This paper discusses the current state of the avifauna on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Reservoir. To date, the species composition of birds in the study area has not been studied, although it is worth noting the need to study the distribution of birds in this area. The construction of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station led to changes in the hydrological regime of the Yenisei River with subsequent flooding of the surrounding territory, as a result of which various geological processes of collapse of the Krasnoyarsk Reservoir banks are observed. Bank metamorphoses can also influence the spatial distribution of birds and creation of new ornithocomplexes. Our ecological and faunal analysis was carried out over two years (20182019) at nine key points along the bank lines of the Krasnoyarsk Reservoir within a radius of one kilometer from the water to identify the impact of geological changes in the banks on the nature of bird placement. The key areas of the study were determined, taking into account various biotopic habitat conditions that attract birds. Monitoring of avifauna on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Reservoir will allow us to assess the degree of influence of changes in the geological processes of the banks on the spatial and biotopic distribution of birds, and it is also possible to forecast the disappearance or movement of some species and subspecies on this territory.

Рассматривается состояние эндемичных байкальских амфипод в р. Енисей, приводятся результаты экспедиционных исследований. Отмечается факт многоразового увеличения количества амфипод в Енисее после зарегулирования плотиной Красноярской ГЭС. Данные гидробиологического мониторинга оформлены в виде геопространственной базы данных на геопортале, который предоставляет возможности визуализации результатов исследований в виде интерактивных тематических карт, прямого доступа к данным через картографические веб-сервисы из современных ГИС. The purpose. The purpose of the work is the theoretical and practical studies of the possibilities for using the geoinformation web-system modern technologies for improving the efficiency of hydrobiological monitoring, and design of software tools of data presentation and analysis for field research. Methods. The technologies for development of distributed information systems in multi-tier architecture, along with software interfaces and protocols, information exchange standards are considered. The possibilities for using of geoinformation and cartographic modelling methods for searching the relationship between the spatial distributions of Baikal amphipods in the Yenisei river with different environmental factors are investigated. Results. The technologies and related software are developed for the considered problem. The geospatial database is generated and filled with the results of own longterm hydrobiological field studies, it has become an integral part of the geoportal of ICM SB RAS, which was formed by the separate thematic section. The focus is on the results of extensive field studies of the Yenisei implemented in 2015 and 2016. As to database content, the information about the quantitative distribution of zoobenthos (animals inhabiting the ponds bottom), in particular endemic Baikal amphipods, in the area from Yenisei river headwaters to its delta was used. It was revealed that the amphipods — the endemics of the Baikal lake — spread far beyond its limits not only downward, but also upstream the Yenisei river. After the commissioning of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station, their share in the total zoobenthos biomass is increased by 10 times. Gmelinoides fasciatus crustacean is especially active; it has massively populated the area of the Upper Yenisei river below the Sayano-Shushensky reservoir. The density and the fraction of crustaceans in the zoobenthos in the area of the Angara — Podkamennaya Tunguska has increased over the last 15 years. Conclusions. Creation of a geospatial database alongside with the results of expeditionary research and the introduction of a GIS web-system for information-analytical support of hydrobiological monitoring significantly expands opportunities for the analysis and presentation of geodata, forms the basis for interdisciplinary research.

The article tells the story of the creation of the Nizhne-Tulomskaya hydroelectric power station (HPP). The main energy parameters of the hydroelectric power station, the layoutof the main structures of the station, and archival photos of the construction time are given. Data on the production and consumption of electricity for own needs, the cost of 1 kW·h during the great Patriotic war are shown. It is told about the reconstruction and current state of the station.

Prispevek predstavlja kritično razmišljanje o internacionalizaciji visokega šolstva oziroma o njenem najbolj hitro naraščajočem in razvijajočem delu – čezmejnem izobraževanju in pregledu nad tveganji, ki so povezana z omenjenim pojavom v kontekstu vpliva na nacionalno varnost. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo, zlasti pri konceptualizaciji ključnih pojmov, in analizo vsebine primarnih in sekundar- nih virov, pri čemer smo podatke dobili iz domače in tuje strokovne literature, in- ternetnih virov in pravnih dokumentov. Nacionalne vladne politike pomembno vplivajo na proces in izide čezmejnega izobraževanja, zato je za strateško delovanje in napoved trendov bistven pregled nad trenutnim stanjem in morebitnimi tveganji (neokolonializem, beg možganov in korupcija). Ugotavljamo, da je z vidika zagota- vljanja gospodarske konkurenčnosti in posledično nacionalne varnosti posameznih držav nujno potrebna identifikacija trenutnega stanja in analiza pomena trendov na področju čezmejnega izobraževanja. The paper provides a critical reflection on the internationalization of higher education, more specifically of its most rapidly growing and evolving part – cross border education, as well as presents an overview of the risks associated with the above phenomenon in the context of the impact on national security. For the purposes of the paper we have used the descriptive method, especially in conceptualizing key points, and analysis of the primary and secondary sources content was done, where the data was drawn from the domestic and foreign literature, internet resources, and legal documents. National government policies have a significant impact on the process and outcomes of the cross-border education. Strategic performance and trend forecast are thus essential for an overview of the current situation and potential risks (neo-colonialism, brain drain and corruption). We have found that in terms of ensuring the economic competitiveness and, consequently, the national security of individual countries an identification of the current state and the analysis of trend importance in cross border education is needed.

The data on the catch, age composition and growth of the roach Rutilus rutilus L. in commercial herd in the Middle Ob basin (in the Tomsk region) are presented. It is shown that the catches of the roach in the middle of the 20th century were 2098 tons per year. In the second half of the 1960s, they fell sharply by more than two times. It was caused by a decrease in the areas of effective spawning due to the reduction of runoff in the Ob during spring floods as a result of the regulation of the level regime by the dam of the Novosibirsk hydroelectric power station. After that, the catch of roach remained at about 1013 tons per year until the beginning of economic reforms in the country, when the catch of this species became unprofitable, as a result of which catches decreased to an average of 436 tons per year. Currently, the basis of commercial catches is made up of roach with a commercial length of 140 to 210 mm and a weight of 50 to 150 g at the age of 2+...5+. It is noted, compared with the 1970–1980s, there is a shift in the age series towards an increase in the value of older age groups, which may indicate underutilization of the stock of the roach. The statistically significant positive relationship between catches of roach and the average duration of flooding of the floodplain in the years of the occurrence of generations that form the basis of catches was revealed. Prolonged floods also provide better conditions for fish feeding (a statistically significant positive relationship between the mass of fish of the same age and the duration of flooding of the floodplain is shown). Thus, the hydrological regime in the spring has a decisive influence on the state of the stocks of roach in the Middle Ob.

The study of regional floras is one of the main tasks of floristics, which allows one to make the most complete inventory and analyze the species composition. The analysis results in a reconstructed picture of the vegetation development in the investigated area. Human economic activities in the area have created new habitats for the species whose main distribution range is far beyond boundaries of the area. Therefore, the main objective of the study was to study the flora of the islands in the lower Vyg River. To achieve the goal, the route-reconnaissance method was used. The performed work revealed the constancy of the species composition of the flora of the islands. All in all, 136 species were found on the islands, 50% of which are common in this territory and make up the main core, which is part of the northern taiga flora. The differences between the floristic composition of the islands are due to the current state of the Vyg River, altered by the dam of the hydroelectric power station, and a large anthropogenic pressure associated with the development of tourism in the places of petroglyphs accumulation.

Abstract Construction of large hydroelectric complexes on the plain rivers of Western Siberia, such as the Ob, as well as other types of anthropogenic impact (infill development, quarrying of nonmetallic building materials, carrying out track works, laying communications, wastewater discharges, etc.) lead to a change in water and channel regimes, hydrological characteristics, channel deformation in the downstream. One of these changes is the landing of water level in the section of the lower pond of the Ob from the Novosibirsk hydroelectric complex to the mouth of the Tom River, which adversely affects navigable conditions of this stretch, operation of water intakes, port and sluice, and also damages the fish industry. The landing of the water level continues to this day, and in order to maintain the design water level, it becomes necessary to increase navigation releases. The design level was changed several times after the commissioning of the Novosibirsk hydroelectric complex due to its low availability, a further change in the availability will lead to a change in the design level mark, or rather its lowering. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to assess the position of the design flow rate at the established design level and make a forecast of changes in water flow depending on the time that has passed since the start of operation of the Novosibirsk hydroelectric complex, taking into account the impact on the channel, carried out dredging works, as well as other types of anthropogenic impacts.

Приведены результаты анализа временных рядов геофизических наблюдений в районе плотины Чиркейской ГЭС, проводимых с целью изучения опасных геологических процессов. Анализ временного ряда кажущегося электрического сопротивления горных пород в скважине с помощью пакета программ WinABD показал отсутствие влияния на измеряемый параметр импульсных помех, связанных с выпадением осадков до 50 мм The results of the analysis of time series of geophysical observations in the area of the dam of the Chirkei hydroelectric power station, aimed at the study of dangerous geological processes. Analysis of the time series of apparent electrical resistance of rocks in the well using WinABD software package showed no effect on the measured parameter of impulse noise associated with precipitation up to 50 mm

The low resistance of the landscapes of the North-East of Russia to anthropogenic influences is shown. The features of natural plant complexes restoration and land reclamation in the area of the Ust-Srednekanskaya hydroelectric power station are considered. In order to create conditions for the successful restoration of vegetation cover after the impact of anthropogenic factors, it is recommended to carry out measures for leveling the disturbed surface and terracing it. It is proposed to carry out artificial sowing of cereals, which are characterized by regular and abundant fruiting.
