disagreements. Sensitivity comparisons obtained 54.5% agreement, 11.9% partial agreement, and 33.6% disagreements. Patients and providers disagreed in classification of genetic data, mental health, drug abuse, and physical health information. Factors influencing patients’ sensitivity determination were sensitive category comprehension, own experience, stigma towards category labels (e.g., drug abuse), and perception of information applicability (e.g., alcohol dependency). Knowledge of patients’ sensitivity perceptions and reconciliation with providers could expedite the development of granular and personalized consent technology.

Purpose Within human services, client satisfaction is highly prioritised and considered a mark of responsiveness in service delivery. A large body of research has examined the concept of satisfaction from the perspective of service users. However, not much is known about how service providers construct client satisfaction. The purpose of this paper is to throw light on healthcare professionals’ perspectives on patient satisfaction, using tuberculosis (TB) clinics as a case study. Design/methodology/approach In-depth interviews were conducted with 35 TB clinic supervisors purposively sampled from six out of the ten regions of Ghana. An unstructured interview guide was employed. The recorded IDIs were transcribed, edited and entered into QSR NVivo 10.0 and analysed inductively. Findings Respondents defined service satisfaction as involving education/counselling (on drugs, nature of condition, sputum production, caregivers and contacts of patients), patient follow-up, assignment of reliable treatment supporters as well as being attentive and receptive to patients, service availability (e.g. punctuality at work, availability of commodities), positive assurances about disease prognosis and respect for patients. Practical implications Complementing opinions of health service users with those of providers can offer key performance improvement areas for health managers. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is a first study that has examined healthcare providers’ views on what makes their clients satisfied with the services they provide.

In pandemic era, almost everyone struggles for their life. College students are such example. They have difficulty in paying tuition fee to continue their study. Based on this problematic situation, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia grants the students who have good academic performance with tuition fee aid program. Many variables used for determining the grant made it hard to make a decision in a short time or even takes very long time. To make it easier for management to decide who is the right student to get grant, it needs classification model. The purpose of this study is the classification of grant recipients by using decision tree C4.5 algorithm. That can determine whether a potential student can be accepted as an awardee or not. Then, the results of the classification are validated with ten-fold cross validation with an accuracy, precision and recall with the score of 87 % for all part. It means the model perform quite well to be implemented into system.

AT THE SOURCES OF POLISH LOGOPEDIC TERMINOLOGY: TOWARDS ANAGNOSTIC RESESARCH The paper is a preliminary presentation of the concept of a research project Diachronic Aspects of Polish Logopedic Terminology, carried out by members of the Department of Polish Language of the Pedagogical University in Cracow. The multiauthored study briefly characterizes the beginnings of speech therapy as an independent scientific discipline, and the directions of its development in the past 50 years. It draws attention to the deficiencies and inconsistencies in the usage and understanding of specialist terms in contemporary logopedics, while setting as the primary goal of the enterprise an attempt to standardize Polish terminology related to speech disorders. The basis for this should be the etymology of the terms in question, as well as excerpts from medical and anatomical lexicons and source materials which employ the vocabulary that became the foundation of the logopedic jargon.

Objectives: One of the most essential needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is using rehabilitation services. However, these services are associated with numerous challenges. The present study aimed to identify the perceptions of the parents of children with ASD and rehabilitation service providers about the challenges of using rehabilitation services in Iran. Methods: This was a qualitative study. In total, 27 participants were selected from the parents of children with ASD and rehabilitation service providers to these children, based on purposive sampling method; we considered maximum variation and sampling continued until data saturation. The necessary data were collected by semi-structured and in-depth interviews. The interviews lasted from July to December 2020 and MAXQDA was used for data analysis. Results: The challenges of children with ASD in accessing and using rehabilitation services were identified and categorized into 6 main classes, as follows: the lack of a systematic support system; the lack of commitment to observing professional ethics; neglecting the structure and policy of rehabilitation; the lack of comprehensive ASD diagnostic and rehabilitation protocols; inadequate knowledge and attitude, and the lack of feasible access to services. Discussion: Policymakers, service providers, and managers must be aware of the challenges of rehabilitation services for ASD; subsequently, they are expected to pay special attention to this issue. This study provided evidence for the above-mentioned groups for accessing and using rehabilitation services among ASD. Besides, the obtained data could help to improve the services they receive and their living conditions; ultimately, they help improve their quality of life.
