This study aimed to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the performance of high school teachers and organizational commitment, determine the effect of technostress on the performance of high school teachers, determine the effect of technostress on high school teacher and organizational commitment, and to know the effect of self-efficacy and technostress on the performance of high school teachers in Purwokerto through organizational commitment. The population in this study were 400 high school teachers in Purwokerto. The sample used a proportional random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a method of data collection. The data analysis method used a search method based on the SEM-path analysis model. The results showed that self-efficacy had a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers. Self-efficacy had a significant effect on the organizational commitment of high school teachers. Technostress had a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers. Technostress had a significant effect on the organizational commitment of high school teachers. Self-efficacy and Technostress had a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Purwokerto through organizational commitment.

The article presents the different approaches to the definition of teacher professionalism. The article analyzes the publication activity on the subject of pedagogical professionalism of teachers in higher education. There is a discussion of the problem of understanding and definition of pedagogical professionalism of a high school teacher. The article also describes the typical problems of a modern high school teacher. Analyzes the requirements of the professional standard "Teacher of vocational training, vocational education and secondary vocational education" to the modern high school teachers. The article presents the classification of professional competences, which should have a higher school teacher, and considered ways to solve the problems identified.

This study aims to analyze the teacherpraneur characters owned by vocational high school teachers in Indonesia. This research was conducted with a survey approach. The sample of 280 teachers selected by proportional random sampling. Data were collected by an open questionnaire and data were analyzed using quantitative techniques with the descriptive method. The results showed 37.5% of vocational high school automotive engineering teachers in Indonesia had a very good working attitude. 52.5% of teachers of vocational secondary schools in the field of automotive experts have a working attitude in the good category. 10% of vocational high school teachers in the field of automotive engineering have a fairly good working attitude, while in the poor and very bad category at 0%, and the result work motivation showed 15% of vocational high school teachers in automotive engineering expertise showed excellent work motivation. 22.5% of vocational high school teachers show good work motivation. 35% of vocational high school teachers showed good work motivation. 27.5% of teachers showed poor work motivation. while in the very poor category 0%.

The COVID -19 pandemic, which has been ongoing for over a year, has become a burden to the world, causing anxiety and depression. The purpose of this study is to investigate the depression and stress levels of senior high school teachers in Indonesia during the COVID-19 outbreak since they have experienced substantial teaching situations change as a result of it. In particular, the changes in their professional, as well as personal lives, pose challenges during the pandemic. This quantitative study distributing questionnaires to 50 high school teachers in Indonesia. The findings indicate that social support is the most significant factor (0,46%) needed to prevent depression and stress among the teachers. Meanwhile, workload and role conflict cover 0,74% and 0,84% respectively of variables that teachers can change with the assumption that both variables exist even before a pandemic arises. This study also reveals that teachers continue to receive less attention and support, especially in terms of their stress and depression coverage. It is because the prevailing perception is that teachers should be the ones giving attention, not the ones receiving it. The study is that to withstand the Pandemic's uncertainty where high school teacher able to minimize and overcome their depressions.

In the article the organization of occupations on the basis of use of the active methods of training, focused on the greatest possible actualization of individual professional experience of the trained teachers is considered as a resource of eff ective increase of professionalism of high school teachers. Professionalism of the high school teachers is seen in a prism of realization of universal and special professional competencies, possession with which is necessary for successful professional activity. Universal competences are typical for all teachers, who are carrying out professional activity at any step of education at high comprehensive school. Special competencies are defi ning specifi cs of professional activity of the teachers working at 9-11 classes of high school, who are carrying out the training, education and developing of the high school pupils. Productive subject - subject relations in the course of realization of each directions of professional activity of high school teachers are possible on the basis of use of the active methods of training approved during their own professional development.

This research to know the politically charged raid aimed at school management and motivation of teachers professional high school teacher in kecamatan pedamaran.hipotesis asked in this research , management is the professional senior high school teachers in schools to pedamaran sub district , work is the motivation to performance in kecamatan pedamaran high school teacher , is the school management and motivation, working together on the same high school teacher in kecamatan pedamaran professional .In penilitian , hifotesis in use is the partial ) ( t , the simultaneous ) ( f , a correlation coefficient ( r ) ( r2 ) and coefficients determined. The results of the analysis supported survey data the results of the analysis and interview prove that there is influence professional school management to senior high school teachers in kecamatan pedamaran, influence motivation is work on performance senior high school teachers in kecamatan pedamaran, influence school management and motivation is work together to same professional senior high school teachers in kecamatan pedamaran with significant standard α <  0,05.

PERFORMANCE OF HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER, REGIONAL ALLOWANCES AND JOB SATISFACTION Abstract. This research aims to know the influence of work allowances personality, and job satisfaction toward performance high school teacher, both directly and indirectly. Path analusis is used for this, samples were selected at random as many as 100 teachers are civil servants. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1) There is a direct influence of work allowances towards the work performance of high school teacher; 2) There is a direct influence of work allowances towards job satisfaction 3) There is a direct influence of job satisfaction towards job performances of high school teachers; and 4) There is an indirect influence of work allowances in regional scale towards job performances of high school teachersthrough high school teacher job satisfaction. The article discusses the teaching performance of high school teachers in a school attended by to youths of popular sectors. The objective was to identify the teaching practices of the teachers identified by students as “good teachers”. The research was conducted in a public school in the periphery of the Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The data was collected using questionnaires, observations and interviews. We identified a teaching practice marked by relational and motivational dimensions, characterizing a new professionality of the high school teacher. It turns out a "good teacher" is a relationship professional, sense builder and catalyst of the learning process of young.

Education plays a very vital role in our life. Education is that which transforms a person to live a better life and even in a social well being. Education is the one that doing something positive in our near future. Education is conceived as a powerful agency, school education plays a great role in everyone’s life. The whole process of education is shaped by the human personality called the teacher, who plays a pivotal role in any system of education, teaching is considered as one of the oldest and noblest career .Teachers are the most powerful agents who influence the behavior of the students and therefore teachers should have emotional constancy as well as healthy approach towards life. Health of teacher, both physical and psychological ads to the efficiency of his/her work. The aim of this study was to analyze the mental health status of high school teachers. The main objectives were to assess the mental health status of male, female, urban, rural, Government, private, language and non- language teaching high school teachers. To realize the objectives and to test the hypotheses that was formulated. The highly standardized Mental Health Inventory (MHI) by Jagdish and Srivastava were used to assess the mental health status of teachers, a total sample of 130 male and female high school teachers of private and Government were selected .The data was analyzed using mean, Standard deviation, ‘t’- test and one way ANOVA. Results revealed that Government high school teachers’ mental health status is higher than private high school teachers; female school teachers’ mental health status is higher than the male school teachers. Urban high school teacher mental health status is higher than the rural high school teachers and non-language high school teacher’s mental health status is higher than the language high school teachers.

<span>Research on the assessment of learning has been carried out by many other researchers, but putting Islamic psychosocial and personal competence as a solution has not been found. This study aimed to develop an assessment of Indonesian Language learning for high school teachers by strengthening Islamic psycosocial and personality competencies. Using the ex post facto approach, by distributing questionnaires to 213 Indonesian Language teachers and analyzed using descriptive and regression. This research results in the mastery of teachers about personality competence, Islamic psychosocial, and the assessment of Indonesian Language is the same as medium mastery. Personality competence and Islamic psychosocial as together are very strong in developing the ability to assessment Indonesian Language learning in high school teachers. Islamic psychosocial is predicted to be able to improve the assessment of Indonesian Language high school teacher learning as well as personality competence. This study concludes that personality’s competences and Islamic psychosocial are very significant in developing the assessment of Indonesian Language high school teacher's in learning. This research contribution strengthens the development of the theory of "teacher performance assesment" in the world of education. For the Department of Education to develop policies to improve the assessment of Indonesian Language learning by conducting Islamic psychosocial and personality competency training for all teachers in Indonesia.</span>

Objectives-Financial management is the process of systematically carrying out financial resources to meet the needs of life. In financial management, a person often thinks partially, thus causing illogical use of money because of the mental accounting aspects of the individual. This research aimed to analyze mental accounting in household financial management of civil servants of senior high school teachers in Sirimau District Ambon. Methods - This research was a descriptive study. The sample in this research was civil servant of high school teachers in Sirimau District Ambon. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to the high school teacher in Sirimau district Ambon. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics using frequency distribution. Results - The research results indicate that there is a mental acoounting in household financial management. This can be seen from the behavior that tends to classify and enforce differently depending on where the money comes from. In this research, mental accounting is used as a self control in the sense that it does not have a biased effect but a good one.
