I apply such scientific methods as dialectical, historical and logical unity, structural and functional analysis, traditional techniques of economic analysis and synthesis. The methods of multivariate statistical and comparative analysis serve as a methodological basis of the study. To determine the indicator of unemployment, I use the band theory. Results. I underpin the growing role of employment in ensuring economic security. The paper presents a comprehensive assessment of the unemployment status and a comparative analysis of the indicator in the Republic of Mordovia, the Volga Federal District, and the Russian Federation as a whole. I identify trends in the average duration of unemployment, show the distribution of unemployed by level of education and age groups. Conclusions. Objective:to study the infection of the adult and children’s population of the Rostov and Astrakhan regions by the bacteria Helicobacter pylori, to determine the frequency of H. pylori pathogenicity factors in different age groups of the population.Materials and methods:118 adults and 112 children were examined. Te presence of H. pylori DNA and the pathogenicity factors of CagA and VacA in the biopsy material of the mucous membrane of the antrum of the stomach was determined by PCR.Results:a signifcantly smaller percentage of H. pylori–positive patients is characteristic of the child population. Te prevalent H. pylori genotype in the infant population is the avirulent genotype Vac s2m2 (60%) (χ2: p <0.005). Genotype CagA + VacAs1 VacAm1 is a marker of peptic ulcer for adult population of the Rostov region. Conclusion:Te conducted studies allowed to establish differences in infection of the population with H. pylori bacteria and the frequency of the distribution of virulent genotypes depending on the region, age and severity of the pathology.

This article analyzes the results of a sociological survey, which con- firmed the relevance of the issues of accessibility of providing medicines to various categories of citizens. The purpose of this study was to study the attitude of citizens to the existing system, as well as to identify the strengths and weaknesses of preferential security. The main research methods were: the method of studying and generalizing experience; comparative analysis; sociological survey; statistical. According to the presented data, the distribution of answers to questions is determined in % depending on the total number of respondents, including in the dynamics for the analyzed period (2019-2021). This study served as a tool for studying the key problems in obtaining preferential medicines (waiting times for a doctor to issue a prescription, the absence of a prescription in a pharmacy, the refusal of a doctor to issue medicines, etc.). Thus, the results of the conducted sociological survey showed that the LAW system plays a significant role in the structure of healthcare. At the same time, first of all, it is necessary to carry out additional work with various age groups of the popu- lation in the framework of providing information about the possibilities of the additional preferential security system.

Population decline is a pressing issue facing Japan and other developed countries. Local governments in Japan are seeking solutions to insure they meet the daily travel demands of the elderly. Although subsidy for local bus companies is a highly practical policy, a careful investigation to determine its reasonable level is required. This paper investigates the option price of local bus services, that is, the willingness of residents to pay to maintain the services and attempts to gain insights on a reasonable level of subsidy for local bus companies. A comparative analysis among age groups and different city size groups was made. The result showed that elderly residents show a higher option price value than younger and middle-age residents.
