<p>Sharing economy has been promoted under the background of rapid social development. Meanwhile, financial management modes in enterprise groups have been transformed accordingly to make improvements in financial management, which brings critical impacts on investment decisions. Therefore, the transformation of financial management mode must be free from the traditional mode and should be conductive to the transformation development of financial management. Therefore, this article puts forward several understandings on the transformation of financial management mode for reference.</p>

This article analyses the characteristics of financial management mode in the traditional environment, discusses how to construct the ERP-based integrated financial management mode, proposes concrete design contents of integrated financial management mode in enterprise groups including the establishment of a comprehensive budget management system, construction of centralized fund management system, establishment of risk management system and improvement of internal financial control.

This paper analyzes not only the present management mode of safety production in traffic construction project, but also the main problems existed in safety production of different management modes, so as to offer a new mode of safety management in traffic construction project-intermediary organs for security services involving in the safety management. Optimal financial performance is a company goal that can be achieved through the implementation of financial management functions. One way to improve company performance in addition to financial decisions is to implement good corporate governance. This study aims to determine the effect of financial management decisions and good corporate governance, partially or simultaneously on financial performance with the size of the company as moderating manufacturing in Indonesia. The number of samples is 37 manufacturing companies that routinely publish financial statements for the period 2014-2017. Using multiple linear regression analysis and moderation techniques, the results of the study show that partially funding decisions and good corporate governance significantly affect financial performance. Only investment decisions that have a significant partial effect on the size of the company. Investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies and good corporate governance simultaneously have a significant effect on both company size and financial performance. And the size of the company does not moderate the influence of financial decisions and good corporate governance on financial performance.

Nowadays, a great variety of construction project management modes are likely confusing. Firstly, according to contract mode and management mode, transaction mode involved in the process of construction project transaction is classified. Secondly, transaction mode is compared and analyzed on the scope of application, the characteristic of management, general effectiveness in owner’s view. The differentia of transaction mode is analyzed in many respects. This analysis is helpful for practitioners to understand and apply transaction mode of construction project.

In the new era, rural financial management is an important basic work in rural areas. It is of great significance to safeguard the interests of farmers and promote the healthy development of rural collective economy. This paper first analyzes the main financial management mode in rural areas of China and points out the main problems. Then this paper puts forward the effective strategies to realize the innovation of financial management mode. This paper expounds the basic types of China's rural financial management mode, and puts forward the informatization strategy of rural financial management. Finally, in view of the problems of rural financial informatization construction in China, this paper puts forward specific development measures and methods from three aspects: implementing network system to improve rural financial informatization operation platform, innovating village level accounting agency service operation mode, and cultivating humanistic environment to adapt to the development of rural financial informatization, and summarizes the construction content. The experimental data show that the method can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of rural financial management.

LQ 45 is one of the indices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), where indexes are obtained by calculating with valuations such as liquidity, in the sense. There are compelling reasons to think that market liquidity will affect company performance. Because of the level of selling power of these shares, it plays a central role in corporate governance, approval and performance. This research itself wants to see the effect of direct liquidity on firm value and the indirect effect of liquidity on firm value by moderating financial management decisions regarding investment decisions, dividend policies and purchasing decisions.In this study,the researchers found that stock liquidity directly affected the value of the company, and stock liquidity did not affect financial management decisions (investment decisions, dividend policies and funding decisions) which would later have an indirect effect on firm value.Keywords : stock liquidity, investment decisions, dividend policy, funding decisions, company value.

The paper deals with the analysis of the approaches in defining the main research directions in the field of leasing of innovations and innovations in leasing. Developing the Internet and expansion of mobile Internet, the advent of the Internet of Devices, Fintech, Insurtech, and the development of sharing economy provokes many debates about the future of innovation within the asset finance and innovation in the leasing of assets. This paper aimed to determine the scientific publication tendencies in the field investigating the issues on leasing of innovations and innovations in leasing to identifying prospective research areas. The methodological instruments of this paper are bibliographic tool VOSviewer, Scopus, and Web of Science (WoS) databases. The study sample is 2513 scientific documents, published in the scientific journals indexed by Scopus (1915 documents) and WoS (598 documents) databases. The study has no limited time sample. The obtained results by Scopus and WoS tools showed the growing publication tendencies on the investigated issues. Besides, the number of papers in the Scopus database had a growing tendency with a variable rate. There is a significant increase in the number of papers that occurred from 2000 to 2010. In turn, the number of papers in journals indexed by WoS had been regularly rising during the analyzed period with a growth rate of 19,9%. Thus, this database shows a considerable growth of publications from 2010 to 2019. In 2019 the number of articles in the field of leasing of innovations and innovations in leasing increased by 412% compared to 2010. Therefore, the investigated issues remain popular in investigations of the great string of scientists. In the Scopus database, mostly the issues on leasing of innovations and innovations in leasing were investigated under the subject area as follows: Medicine, Engineering, Social Sciences, Environmental Science, Business, Management and Accounting, Computer Science. The author noted that the most significant part of the scientists who analyzed the leasing of the innovations and innovations in leasing was from the USA, China, United Kingdom, and Germany. Herewith, in 2019, the number of papers devoted to investigated issues enhanced in scientific journals with high impact factors such as Land Use Policy, European Journal of Operational Research, Ecology and Society. Therefore, it indicates that investigated issues are actually in the trends of sharing economy. The obtained results by VOSviewer analysis allowed identifying six clusters of the scientific publications scrutinized the leasing of the innovations and innovations in leasing from different perspectives. It worth mentioning that three out of six clusters have a close connection. The first biggest cluster links the keywords as follows: sustainable development, environmental impact, environmental protection, energy policy, land use, land management, fishery management, laws and legislation, risk assessment, etc. In turn, the second cluster indicated on the investigations in the sphere of information system and software in leasing. Three clusters (the third, fourth and fifth) are connected by the words «leasing – legal aspect – health care/medical practice management – hospital equipment/hospital information system», etc. The keywords such as financial management, taxes, capital financing, leasing – property, capital expenditure, accounting, legal aspect, management, and tax connected them with the sixth cluster. Keywords: innovation, leasing, leasing management, innovation in leasing.
