Abstrak: Pengaruh Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return on Asset, dan Return on Equity Terhadap Harga Saham Sektor Keuangan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh dari ICMD dan sumber pendukung yang lain. Teknik pengambilan sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 237 perusahaan sektor keuangan dari 255 perusahaan yang terdaftar di ICMD. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel EPS, PBV, ROA, dan ROE tahun 2010-2014 secara simultan dan parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap variabel harga saham. Kata Kunci: Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Harga Saham Abstract: The Influence of Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return on Asset, and Return on Equity to Stock Price in Finance Company. The research purpose is to examine the influence of EPS, PBV, ROA and ROE to stock price simultaneously or partially in finance sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010-2014. The research using secondary data based on the annual report taken from Indonesia Capital Market Directory and Indonesia Stock Exchange and other support sources. This study uses purposive sampling and 237 of 255 finance sector companies listed in ICMD used as the sample. This research uses multiple regression analysis. The research result shows that EPS, PBV, ROA, and ROE in 2010-2014 simultaneous and partially positive significantly affected by the stock price. Keyword: Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Stock Price.

Stock price fluctuations are natural and almost occur in all companies in various sectors, including companies in the oil mining sector so that price changes affect the company's financial performance and stock prices which can be analyzed fundamentally using financial ratios to aspects in the financial statements. The framework of this research is to analyze the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. The population and sample used are oil mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. The sampling method used is purposive sampling or judgmental sampling. Sources of data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements. The tool used for data collection is through the method of observation and analysis of the company's financial statements. The results showed, based on the t test value, stock prices were positively influenced by Return on Equity (ROE), Book Value (BV) and Price to Book Value (PBV), while negatively influenced by Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit. Margins (NPM). Based on the F test value, stock prices are positively influenced by ROE, DER, NPM, Earnings Per Share (EPS), BV, and PBV. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2), stock prices are strongly influenced by ROE, DER, NPM, BV, and PBV by 91.5% and influenced by other variables by 8.5%.

This study aimed to analyze the influence Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value, Growth Company and market factors, namely Capitalization Rate on stock price on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2012 period who actively publish the financial statements in the period of observation. In this study, the data collected is of secondary data is data obtained indirectly from the object of research. Therefore, in this study the data capture technique using the documentation techniques. The procedure of sample selection is purposive sampling and analysis model used is the Multiple regression to test the hypothesis that the t test and F test and also performed classical assumption. The results showed that the Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value positive and significant effect on stock prices and capitalization rates and a significant negative effect on stock prices. Based on the test results indicate that simultaneous Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value, Growth companies and capitalization rates affect stock prices. Variations independent variable Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value, Growth companies and capitalization rate is able to explain the variation in stock prices by 95.64%.

The aim of this research to examine are there impact of ROA, ROE, EPS, PER, and DER as an independent variable whit stock price as dependent variable on 10 real estate companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange and have financial statements in the period 2013–2016 so that the unit of analysis obtained is 40 financial statement list real estate company. The research variable consisted on independent variable in the form of return on asset (X1), return on equity (X2), earning per share (X3), price earning ratio (X4), debt to equity ratio (X5), and stock price (Y) as a dependent variable. Methods of data collection in of this research is the method of documentation. Data analysis technique were use multiple linier regression. Based on the results of regression analysis known that influence of return on asset, return on equity, earning per share, price earning ratio, and debt to equity ratio and simultaneously influence the stock price on the Indonesia stock exchange in period 2013–2016 at 92,8% while the rest influenced by other variables is not examined in this research. Partially, return on asset and earning per share significantly influence to stock prices, while return on equity, price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio but not significant effect on stock prices.

This study aims to determine the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) towards the stock price at Metal andd Allied Product Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study amouted to 14 companies, and by using sampling techniques in the form of purposive sampling acquired 11 companies which can be sampled. Source of data used in this research is secondary data derived from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2005 until 2009. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The result of analysis is the EPS has significant influences on stock price with value of 0.000 < 0.05, PBV has a significant influence on stock price with a value 0.000 < 0.05,  ROE does not have a significant influence on stock price with a value of 0.141 > 0.05, ROI does not have a significant influence on stock price with a value of 0.913 > 0.05, and PER does not have a significant influence on stock price with a value of 0.154 > 0.05. value of R Square shows the results 0.720, which means 72% of the stock price can be explained by the variable EPS, PBV, ROE, ROI, and PER, while the remainder, 28% of stock price is explained by other independent variables are not observed/assumed to be constant.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of Bank Soundness by using RGEC method and influence on stock priceDesign / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data of each Public bank foreign exchange on Indonesia Stock Exchange with analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive samplingFindings - The result of this research shows that NPL and ROA have positive effect to share price, GCG and NIM have no effect to stock price, LDR and CAR do not have an effect on stock price but regression direction with positive sign showing relationship with stock price.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object and method, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result, as well as foreign theory and journal source and foreign book and research result.

Abstrak   Harga saham dapat mencerminkan nilai dari suatu perusahaan. Perusahaan yang kinerja keuangannyabaik, sahamnya akan banyak diminati oleh investor. Salah satu yang diperhatikan dalam pencapaian kinerja suatu perusahaan adalah laba. Rasio yang digunakan sebagai pengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan antara lainReturn On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity(ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Return On Asset, Return On Equity dan Earning Per Shareterhadap harga saham pada perusahaan Food & Beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsialmenunjukan bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan EPS berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan ROA, ROE dan EPS berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Abstract   Stock prices may reflect the value of a company. Companies whose financial performance is good, its shares will be much in demand by investors. One that is considered in the achievement of a company's performance is profit. Ratios used as a measure of corporate financial performance include Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS). This study aims to determine and prove empirically the influence of Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share to stock prices at Food & Beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the number of samples of 10 companies. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear analysis. The results of partially show that ROA does not affect the stock price, ROE do not affect the stock price, while the EPS effect on stock prices. Simultaneously ROA, ROE and EPS effect on stock prices.

This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS)on Stock Price. Samples taken were 15 LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Analysis techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study are that the Return On Asset (ROA) has a negative and not significant effect on stock price, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive and not significant effect on stock prices, and together Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure on the company's financial performance particularly in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 4 years period from 2014 to 2018. Capital structure is measured by Market Total Leverage (MTLEV), Market Long-Term Leverage (MLLEV) and Market Short-Term Leverage (MSLEV). On the other hand, the company's financial performance is measured by Return on Equity (ROE) and Price to Book Value (PBV). The populations in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the selection of samples was determined by purposive sampling method, with the final samples as many as 333 company-years. The type of data used is secondary data from IDX using multiple regression analysis methods. <p class="Style1"><strong><em>The objective of this research is to determine the significant effects of financial perfor­</em></strong><strong><em>mance of manufacturing industries to stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The </em></strong><strong><em>secondary data was used with the multiple linear regression analysis. The results show </em></strong><strong><em>that earning per share and price earning ratio have positive and significantly effects to </em></strong><strong><em>stock return. This research also finds retum on equity and price to book value does not </em></strong><strong><em>have any significant effects to stock return. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) , Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR),  Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Book Value (PBV) Dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap harga saham Pada Perusahaan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode Tahun 2014-2018.Populasi penelitian adalah yang terdaftar  pada perusahaan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII)  di BEI tahun 2014-2018 sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 18 perusahaan.Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah CR, DER, DAR, ROA, ROE, EPS, PBV  dan NPM sedangkan variabel dependen adalah harga saham. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CR, DER, ROA, ROE, EPS, PBV  dan NPM berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Harga saham, sedangkan DAR, tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga saham
