Purpose - The purpose of this research are to descript of market value, the descript of stock return, while the purpose of this study is to determine the description of perception market value to return saham in subsector advertising printing media.Design / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data of each subsector advertising printing media with analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling.Findings - The results of this research indicate that market value measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) has significance to return saham. The result showed that the market value  has a positive  effect return saham.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result, as well as foreign theory and journal source and foreign book and research result.

Purpose - The purpose of this research are to descript of capital adequacy, the descript of profitability, while the purpose of this study is to determine the description of perception capital adequacy to profitability in Islamic bank.Design / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of Bank Soundness by using RGEC method and influence on stock priceDesign / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data of each Public bank foreign exchange on Indonesia Stock Exchange with analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive samplingFindings - The result of this research shows that NPL and ROA have positive effect to share price, GCG and NIM have no effect to stock price, LDR and CAR do not have an effect on stock price but regression direction with positive sign showing relationship with stock price.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object and method, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result, as well as foreign theory and journal source and foreign book and research result.

            This research aims to observe, analyze effect of intellectual capital (VAIC) to financial performance delegated by ROE and market value delegated by M/B (Market to Book Value Ratio), and test the difference intellectual capital (VACA, VAHU, STAVA) at manufacture, trading and financial industry. In addition to, this research observes difference indication of intellectual capital effect to financial performance and market value among manufacture, trading and financial industry. The sample which used was manufacture companies, trading and financial industries at BEI in 2011-2013. This research used company size as control variable delegated by asset. The method of data collecting was done by conducting documentation secondary data using the financial statement of manufacture, trading, and financial companies at BEI and other seconder data. The method of analyses which used weremultiple linier regression analyses, F test, t test, One Way Anova and chow test. The instrument statistik which used was SPSS 22. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that VACA and STAVA affect financial performance (ROE), whereas VAHU doesn’t. Then, VAHU affects market value, whereas VAHU and STAVA don’t. Furthermore, the test of difference of intellectual capital (VACA, VAHU, STAVA) at three companies, such as manufacture, trading and financial industries showed that there was a difference among them. Meanwhile, the verification showed that there is difference the effect of intellectual capital (VACA, VAHU, STAVA) to financial performance and market value.   Key words : intellectual capital, VACA, VAHU, STAVA, ROE, M/B, company standard

<p>The purpose of this study is to examine the Intellectual Capital to Price Book Value through the Company's Profit calculated by measuring Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Asset (ROA), so it can be described for the following problem formulation: (1) test the partial intellectual (3) testing the effect of intellectual capital on PBV through ROE, (4) testing the effect of intellectual capital on PBV through ROA. While the population of this study are all banking companies listed on the BEI 2011-2013. Determination of the sample is done by using purposive sampling method to obtain 18 banking companies listing in BEI period 2011-2013. The type of data used is quantitative and is secondary data obtained from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2011-2013. Data analysis using path  analysis technique (path analysis). The results of this study explain that (1) intellectual  capital has a significant positive effect on PBV, ROE and ROA, (2) ROE and ROA have a significant positive effect on PBV, (3) intellectual capital influence on PBV through ROE,</p><p>(4) intellectual capital PBV through ROA. So the result of path analysis showed that Intellectual Capital influences PBV through ROE and ROA. ROE and ROA status as intervening variable that acts as a booster for the direct relationship of intellectual capital to PBV in banking companies listing on BEI 2011-2013.</p><p> </p><p><strong>keywords</strong>: Intellectual Capital (IC), Price Book Value (PBV), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Return On  Asset (ROA).</p>

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.

This study aims to analyze and prove empirically the influence of managerial ability, work culture, organizational characteristics both partially and simultaneously on the innovation capability and performance of crafters at Tapis SMEs in Lampung Province. The research methods in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The population was 1,302 Tapis crafter in Lampung Province and a sample of 305 and as owner crafters as respondents, with questionnaires as data collection techniques, and data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using Lisrel 8.70. The results showed that partially or simultaneously, managerial ability, work culture, and organizational characteristics had a positive and significant influence on the capability of innovation. The results of this study also showed a positive effect of managerial ability, work culture, and innovation capabilities on the performance of crafters at Tapis SMEs in Lampung Province. Innovation capability can act as an intervening variable that strengthens the influence of managerial ability, organizational culture, and organizational characteristics on the performance of crafters the most dominant work culture influences the performance of craftsmen is 0.356.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />Allah SWT has set the rules on the issue of inheritance clearly and firmly in Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nisa article 11. It explains about the division of inheritance based on male and female sex, that is 2:1 (Das Sollen). But in fact there is a group of people called Khuntsa (double sex). Neither in Al-Qur‘an nor Hadist explains the provisions of inheritance for khuntsa heirs and the large number of parts they receive (Das Sein). The formulation of the problem in this study is how inheritance for the heirs who perform double genital surgery (khuntsa) according to KHI and how the right should be given to the heirs who perform<br />double genital adjustment surgery (khuntsa) in accordance with Islamic Law. <br />This research uses juridical normative approach method with analytical descriptive research specification. Sources and types of data are secondary data obtained from Islamic legal norms on inheritance and khuntsa obtained from Al-Quran, Hadist, KHI, and fuqaha and experts opinions in various literature on inheritance and khuntsa. <br />Based on the research result, khuntsa inheritance right is not regulated in KHI.<br />Theredore if khuntsa conducts genital adjustment surgery, and get the clarity of its legal status hence its right of inheritance is as specified in Article 176 KHI. The provision of inheritance for khuntsa heirs in Islamic Law is khuntsa first predicted as male then female.<br />Khuntsa and other heirs share the smallest and most convincing estimates, while the remaining doubts are held until the status of the khuntsa law is clear. If the khuntsa matter is clear, the acceptance of all the heirs is perfected by adding share to those who are reduced according to the acceptance they should receive. In the future, the formulation of KHI should regulate the right of khuntsa inheritance along with the amount of the inheritance received.</p><p> </p>

Abstrak: Pengaruh Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return on Asset, dan Return on Equity Terhadap Harga Saham Sektor Keuangan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh dari ICMD dan sumber pendukung yang lain. Teknik pengambilan sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 237 perusahaan sektor keuangan dari 255 perusahaan yang terdaftar di ICMD. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel EPS, PBV, ROA, dan ROE tahun 2010-2014 secara simultan dan parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap variabel harga saham. Kata Kunci: Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Harga Saham Abstract: The Influence of Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return on Asset, and Return on Equity to Stock Price in Finance Company. The research purpose is to examine the influence of EPS, PBV, ROA and ROE to stock price simultaneously or partially in finance sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010-2014. The research using secondary data based on the annual report taken from Indonesia Capital Market Directory and Indonesia Stock Exchange and other support sources. This study uses purposive sampling and 237 of 255 finance sector companies listed in ICMD used as the sample. This research uses multiple regression analysis. The research result shows that EPS, PBV, ROA, and ROE in 2010-2014 simultaneous and partially positive significantly affected by the stock price. Keyword: Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Stock Price.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and company size on profitability in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian state-owned enterprise website in 2016 - 2018. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data from company financial and annual report, the sample consists of 65 stated-owned companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consists of  the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis known that capital structure has a insignificant negative effect on profitability, liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, and company size has a significant negative effect on profitability. The results of this study are expected to be useful for managers in making decisions related to company management, beneficial for investors in choosing investments, and being useful as a reference for further researchers who studying profitability variables
