      The rapid development in wireless communication technology and the urgent need to develop it has led to an increase in the public exposure to more radio spectrum frequencies. The mountain increases in terms of the damage caused by these wireless technologies for the 2G, 3G and 4G generations ending with the new technique, which is 5G. As a result of the urgent need for fast communications and wide packages of data, only a new generation of communications has emerged, which is 5G, which enjoys high speed and broadcasts in short waves and high frequency. There is great concern about the impact of these technologies on human health and safety. This technique works at relatively higher frequencies than the previously used technologies. This research sheds light on some of the expected harms of these technologies and the result of using these techniques, where the damages on the human body in general, the skin and the human eye in particular, are addressed, as well as their impact on the environment and plants in general.

With the rapid development of “we media” technology, external information about the same sudden hot social event is often involved repetitiously, leading to frequent public opinion reversal. However, the phenomenon of public opinion reversal process usually has a long-lasting duration and spreads wide, making the event itself attract the widespread attention of ordinary people. Focusing on the public opinion reversal process of sudden social hot topic (a popular and widely discussed issue), this paper firstly identifies the internal and external factors that affect the reversal, namely individual internal characteristics and external intervention information. Secondly, information intensity and the amount of information perceived by individuals are introduced to describe the impact of external intervention information on the public opinion reversal. Thirdly, the parameters of individual attention and conservation are used to describe the process of individual’s selection of external information, so as to reveal the influence of the internal characteristics on public opinion reversal, and then build a public opinion reversal model. Fourthly, the effects of information intensity and individual attention, as well as individual conservation on the process of public opinion reversal are analyzed by simulation experiment. Simulation results show that: (1) the intensity of external intervention information affects the direction and degree of public opinion reversal; (2) when individual conservation is strong or individual attention is weak, even if external intervention information is strong, there will still be no obvious reversal of public opinion. Subsequently, the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified by a real case. Finally, some recommendations and policy implications are also given.

Abstract. The highly accurate measurements of the hyperspectral Infrared Atmospheric Sounding Interferometer (IASI) are used in numerical weather prediction (NWP), atmospheric chemistry and climate monitoring. As the second generation of the European Polar System (EPS-SG) is being developed, a new generation of IASI instruments has been designed to fly on board the MetOp-SG constellation: IASI New Generation (IASI-NG). In order to prepare the arrival of this new instrument, and to evaluate its impact on NWP and atmospheric chemistry applications, a set of IASI and IASI-NG simulated data was built and made available to the public to set a common framework for future impact studies. This paper describes the information available in this database and the procedure followed to run the IASI and IASI-NG simulations. These simulated data were evaluated by comparing IASI-NG to IASI observations. The result is also presented here. Additionally, preliminary impact studies of the benefit of IASI-NG compared to IASI on the retrieval of temperature and humidity in a NWP framework are also shown in the present work. With a channel dataset located in the same wave numbers for both instruments, we showed an improvement of the temperature retrievals throughout the atmosphere, with a maximum in the troposphere with IASI-NG and a lower benefit for the tropospheric humidity.

Indonesia is a densely populated country with a population of 260 million, making Indonesia the fourth most populous country in the world. The continued rapid development of the economy in Indonesia has made land an asset that provides benefits. In Indonesia, land ownership that has the highest legal power is proven by a Certificate of Ownership or in indonesian is called as Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM). Meanwhile, the land titling process is often complex and lengthy, and because of the processing carried out by government agencies in handling a variety of different documents, some structured people commit fraud. The impact is that the model currently used does not have good governance. This research offers a Blockchain-based solution in providing data harmony and openness, lightening in data access, permanent records management, and most importantly it is a solution that is cheaper and faster. This research offers a step-by-step model of Blockchain selection beginning from the public Blockchain ledger which will continuously incorporate two degrees of Hybrid Blockchain. The smart contract design of the Public Blockchain is provided in detail as well as the use of Ethereum in implementing its prototype system. In the experimental test using the local Ethereum test network directly to show the effectiveness of the system. The results of the analysis show that the model offered can reduce the costs required for processing information, the number of trips required, and result in easy access to important information. With the implementation of Blockchain, efforts to digitize land rights in Indonesia can increase.

Abstract Like all other human activities, nuclear activities inherently produce waste. Even if the amount of radioactive nuclear waste is small compared with every other waste generated by human, this is a real danger and may produce devastating effects. Radioactive nuclear waste requires a safe management, a very good classification and limitation of releasing of radioactive effluents into the environment. The anticipated big impacts that any nuclear activity releases involve the environmental impacts, human health and safety. Public's perception represents a big challenge mainly when people are asked about harmful activities or technologies, such as radioactive nuclear waste. The aim of this study is to find out the public's perception of the impacts of radioactive nuclear waste. The main research instrument for this analysis is based on questionnaire. This research represents a new approach for the study of people's perception of radioactive nuclear waste in Romania. Public's perception is one of the key factors with influence on the development of nuclear waste technologies. The perception is crucial and may mean more than reality. The impact of radioactive nuclear waste seen through public perception shows the degree of development of storage conditions, both in the short and long term. The study revealed that the public perception regarding radioactive nuclear waste is divided in two major concerns: the potential impacts on the environment and people's health.

Abstract Numerical Ventilation (NV) is a well-known problem that occurs when the Volume of Fluid method is used to model vessels with a bow that creates a small, acute entrance angle with the free surface. These are typical of both planing hulls and yachts. There is a general lack of discussion focusing upon Numerical Ventilation available within the public domain, which is attributable to the fact that it only affects such a niche area of naval architecture. The information available is difficult to find, often fleetingly mentioned in papers with a different focus. Numerical Ventilation may be considered one of the main sources of error in numerical simulations of planing hulls and as such warrants an in-depth analysis. This paper sets out to bring together the available work, as well as performing its own investigation into the problem to develop a better understanding of Numerical Ventilation and present alternate solutions. Additionally, the success and impact of different approaches is presented in an attempt to help other researchers avoid and correct for Numerical Ventilation. Interface smearing caused by the simulations inability to track the free surface is identified as the main source of Numerical Ventilation. This originates from the interface between the volume mesh and the prism layer mesh. This study looks into the interface to identify strategies that minimise Numerical Ventilation, presenting a novel solution to prism layer meshing that was found to have a positive impact. Through the implementation of a modified High Resolution Interface Capture (HRIC) scheme and the correct mesh refinements, it is possible to minimise the impact of Numerical Ventilation to a level that will not affect the results of a simulation and is acceptable for engineering applications.

The strategy of price liberalization and privatization had been implemented in Sudan over the last decade, and has had a positive result on government deficit. The investment law approved recently has good statements and rules on the above strategy in particular to pharmacy regulations. Under the pressure of the new privatization policy, the government introduced radical changes in the pharmacy regulations. To improve the effectiveness of the public pharmacy, resources should be switched towards areas of need, reducing inequalities and promoting better health conditions. Medicines are financed either through cost sharing or full private. The role of the private services is significant. A review of reform of financing medicines in Sudan is given in this study. Also, it highlights the current drug supply system in the public sector, which is currently responsibility of the Central Medical Supplies Public Corporation (CMS). In Sudan, the researchers did not identify any rigorous evaluations or quantitative studies about the impact of drug regulations on the quality of medicines and how to protect public health against counterfeit or low quality medicines, although it is practically possible. However, the regulations must be continually evaluated to ensure the public health is protected against by marketing high quality medicines rather than commercial interests, and the drug companies are held accountable for their conduct.

This article examines the occupational health considerations that might impact the health and wellbeing of public health workers during responses to natural (eg, floods and hurricanes) and humancaused (eg, terrorism, war, and shootings) disasters. There are a number of articles in the medical literature that argue the impact of how working long hours by house staff physicians, nurses, and first-responders may pose health and safety concerns regarding the patients being treated. The question examined here is how working long hours may pose health and/or safety concerns for the public health workers themselves, as well as to those in the communities they serve. The health problems related to sleep deprivation are reviewed. Current policies and legislations regarding work-hour limitations are examined. Policy implications are discussed.

With the rapid development of high-speed railway, the problem caused by railway has become the focus of public attention. Whether the railway will damage the electromagnetic environment become an unavoidable topic. Choosing the AC 25KV high-speed railway to study, the impact of its resistive coupling on the human body or different devices is explored. Using the existing analytical formula, the ground potential rise caused by the resistive coupling has been simulated, which intuitively show the different ground potential rise in different situations. Finally, the impact of resistive coupling has been analyzed.
