This research aims to describe the relevance of organizational culture in creating corporate effectiveness at Reshare Rabbani Malang Branch. Reshare Rabbani has an unique strategies that different from other companies. By using qualitative research, through in-depth interview, documentation and observation, data were analyzed descriptively with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the culture adopted by Reshare Rabbani is a strong culture, depicted by the values that are deeply embedded in the members of the organization, based on the value of Tawheed, grateful, never giving up, continuous improvement, caring in every circumstance and high responsibility. Organizational culture at Reshare Rabbani is relevant to the creation of company effectiveness’ indicators; a production system that focuses on quality, created satisfaction, intertwining harmony between employees, adaptation, growth and fulfillment level of efficiency.

Research on the Implementation of Good Organizational Culture at Budi Luhur Hospital which aims to find out the processes, barriers and organizational culture that ultimately implemented at Budi Luhur General Hospital. The method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach with key informants (Director of Budi Luhur Hospital and HR Assistant Manager) and 4 executive employees.The results of this study are knowing what is done by management, the organizational culture that is formed and the obstacles in implementing a good Organizational Culture. This is inseparable from the genuine acquisition of the Hospital owned by Budi Luhur Foundation as the ownership of PT. Budi Luhur Bersahaja. Of course the original company did not carry out a good organizational culture with the existence of a new company that made the implementation of positive values at Budi Luhur General Hospital.

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan key informan (Direktur RSU Budi Luhur dan Asmen SDM) dan 4 karyawan pelaksana.Hasil penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apa yang dilakukan oleh manajemen, budaya organisasi yang terbentuk dan hambatan dalam mengimplementasikan Budaya Organisasi yang baik. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari akuisisi yang semulas Rumah Sakit tersebut dimiliki oleh Yayasan Budi Luhur menjadi kepemilikan PT. Budi Luhur Bersahaja. Tentunya yang semula perusahaan tersebut belum menjalankan budaya organisasi yang baik dengan adanya perusahaan yang baru membuat implementasi nilai-nilai positif di Rumah Sakit Umum Budi Luhur. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Rumah Sakit Umum Budi Luhur.

This research is generally aimed at strengthening Muhammadiyah union institution in one of Muhammadiyah's business charity in Gorontalo Province, whereas specifically the purpose of this research is to know objective description about reality that happened at campus of Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo from organizational culture that developed on campus This, taking into account the organizational culture found in Muhammadiyah in accordance with the PHIWM. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Research time started from January to June 2017 From the results show that the employees have not implemented properly. Indicators of hard work still have not shown good results because most employees still do not understand the main duties and functions in work. Discipline indicators are also not well implemented where there are still many employees who enter the campus through the provisions of the time set as well while attending events on campus and when entering the time of prayer still not heed these things. The last indicator is the optimization in the work also has not shown the maximum results because only a few who are able to work effectively in accordance with the work agenda that they set previously.

The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of Islamic Religious Education Teachers' exemplary approach to developing students' emotional, spiritual quotients. This article employs a qualitative research methodology in conjunction with a case study approach. The approach taken is consistent with the formulation of the problem under investigation. Informants were chosen based on the research's objectives. Formal and informal interviews were conducted. The findings of this study demonstrate two aspects of the emotional approach in Islamic education: Methods of persuasion and education. Teachers develop spiritual, emotional intelligence by providing students with new knowledge that includes exemplary figures dating all the way back to the Prophet Muhammad's time and exemplary national figures, as well as by inviting students to practice family strategies for recognizing and managing their own emotions, the ability to motivate themselves, the ability to recognize the emotions of others, and how to build relationships with others.

The purpose of this study was to analyze intercultural communication between Japanese and Indonesian employees at PT. Tokyu Land Indonesia. This research was also to analyze barriers which occurred in intercultural communication between them, and how to overcome these barriers. The method used in this study was a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by using an in-depth interview with 3 Japanese and 3 Indonesian employees, observation, and relevant previous research articles, and research-related documents. This research used the intercultural communication model of William B. Gudykunst and Young Yun Kim, intercultural communication concepts from Edward T. Hall, such as proxemics (the concept of distance), chronemics (the concept of time), high context and low context communication, individualism and collectivism, stereotypes. The results of the study showed that intercultural communication between Japanese and Indonesian employees at PT. Tokyu Land Indonesia is relatively good. Obstacles that occurred in intercultural communication are due to problems of differences and understanding of language, habits, respect for time (Japanese monochronic while Indonesia is polychronic), and the existence of stereotypes from each nation. To overcome these obstacles, they have to learn more about Japanese culture for Indonesian employees, and Indonesian culture for Japanese employees, openness to confirm understanding of the message delivered, mutual respect, and forgiveness each other if a misunderstanding occurs.

<p>Mosque Welfare Agency (BKM) Semarang and Pekalongan Muslim Foundation (YKMP) is a nāẓir of productive waqf land. Management of waqf performed by BKM Semarang has not given the expected results, while the management of waqf by YMKP has given results as planned. The main question in this research is what are the factors of success and failures of both institutions in managing of productive land waqf? The answers are measured using two parameters: 1) The investment strategy by BKM Semarang and YMKP; 2) The organization's management of nāẓir of YMKP and BKM? This is a qualitative research with case study approach. Data is collected using observation, interview, and documentation. The methode of analysis is the comparative descriptive. The findings of this research are: 1) Investment of land waqf performed by BKM Semarang unproductive, while investment and distribution of land waqf performed by YMKP productive. 2) The organization's management of BKM in each function is not effective. While the organization's management of YMKP is effective.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong></strong>Badan Kesejahteraan Masjid (BKM) Kota Semarang dan Yayasan Muslimin Kota Pekalongan (YKMP) adalah nazhir badan hukum yang mengelola tanah wakaf secara produktif. Pengelolaan wakaf yang dilakukan oleh BKM Kota Semarang belum<br />memberikan hasil seperti yang diharapkan, sedangkan pengelolaan wakaf oleh YMKP telah memberikan hasil seperti yang direncanakan. Pertanyaan utama dalam penelitian<br />ini adalah apa faktor keberhasilan dan ketidakberhasilan dari kedua lembaga tersebut dalam mengelola wakaf tanah produktif? Jawaban pertanyaan di atas diukur menggunakan<br />dua parameter: 1) Strategi investasi BKM Kota Semarang dan YKMP; 2) Manajemen organisasi kenazhiran BKM Kota Semarang dan YKMP. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan<br />teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif komparatif. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Investasi tanah wakaf yang dilakukan oleh BKM Kota Semarang tidak produktif sedangkan Investasi dan pendistribusian hasil yang dilakukan oleh YMKP produktif. 2) Manajemen organisasi BKM Kota Semarang pada tiap-tiap fungsinya tidak berjalan efektif. Sedangkan manajemen organisasi YMKP telah berjalan cukup efektif.</p>

Pesantren Al Mukmin Ngruki Sukoharjo is often cited as an inspiration for radical Islam in Indonesia. This research examines the reproduction of religious understanding and the response to allegations of radicalism addressed to Pesantren Ngruki after the Bali bombings of 2002. This study includes qualitative research with case study approach. This study argues that a radical view of Islam can not be separated from social and historical context of this Islamic boarding institutions. Currently Pesantren Ngruki has undergone some changes in the orientation of education resulting from multiple causes, which are not limited by the case of Bali bombings only.

Dealing with the practice of tax avoidance in general, many countries have compiled and implemented their own general anti-avoidance rules (GAAR). This research aims to explore the potential of statutory GAAR in handling tax avoidance practices in Indonesia and SAAR formulas that are suitable for the Indonesian context. This qualitative research employed a case study approach. Results show that the application of SAAR and the principle of substance over form in Indonesia cannot yet be applied properly; thus GAAR is needed. It is expected that the implementation of statutory GAAR can accommodate the limitations of regulators in light of unknown and future tax avoidance schemes.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap korban bullying yang bersekolah di SD Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber penelitian ini adalah guru kelas SD Negeri Kecamatan Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi guru meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap korban bullying SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes adalah sebagai berikut: memotivasi, menasehati, bimbingan secara kelompok dan individu, melakukan tindakan pengawasan, memberi peringatan dan hukuman, menjadi tokoh teladan atau panutan, kerjasama dengan orangtua, kerja kelompok, memberikan penghargaan, memasang slogan dan tata tertib di kelas. Kata Kunci: kepedulian, peserta didik, strategi guru ABSTRACT The study aims to find out how the strategy of teacher to improve the careness of learness about bullying victims in the 4th grade SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. This type of this research is qualitative research with case study approach. The source of this research is the teacher of 4th grade Elementary School Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency, in the 2016/2017 school year. Technique of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study indicate that the teacher’s strategy to improve students’ careness of the 4th grade bullying victims SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes as follows: motivating, counseling, grup and individual guidance, taking surveillance, giving warning and punishment, beaing a role model, working withparents, groups, rewarding, show of slogans and order in the classroom. Background: Have been done research on inspection procedures examination in the case of abdominal CT Scan cholecystitis at Radiology installationProf. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital. This study aims to determine the inspection procedure examination in the case of abdominal CT Scan cholecystitis not using the biphase technique diagnosis and to find out information on examination in the case of abdominal CT Scan cholecystitis with monophase technique at Radiology installationProf. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital.Methods:This type of research is aqualitaive research case study approach. The data collection methods with unstructured observation , depth interview with 3  radiographers, 1 radiologist, a sending doctor and a patient, and the documentation of the results of reading radiographs and photographs. The data obtained  then reduced, classified, dried and then interpreted in the form   then  concluded kuotasi and suggestions.Results: The result showed that the procedure examination abdomen ct scan in case of colecystitis at radiology installation Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital before the hearing preparation charge informed consent of patients, perform laboratory checks urium creatinin, fasting from the night and drank appoxcimately 1000 ml of Water the morning before the examination. While the position of the patient supine feet first and the administration of contrast media intra vena with a volume of 80 ml plus 20 ml Na Cl and arrangements flow rate 2,0 ml/sec with a scan delay of 40 seconds. Reason not to do engenering biphase technique examination in the case of abdominal CT Scan cholecystitis because only monophase technique, arterial phase alone can establish the diagnosis of cholecystitis.Conclusion: Information on CT Scan diagnosis in Radiology Installation  Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital was able to show in indication of cholecystitis but have not been able to show the mass and metastase to the surrounding organs lake the liver gallbladder and pancreas, intrahhepatic and extrahepatic tract.
