Social responsibility is a concept used across many field, for example, business, economics, political science, social and human science, etc. In every country has been made development plan,which is related to citizen's social responsibility and envionmental front. Every human daily routine begins with a sense of obligation and resposibility and action. People do not understand their actions and behavior of the direct consequences on the environment, other people and to ourselves.Conversely, by understanding ourselves as social and natural part, you can expect a long term positive results in the formation of responsibility and joint resposibility.This article deals with the concept of accountability structure and its relationship to the social environment.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has caused a transformation of virtually all aspects of the world order today. Due to the introduction of the world quarantine, a considerable share of professional communications has been transformed into a format of distance interaction. As a result, the specific weight of traditional components of the investment attractiveness of a region is steadily going down, because modern business can be built without the need for territorial unity. It should be stated that now the criteria according to which investors decide if they are ready to invest in a region are dynamically transforming. The significance of the following characteristics is increasingly growing: the sustainable development of a region, qualities of the social environment, and consistency of the social infrastructure. Thus, the approaches to evaluating the region’s investment attractiveness must be transformed. Moreover, the investment process at the federal level involves the determination of target areas of regional development. Despite the universal significance of innovative development, the region can develop much more dynamically when a complex external environment is formed that complements its development model. Interregional interaction, as well as an integrated approach to innovative development, taking into account not only the momentary effect, but also the qualitative long-term transformation of the region, will significantly increase the return on investment. At the same time, the currently existing methods for assessing the investment attractiveness of the region are usually heuristic in nature and are not universal. The heuristic nature of the existing methods does not allow to completely abstract from the subjectivity of the researcher. Moreover, the existing methods do not take into account the cyclical properties of the innovative development of the region, which lead to the formation of a long-term effect from the transformation of the regional environment. This study is aimed at forming a comprehensive methodology that can be used to evaluate the investment attractiveness of a certain region and conclude about the lines of business that should be developed in it as well as to find ways to increase the region’s investment attractiveness. According to the results of the study, a comprehensive methodology was formed to evaluate the region’s investment attractiveness. It consists of three key indicators, namely, the level of the region’s investment attractiveness, the projected level of the region’s investment attractiveness, and the development vector of the region’s investment attractiveness. This methodology is based on a set of indicators that consider the status of the economic and social environment of the region, as well as the status of the innovative and ecological environment. The methodology can be used to make multi-dimensional conclusions both about the growth areas responsible for increasing the region’s innovative attractiveness and the lines of business that should be developed in the region.

A word of CSR which stands for Corporate Social Responsibility is now becoming popular and more often many companies insert the CSR activities into its company profile. CSR has another different names such as Social Activity or Sustainability Development. CSR program according to wikipedia ia an organization or company has a responsibility to its customer, employees, share holders, community and environment in every aspect involved in company operasional. In the management science, there is a level whereas it is called social responsibility or it is just social obligation. Many opinions argues that CSR program will reduce the profit of the respected company. But many opinions denies the previous argue by saying the CSR program is a long term program profit gain since the short term result is good public image. The good public image will lead the loyalti of customer to keep using the product or service from the hotel. The customer loyalti also affected by the customer’s opinion, if they involves in the social activities held by the hotel, they also participate in a social activity.

In the light of the strategy Europe 2020, which is focused on smart, sustainable and inclusive growth [ and the document: Renewed EU Strategy for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the period 2011 to 2014, together with the opinion of the Section for Employment, Social Affairs and Citizenship [ a targeted focus on CSR becomes the objective necessity for the companies. Through the CSR companies can achieved the long-term confidence of employees and customers, thereby the environment that allows innovation and growth can create. According to the idea of: Think globally, act locally is necessary to act socially and responsibly already at grassroots level of management hierarchy, whereby during the fulfilment the social aspect of corporate social responsibility is necessary to respect the status of employees, their physical and mental possibilities.

Autonomous exploration should be considered in the creation of healthy environments since autonomy is an important developmental experience for children. For a group of boys in Raleigh, N.C., U.S. during the period 2002–2006, autonomous exploration was a meaningful experience. Results of a qualitative research project (n = 5) which highlight the importance of autonomous exploration are organized within a proposed framework for thick description. The framework creates verisimilitude by reporting on the context, social action and cultural context, and behavior and intentionality. The context of Raleigh and urban wildscapes furnished areas ripe for exploration. The social action and cultural context of attachment supported the autonomous exploration through scaffolded experiences of autonomy. The intentionality of the behavior was a desire to distinct themselves through a focus on individual development and the pursuit of extraordinary experiences. The ultimate outcomes of autonomous exploration for the boys were the development of long-term, intimate friendships and confidence in their decision-making ability. As cities become more health-focused, attention should be paid to preserve the rough edges of a city for children to explore.

Orang dengan disabilitas adalah orang yang memiliki kemampuan berbeda baik fisik, mental, intelektual atau sensorik dalam jangka waktu lama. Orang dengan disabilitas secara sosial seringkali mengalami keterbatasan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sebagai akibat dari persepsi dan sikap lingkungan sosial yang tidak tepat dalam berinteraksi dengan mereka. Sehingga peran serta orang dengan disabilitas seringkali diabaikan. Jumlah orang dengan disabilitas pada 9 provinsi di Indonesia sebanyak 299.203 jiwa, dan sekitar 67,33% disabilitas dewasa tidak memiliki keterampilan dan pekerjaan. Perusahaan melalui program corporate social responsibility dapat berperan dalam membantu meningkatkan aksesibilitas orang dengan disabilitas melalui peningkatan keterampilan kerja dan akses terhadap sumber-sumber penghidupan mereka. Lembaga Sinergi Foundation merupakan salah satu organisasi yang berupaya membantu memberdayakan orang dengan disabilitas (ODD). Tujuan dari program CSR dari Sinergi Foundation adalah agar ODD mampu memenuhid kebutuhan hidup secara mandiri, sehigga taraf  hidup mereka meningkat secara sosial dan ekonomi. People with disabilities are people who have different abilities whether physical, mental, intellectual or sensory in the long term. People with social disabilities often experience limitations in meeting their needs as a result of perceptions and attitudes of social environment that are not appropriate in interacting with them. So the participation of people with disabilities is often ignored. The number of people with disabilities in 9 provinces in Indonesia is 299,203 people, and about 67.33% of adults with disabilities do not have skills and jobs. Companies through corporate social responsibility programs can play a role in helping to increase the accessibility of people with disabilities through improving work skills and access to their livelihoods. The Sinergi Foundation is an organization that seeks to help empower people with disabilities (ODD). The aim of the CSR program of the Sinergi Foundation is that ODD are able to fulfill their needs independently, so that their standard of living increases socially and economically.

Of late, the concept of corporate social responsibility has gained prominence from all avenues. Across the globe, most of the prominent leading corporations seem to have realized the importance of being associated with socially relevant causes as a means of promoting their brands. Corporate have started moving from what is our share mode to what is our environmental impact and how much we are accountable mode. Nearly all leading organizations in India are involved in corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes in areas like education, health, livelihood creation, skill development, and empowerment of not just the weaker sections of the society but the society in large. This paper examines the concept of few notable firms sacrificing profits in the social interest within the environmental realm especially for children. Although the analysis of goodwill and quality of different initiatives within the umbrella of CSR is challenging, an attempt can be made to fulfill the social responsibility. The authors have tried to take four Indian firms who are exclusively into a robust CSR strategy, where child rights are being respected and protected. These programmes aim at holistic development of the concerned. The objective, sector, modus operandi and the scope of the programmes are investigated. Also a small effort has been made to understand the needs of children in India, scope of the corporate in fulfilling those needs and facilitate long term change in the lives of the marginalized children. A brief analysis regarding the best practices by the authors suggests that integrated empowerment is needed for sustainable development in the society. Moreover protecting the rights of children should be integral to every CSR strategy. Corporate can impact the access to the necessities, which are essential for survival and development of children in many ways.

The article reveals the problem of formation of the socio-moral component of the personal agency of a teenager in the environment of additional education. It considers the theoretical aspects of this problem. The attention is paid to the understanding of personal agency, its connection with the conditions of the social environment during the teen years. The component structure of personal agency is given. The article also describes the methods and results of the study of the socio-moral component of the personal agency of adolescents. It deals with the controversial issues of the formation of the individual components of personal agency: social responsibility and moral-axiological attitude to the subjects of the social environment. The attention of the reader is drawn to the potential of a socially enriched environment of additional education for the formation of the personal agency of modern adolescents.

Humans have a universal drive to understand other people’s intentions and behavior. From an evolutionary perspective, being perceptive about others in the social world—especially strangers—comes with a host of benefits that promote survival (Cosmides & Tooby, 1992). People need to decide whether a person poses a threat or an opportunity, and quickly and accurately enough. Fortunately, humans have a well-developed, parsimonious method for perceiving others, where individuals and situations that we encounter are quickly evaluated under two dimensions, known as communion and agency.In this chapter, we start by defining what these two fundamental dimensions refer to in the context of person evaluation, and we provide evidence that people, across culture and contexts, readily evaluate people with this communion-agency lens. Then, we explain how these two dimensions provide functional benefits in how effectively people can (a) connect with others and (b) reach one’s goals – two core human motivations related to survival. Finally, we illustrate how knowing how communal and agentic other people are can confer specific benefits for solving three recurring evolutionary challenges: acquiring status, long-term mating, and reproducing.
