<p>Under the environment of advocating environmental protection and energy saving, the new energy electric vehicle technology has developed rapidly and become the research hotspot of the current international automobile industry. The new energy electric vehicle has obvious advantages in power, energy saving, environmental protection, driving experience, post-maintenance and so on. Its production process and efficiency are much higher than those of traditional fuel vehicles, which is the inevitable trend of the future development of the automobile industry and plays an important role in the overall sustainable development of the automobile industry. This paper mainly introduces the three core technologies, development status and future development trend of new energy electric vehicles.</p>

Currently, energy saving and consumption reduction has been a crucial task the domestic people are facing with. It has been considered as essential question in the field of building materials to research and develop a new energy saving building material. In this paper, we classified new wall material and thermal insulation material, analyzed the performance, feature and application of such materials, selected typical foam concrete and slurry insulation material and analyzed their thermal properties and technology parameters and so on, to present the development trend and direction of energy saving building material, to provide valid scientific data to relevant building energy saving management units, design units and construction units, to play a positive guiding role in improving the application level of new energy saving building material and promoting new energy saving building material of high quality.

The primary factor in reducing building energy consumption is the wall energy, but thickening the walls simply and using traditional materials to reduce energy consumption has become unable to satisfy the development trend at the present stage. Energy-saving wall materials include organic wall insulation, inorganic wall insulation and composite wall insulation. According to the construction technology, insulation wall can be divided into internal insulation wall, sandwich insulation wall and external insulation wall etc.. Polyurethane foam and other new energy-saving materials are widely used, whicth will become the main energy-saving materials in the northern cold areas.

Because of the energy crisis and environment deterioration, there is a general consensus about the development of new energy vehicle especially electric vehicle in the world. The development of electric vehicles has brought new challenges to the distribution network. The charging strategy, the location planning of electric vehicle charging stations and sizing, the coordination planning between electric vehicle and the distribution grid depends on the future development scale electric vehicles and charging load forecasting. Because there is a certain distance from commercial operation in china, the prediction theory and method of the electric vehicle development scale and charging load are not mature. By using the method of artificial neural network to establish the development scale and charging load forecasting model of electric vehicle. The model is proved its correctness through an example of the electric vehicle scale and charging load forecasting of Kunming, a big city in West China. The paper provides a new way for future development scale and charging load forecasting to electric vehicle of China.
