Introduction. One of the regions of compact settlement of the Mordovian people is the Republic of Bashkortostan. The Mordovian population of the region was formed during the resettlement migration process of the ethnic groups to the Bashkir lands in the 17th and early 20th centuries. There is a small stand-out group of Mordva-Erzya in Bashkiria. They call themselves Murza and they have their own identity. They live in the village of Kozhay-Andreevo in the Tuimazinskiy district and in the village of Kozhay-Maximovo in the Ermekeevskiy district. Materials and Methods. This work attempts to reconstruct the history of formation of the class community of Mordva-Murza and to identify its ethno-cultural features. The study is based on the principle of historicism; the main methods are historical-genetic, comparative-historical, and problematic-chronological. Results. Based on the study of published sources and literature, it is shown the chronology and the main stages of the formation of the Mordva-Murza community in Bashkiria. It was revealed, this community was formed on the basis of a resettlement group of the Mordovian sluzhilye-served people in the 18th century. Field ethnographic materials testify to their ethno-cultural identity. Discussion and Conclusion. Mordva living in the villages under consideration can be defined as a separate ethnic-class community, which has its own identity, self-name, specific linguistic and ethno-cultural characteristics. In their language and culture, it is interweaved both Erzya and Moksha traits. Almost disintegrated in the 1980s the community of the “Kazhay Murzas” began to revive in the year of 2000. The observations show the desire of the inhabitants and natives from these villages to preserve and develop their “Murza language” and traditions.

In this paper, researching results of the selected factors? influence on productivity of parquet production on the example of the selected company in the Republic of Serbia are presented. The analysis has included the influence of the two main factors, dimension and class of parquet quality on productivity. This research has had an aim to determine dependency between the productivity and the mentioned factors, to get corresponding conclusions, to give expert recommendation and to propose suitable management decisions, which would provide an increase in the productivity in the selected company. In order to determine the dependency between the productivity and the mentioned factors, statistical modeling is performed in the program SPSS v.20. Interpretation of the results in the statistical program SPSS, established a strong influence of the analyzed factors on productivity. Statistical significance of the factor dimension influence on productivity is Sig.1= 0.010, while the statistical significance of the parquet class quality factor influence on productivity is Sig. = 0,000. Statistical significance of the factor interaction influence of these factors on productivity is Sig. = 0,028. According to the researching results, it is concluded that parquet productivity depends on the mentioned factors.

Control and supervision activities in the field of forest management are a type of activity of state authorities to detect, prevent forest violations. The purpose of this study is to analyse the dynamics and nature of violations in the forest sector on the example and in comparison of such regions of Russia as the Krasnodar territory and the Republic of Bashkortostan. The research methodology is selected taking into account the characteristics of the object under study. With the assistance of employees of the environmental inspectorate, search operations were organized in the areas where the greatest amount of forest damage occurs in the studied regions. The authors concluded that one of the reasons for the existing problems is the lack of interest of the state in the development of this sector of economy. The paper focuses on specific types of forest violations and the problems of their prevention. The authors believe that illegal logging belongs to the most common and socially dangerous forest violations. The article concludes that when adopting new regulations for control and supervisory activities in the field of forest management, the legislator must take into account requirements of administrative reform, regulatory guillotine, and risk-based approach.

Lung cancer is one of the most common tumors in humans. The incidence is in one of the leading positions. In 2019 1327 patients with this pathology were identified in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Of these, with stage III of the disease 28.7%, with stage IV 45.8%, which is higher. Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is one of the most prognostically unfavorable malignant tumors in humans. About 15% of lung tumors are SCLC. The first combination for the treatment of advanced SCLC after etoposide and platinum preparations was the combination of the etoposide + carboplatin (EP) regimen with atezolizumab. In the IMpower133 study, after a median follow-up of 13.9 months. median overall survival in the atezolizumab group was 12.3 months, and in the placebo group 10.3 months. In clinical observation, the effectiveness of the combination of the EP regimen with atezolizumab has been demonstrated. A patient with SCLC received 4 courses of EP therapy with atezolizumab and 14 injections of atezolizumab. The partial response achieved is retained. Case study efficacy and satisfactory safety profile of the combination of atezolizumab and the EP regimen.

On the example of Republic of Bashkortostan, the study of the influence of climate changes on the dynamics of filling loss (big breathing) was carried out. The analysis of the homogeneity of the time series of the average annual air temperature allowed us to obtain periods in which the values of the average annual temperatures are unchanged. For the found periods, the values of losses from big breathing are calculated. The influence of climate change is shown by comparing the results of calculations of the values of big breathing in the first and last homogeneous time periods. Similarly, the influence of climate change on the seasonal values of big breathing in the period from 1950 to 2018 is shown. The results of the study showed that climate changes lead to an increase in the volume of filling loss throughout the Republic of Bashkortostan (by more than 3%). Seasonal losses are also increasing. The maximum growth is observed in winter. Changes in climate conditions lead to an increase in the risk of explosive situations due to filling loss, and an increase in the level of environmental pollution.
