This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. Employee performance was strongly influenced by leadership, motivation and discipline. Keywords: leadership, motivation, discipline, employee performance

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and communication organizations on employee performance. Samples of this study was sampled every part of the whole section in the PT. X Surabaya which numbered 80 from a population of 500. This study aims to determine the effect of 1) demand, 2) supply, 3) labor, 4) covid 19. The sampling in this research was conducted by using a incidental sampling method. Methods of data collection through questionnaires that have been distributed to 100 respondents who have met criteria. With multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that the demand, supply, labor both partial and simultaneous have significant effect on covid 19. It can be concluded that mitigation of demand, supply, labor towards covid 19. The results of t test showed that demand is approved and indicates demand has great impact on affecting the covid 19, supply is not approved and indicates supply has less impact on affecting the covid 19, labor is approved and indicates labor has great impact on affecting the covid 19. The results of f test showed that both of the independent variables are simultaneously affecting the covid 19. The result of R Square of the regression model is 0.216 which shows that 21,6 % of mitigation of covid 19 can be explained by demand, supply, labor. Whereas, the 78,4% of covid 19 variable can be explained by other factors or variables which are not examined in this research.


this research aims to analyzes the influence of work culture and organizational commitment on the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study ainst o determine and analyze the effeck of compensation and work discliplineon employee performance of at PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population in this studyt were all employees of  PT. Hadji Kalla Palu Branch, amounting to 46 employees, the entire population made as respondents (census). This study usesdescriptive  descriptive data analysis with a quantitative approach that uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of this study day that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Palu Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan  pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh karyawan PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu yang berjumlah 46oerang karyawan, seluruh populasi  dijadikan responden (sensus). Penelitian ini memakai analisis data deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif  yang memakai kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpul data dan  memakai analisi regresi linar berganda. Hasil pnelitian ini  mengatakanbahwa  kompensasi &disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap kierja karywan pada  PT.Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu.

This study aims to examine the effects of compensation, discipline and work experience on employee performance. The number of samples in this study 44 employees at PT. Andre Teknik Mandiri Surabaya. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that the results of partial compensation test have an effect on and significant to performance, discipline also have an effect and significant to performance and work experience have an effect on and signifikan to performance.

Background/ Purpose - To find out what factors influence employee performance at Semen Indonesia International University (UISI). Design / Methodology / Approach - This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were UISI employees and lecturers who had structural positions at UISI where only lecturers were not used as respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 79 respondents. The data analysis of this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the assistance of the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program as if the statistical data. Results and Discussion - The results of this study found that instrument testing, classic assumption tests, t tests, coefficient of determination (R2) and multiple linear regression analysis on the compensation variable hypothesis, work environment, organizational culture, leadership, motivation and job satisfaction showed no significant influence on employee performance so the hypothesis is rejected. While the variable work discipline shows a significant effect on employee performance. Conclusion - Based on the results of the study prove that all hypotheses are acceptable (compensation, work environment, organizational culture, leadership, motivation and job satisfaction have no significant effect on employee performance. While work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance). Research Implications - It is expected that the results of this study can add insight related to improving employee performance to pay attention to aspects of work discipline.

This study aims to know the factors of Consumer Loyalty KFC Hasanuddin in Palu City. Independent variables used in this study are Value (price and quality) (X1), Image (reputation of the brand) (X2), Convenience and ease to get goods or services (X3), Satisfaction perceived by consumer (X4) (X5), Warranty and Guarantee (X6) While the dependent variable is Consumer Loyalty (Y) .This research type is quantitative.The method of this research is descriptive causal.The samples used in this research are as many as 105 respondents with the form of sampling using technique purposive sampling The method of data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that Factors Value, Image, Comfort And Convenience, Satisfaction, Service, Warranty And Guarantee Affecting Consumer Loyalty (Study At KFC Hasanuddin In Palu City) simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to KFC Hasanuddin in Pa City lu. Partially Factor-Factor Value, Image, Convenience And Convenience, Satisfaction, Service, Warranty And Guarantee Affect Consumer loyalty significantly influence consumer loyalty to KFC Hasanuddin in Palu City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor loyalitas Konsumen KFC Hasanuddin di Kota Palu. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai (harga dan kualitas) (X1), Citra (reputasi dari merek tersebut) (X2), Kenyamanan dan kemudahan untuk mendapatkan barang atau jasa (X3), Kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh konsumen (X4), Pelayanan (X5), Garansi dan jaminan (X6. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Loyalitas konsumen (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 105 responden dengan bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Faktor–Faktor Nilai, Citra, Kenyamanan dan Kemudahan, Kepuasan, Pelayanan, Garansi dan Jaminan yang memengaruhi Loyalitas Konsumen (Studi Pada KFC Hasanuddin Di Kota Palu) secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada KFC Hasanuddin di Kota Palu. Secara parsial Faktor– Faktor Nilai, Citra, Kenyamanan dan Kemudahan, Kepuasan, Pelayanan, Garansi dan Jaminan yang Memengaruhi loyalitas Konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada KFC Hasanuddin di Kota Palu.

This study aims to determine the effect of environment, discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pati Sari Desa Selamat Kec. Tenggulun Kab. Aceh Tamiang. The number of samples as respondents used was 119 people. For data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination adjusted (R2). From the regression results for this study obtained an equation that is Y = 2.265 + 0.048 X1 + 0.340 X2 + 0.115 X3. Partially the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance
