Abstrak: Wenny Lisninda, Npm.1911.32202.5052, Pengaruh Kemampuan Pegawai, Sarana Layanan Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Dan Kepuasan Masyarakat Pada Kelurahan Batu Piring Kecamatan Paringin Selatan, Kabupaten Balangan, Dibawah Bimbingan H.Ujianto Dan Yudi Rahman,2021. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan pegawai terhadap kualitas layanan,untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sarana layanan terhadap kualitas layanan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan pegawai terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sarana layanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kelurahan Batu Piring Kecamatan Paringin Selatan Kabupaten Balangan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakatyang berurusan pada Kantor Kelurahan yang berusia sekitar 17 tahun sampai 50 tahun dan dengan total populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 5.983 orang responden dan sampel dalam penelitian 98 responden. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan kuantitatif dan analisis dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) model mediasi dengan bantuan program SPSS (statistic produk service solution) Versi 17 for windows.Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis pertama dinyatakan bahwa variabel kemampuan pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan. uji hipotesis kedua dinyatakan bahwa variabel sarana layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan, uji hipotesis ketiga dinyatakan bahwa variabel kemampuan pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, uji hipotesis keempat dinyatakan bahwa variabel sarana layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakatdan hasil uji hipotesis kelima dinyatakan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kelurahan Batu Piring Kecamatan Paringin Selatan Kabupaten Balangan.   Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Pegawai, Sarana Layanan, Kualitas Layanan Dan Kepuasan Masyarakat

Abstract: To achieve job satisfaction, competence and compensation are very influential. In addition, commitment is also an important aspect, because it can have an impact on a job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of competence, compensation and commitment on job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees at PDAM Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, amounting to 70 people. The researcher uses a saturated sampling technique, meaning that all populations can be used as samples in this study. The data analysis in this study used the path analysis model, because of the intervening variables this is a research model. The results of this study indicate that competence and compensation have a significant positive effect on commitment. competence, compensation and commitment are proven to have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Competence, Compensation, Commitment and Job Satisfaction   Abstrak : Untuk mencapai kepuasan kerja, kompetensi dan kompensasi sangat mempengaruhi. Selain itu, komitmen juga menjadi aspek yang penting, karena dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja . Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi dan komitmen terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di PDAM Kotabaru Kalimantan Selatan yang berjumlah 70 orang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, artinya semua populasi bisa dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini. Anailisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model path analisis, karena adanya variabel intervening dalam model penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan kompensasi terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen. kompetensi, kompensasi dan komitmen terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Dark personality traits are amongst the most popular research topics recently. In 2018 the Dark Core of personality was proposed as a common core to capture all aversive subclinical manifestations. In this study, we aimed at investigating how individuals with high scores on the Dark Core perceive control (i.e., internally or externally) and express their spirituality. Participants were 614 adults, mostly females (85.17%), aged from 18 to 73 years-old (M = 36.00; SD = 12.26), and identified themselves as agnostics (22.63%) or Catholics (19.05%). Participants responded to a measure that assessed the Dark Core of personality (D35), the Locus of Control Scale (ELOCUS), and the WHOQOL-spirituality, religiousness, and personal beliefs (WHOQOL-SRPB). We used a path analysis model to estimate their connection. Results indicated that the Dark Core better predicts external locus of control, which respectively predicts connect, strength, and faith, which can be considered as spiritual coping strategies. We concluded that men and women tend to blame external forces when things do not go their way and use personal beliefs to relieve emotional distress.

Low competitiveness is one of the obstacles to improving the performance of MSMEs. One of the factors that cause this is the lack of access for MSMEs to financial institution facilities. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of MSMEs seen from the accessibility factor to financial facilities provided by various financial institutions in Tasikmalaya City. The study used a quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis used the PLS Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The sample consisted of 100 SMEs in the creative economy sub-sector through the random sampling method. The analysis technique uses a path analysis model to see the causal relationship between variables, either directly or indirectly. Data were obtained through direct interviews with SMEs using closed questionnaires. The results show that management administration has a direct or indirect effect on financial performance.  The management of administration is important to improve accessibility to the financial performance of MSMEs. Guidance for MSMEs is needed to ensure that loans can be utilized optimally for business development.

Background: Childhood cancer is a disease with a psychosocial impact on parents who experience health problems and distress. Their reactions depend on the relationship of multiple factors. The objective of this paper is to evaluate the interrelationships between flourishing and the variables linked to the health and wellbeing of parents of children with cancer. Methods: Mothers/fathers of children with cancer participated in an exploratory study in response to a series of questionnaires. Likert-type scales were used to measure perceived health, wellbeing, flourishing, stress, coping, and social support. Results: Out of a total of 94 children, 138 parents (60 men/78 women) are represented. Participants show physical symptoms and an unstable coping pattern. A path analysis model is presented. As to the goodness of adjustment of the statistics used, good results were obtained. Flourishing tends to coexist with wellbeing, while flourishing coexists negatively with symptoms. There is an indirect relationship between flourishing and poor health. There is a positive relationship between flourishing and coping, as well as between flourishing and satisfaction with the support received (especially from sons/daughters). This support was negatively related to the subjective health report. Conclusions: Flourishing is shown as a healthy coping strategy. The results can enrich the development of psychosocial interventions aimed at promoting adequate adaptation.

<em>The purpose of this study is to analyze stock prices are influenced by earnings per share through debut to equity at PT. Unilever Tbk. This study is a causal associative study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study are companies engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of household consumer goods, beverages and food from 2013-2020 listed on the IDX. This sampling used purposive sampling technique and PT. Unilever Tbk as the research sample in this study. The data collection technique was taken from the idx website. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis model test. The results of the study show that the direct effect of partially EPS on stock prices has a positive and significant effect, DER on stock prices has a negative and significant effect, while EPS on DER has a negative and significant effect while the indirect effect of EPS on stock prices through DER has a significant effect.</em>

This research is intended to examine the contribution of compensation, work environment, and work motivation to work productivity in a manner partially and simultaneously. To the end, the study used the Path Analysis Model of Decomposition, which analyzes the influence of causality between research variables (Riduwan: 2008). The results of the study showed that compensation, work environment, and work motivation contribute significantly to the work productivity of BPS Mitra Ngawi Regency 2019.
