In the paper, we establish an evaluation system in the study of four aspects such as people, regulation, equipment and technology management, field management and engineering construction. We present an entropy weight multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in power plant security on the basis of reliability identification. Firstly, it identifies the reliability of power plant security evaluation system. Secondly, it can meet the condition that the system is reliable. Then it obtains the indicator weight of all levels in the evaluation system by the entropy weight method. Finally, it carries out a comprehensive evaluation in power plant security by the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method.

The aim of this study is to examine the drivers of performance of franchisee organizations. Adopting agency theory, we hypothesize that age, size and obligatory assortment decided by central franchisors, distribution of power from franchisors to franchisees and frequency of franchisor’s visits to franchisee are positively associated with the performance of franchisees. The survey data of 186 franchisees in four European countries are used to test the proposed hypotheses. Principal component analysis and a hierarchical linear model are applied in this study. Empirical results reveal that whether the proposed hypotheses are statistically supported depend correspondingly on how franchisees’ performance is measured. The paper provides some implications for franchisee literature.

Credibility is the key performance index and the lifeline for system simulation. Verification, validation and accreditation (VV&A) of all system simulation life can insure the credibility, and credibility evaluation is a very necessary approach to obtain the credibility. Combat simulation is a special simulation for its many characteristics of multi-level, more elements, overall emergence, uncertainty, morbid and multi-granularity model, and so on. Credibility is vital to combat simulation. The evaluation method is one of the aspects of credibility evaluation. In this paper, the methods of credibility evaluation are researched. The common evaluation methods are analyzed and compared. Aiming at the characteristics of combat simulation system, the subjective comprehensive evaluation method based on subject matter expert (SME) is put forward, which is applied to a combat simulation. The practice shows that the subjective comprehensive evaluation method is very effective. The results are sufficiently credible to support the application.
