يندرج هذا البحث ضمن مشروع تأسيسي، وتأصيلي هادف، يسعى إلى تعزيز المقاربة اللسانية البينية للنسق اللغوي بكل مكوناته، والبحث عن قوة الحضور التي يمتلكها، والسلطة التي يمارسها على الفرد منتجِ الخطاب، وعلى الجماعة التي تشكل المجتمع اللغوي؛ حيث إنَّ اللغة قوة فاعلة لها سلطة داخلية وخارجية، تتجلى سلطتها الداخلية في نظامها القواعدي المعقد الذي يوجد بصفة مضمرة في أذهان المتكلمين- المستمعين الذين ينتمون إلى مجتمع له خصوصيات ثقافية وحضارية متجانسة. وتتجلى سلطتها الخارجية في المؤسسة السياسية، والاجتماعية والعرفية التي تكرّس شرعية النسق اللغوي في المجتمع اللغوي. وفي ظل هذا التصور، انصرفت هذه المقاربة إلى التعامل مع النسق اللغوي، من حيث هو سلطة قهرية، والبحث في علاقته باللغة العالمة من جهة، واللغة المؤسسية من جهة أخرى. تسعى هذه الدراسة، حينئذٍ، إلى إيجاد إجابات علميةكافية، عن كثير من الأسئلة التي ما فتئت تشغل بال الباحثين، على اختلاف اهتماماتهم العلمية أثناء اتخاذهم اللغة موضوعًا للتفكير، والبحث المؤسس. نذكر في هذا المقام بعضَها لأهميته: 1- ما القوة الخفية الكامنة في (ما وراء) ممارسة اللغة لسلطتها القهرية لدى الأفراد والمجتمعات؟ 2- كيف شكلت الرواسب الأدائية للكلام هذه السلطة عبر التاريخ ؟ 3- إلى أي حد يمكن للغتين؛ العالمة، والمؤسسية التأثير في مسار النسق اللغوي في مجتمع المعرفة، والنظام المؤسسي في المجتمع؟ This research falls within a constituent, and Authentic project that seeks to enhance Interdisciplinary approach with all components parts of linguistic system to search for the presence power, that possesses the power, that it exercises on the individual who produces the discourse, and on the group; which make up the linguistic community as an effective force language, that has internal and external authority, which reflects its internal authority in its complex grammatical system, that exists implicitly in the minds of speakers - listeners belonging to a society with homogeneous cultural and civilizational privacies. The external authority is manifested in the political, social, and traditional institution; that devotes the legitimacy of the linguistic system in the linguistic community. Under this scenario; the approach went out to deal with the linguistic system in terms of it is a compulsive authority research, and its relationship to the scholarly language on the hand, and the institutional language on the other hand. This intervention seeks to find scientific answers for many questions, that still preoccupy the researchers from different scientific interests during taking the language as a topic of thought and institutional research. We mention certain questions for its importance: 1- What is the hidden power behind language practicing its oppressive authority in individuals and societies? 2- How did the performance remnants of speech shape this authority throughout history? 3- To what extent can the scholarly language and institutional languages influence the path of a linguistic system in the knowledge society, and the institutional system in the community?

In addition, it explains the duties, functions and authority of traditional institutions in Aceh nowadays. This study is normative legal research. This study examines library materials that acquired through literature study. The technical/ approach used is the statute ap- proach, by using deductive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the existence indigenous people and traditional institutions in Aceh have shown their role in local community life in Aceh. This is caused by the community in Aceh has fulfilled the requirements of indigenous people as stated by the applicable law. The existence of traditional institutions in Aceh essentially has the function and role as a vehicle for public participation in the administration of the Government of Aceh provincial level and the Regency/municipality level in the area of   security, peace, harmony, and public order. In addition, those traditional institutions also have some number of authorities as mandated by Article 4 Qanun Aceh No. 10 of 2008 concerning traditional Institution.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Indigenous </em><em>P</em><em>eople, Traditional Institution, Aceh’s Special Autonomy</em></p><p align="center"><strong>A</strong><strong>b</strong><strong>s</strong><strong>t</strong><strong>ra</strong><strong>k</strong></p><p><em>Pen</em><em>e</em><em>li</em><em>t</em><em>ia</em><em>n </em><em>in</em><em>i bertujuan menjelaskan eksistensi (kedudukan) masyarakat hukum adat dan lembaga-lembaga adat di Aceh dalam penyelenggaraan Keistimewaan dan Otonomi Khusus Aceh. Selain itu, menjelaskan tugas, fungsi, dan wewenang lembaga-lembaga adat yang ada di Aceh saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif (legal research). Kajian ini menelaah bahan pustaka yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka.  pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan (statute approach), dengan menggunakan penalaran deduktif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan (eksistensi) masyarakat hukum adat dan kelembagaan adat di Aceh telah menunjukkan kiprahnya dalam tata kehidupan masyarakat di Aceh. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh karena masyarakat hukum di Aceh telah memenuhi syarat-syarat masyarakat hukum adat sebagaimana yang disebutkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Keberadaan lembaga-lembaga adat di Aceh hakikatnya memiliki fungsi dan peran sebagai wahana partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Aceh dan Pemerintahan Kabupaten/Kota di bidang keamanan, ketenteraman, kerukunan, dan ketertiban masyarakat. Selain itu,  lembaga-lembaga adat tersebut juga memiliki sejumlah kewenangan sebagaimana yang diamanatkan Pasal 4 Qanun Aceh Nomor 10 Tahun 2008 tentang Lembaga Adat.</em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>Masyarakat Hukum Adat, Lembaga Adat, Otonomi Khusus Aceh.</p>

Bendega is a traditional institution in the field of maritime and fisheries on indigenous peoples in Bali in the coastal region, economic, social, cultural and religious that has historically continued to grow, evolving in accordance with the culture, and also the local wisdom of Bali. Bendega is one of three traditional institutions in Bali, namely, Desa Adat, Subak and Bendega. This purpose of this study to understand and interpret the characters of the form and character of the contents of the Bali Regional Regulation 11/2017 which are based on formal and material principles, and study settings using the method of thinking Regulatory Impact Assessment. This research used a normative research method. The results showed that the formation of the Bali Regulation 11/2017 was based on philosophical, sociological and juridical considerations. The establishment of the Bali Regulation 11/2017 is based on attribution authority and delegation. The content character of the Bali Regulation 11/20 is discretionary, in the sense of giving the Governor and the Regency / City Government the freedom of space. Bali Regional Regulation 11/2017 has addressed the character of responsiveness to pluralism in the legal order that applies in areas that have certainty and fulfill people's desires. The certainty of the rules of traditional socio-cultural and religious institutions in the field of fisheries which are part of the culture of traditional Balinese society. Furthermore, it is hoped that there will be a further scientific review of the Bali Provincial Regulations that have been stipulated in the Regional Gazette Bendega adalah lembaga tradisional di bidang kelautan dan perikanan pada masyarakat adat di Bali yang ada di wilayah pesisir, bersifat ekonomi, sosial, budaya dan religius yang secara historis terus tumbuh, berkembang sesuai dengan budaya dan kearifan lokal Bali. Bendega merupakan salah satu dari tiga lembaga tradisonal yang ada di Bali, yaitu, Desa Adat, Subak dan Bendega. Tujuan penelitian adalah memahami dan menginterpretasi karakter bentuk dan karakter isi Perda Bali 11/2017 yang berlandaskan pada asas formil dan materil, dan kajian pengaturan dengan menggunakan logika berpikir Regulatory Impact Assessment. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembentukan Perda Bali 11/2017 adalah berdasarkan pertimbangan filosofis, sosiologis, dan yuridis. Pembentukan Perda Bali 11/2017 didasari pada kewenangan atribusi dan delegasi. Karakter isi Perda Bali 11/20 bersifat diskresioner, dalam pengertian memberikan ruang kebebasan kepada Gubernur dan Pemerintah Kabupaten/ Kota. Perda Bali 11/2017 telah menujukan karakter responsifitas terhadap kemajemukan tatanan hukum yang berlaku di daerah yang memiliki nilai kepastian dan memenuhi keinginan masyarakat. Kepastian aturan lembaga tradisional yang bersifat sosial budaya dan religius di bidang perikanan yang merupakan bagian dari budaya masyakat tradisional Bali. Untuk selanjutnya diharapkan adanya pengkajian ilmiah lebih lanjut tentang Perda-Perda Provinsi Bali yang telah ditetapkan dalam lembaran Daerah.

This article is an extract from my dissertation which offers a historiography of the Dayah, Aceh’s traditional institution of Islamic education and picks up at the point of Aceh’s history where its Dutch colonial experience began. The section presented here details some of the theological, philosophical and political factors that contributed to the development of the regions current variety of educational institutions. However, despite the effects of such historical and ongoing developments, that continue to inform the theological understanding and social concerns of Aceh’s ulama, the Dayah still manages to represent a distinct Muslim identity that express the richest cultural heritages of the region within an orthodox religious framework. Therefore, the Dayah of Aceh continues the traditional Islamic educational experience for the Muslims of the region despite the historical and ongoing influence of cultural, political and social developments.

ABSTRACTThe Ministry of Education of the Generalitat Valenciana has long been investing in digital renewing their classrooms; this has led to teachers having to amortize the investment without enough training to harness these resources. This communication includes an educational experience in the classroom Musical Language of Professional Music Education in a conservatory of Valencia. The process of adapting a more traditional institution (Conservatories of Music) in their pedagogy that compulsory education centers, is more complex than in these other institutions. In this communication the adaptation of teaching is shown to apply this new technology should facilitate both their work and learning this subject students Musical Language conservatory. The problems that led to the use of the whiteboard in this subject, in escasísima (if not null) tradition also show that all experiences are limited to Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary; as well as the training needs of teachers in the specialty of Musical Language to use this resource in their classes.RESUMENLa Consejería de Educación de la Generalidad Valenciana lleva muchos años invirtiendo en la renovación digital de sus aulas; lo que ha llevado a que el profesorado tenga que amortizar dicha inversión sin formación suficiente para aprovechar dichos recursos. Esta comunicación recoge una experiencia educativa en el aula de Lenguaje Musical de las Enseñanzas Profesionales de Música, en un conservatorio de la Comunidad Valenciana. El proceso de adaptación de una institución más tradicionalista (conservatorios de Música) en cuanto a su pedagogía que los centros de educación obligato-ria, es más complejo que en estas otras instituciones. En esta comunicación se muestra el proceso de adaptación del docente para poder aplicar esta nueva tecnología que debía facilitar tanto su labor como el aprendizaje de esta materia a los estu-diantes de Lenguaje Musical del conservatorio. También, se muestran los problemas que supuso el uso de la pizarra digital en esta asignatura, de escasísima (cuando no nula) tradición porque todas las experiencias se limitan a Infantil, Primaria y Secundaria; así como las necesidades formativas de los docentes de la especialidad de Lenguaje Musical para poder utilizar este recurso en sus clases. Contacto principal: [email protected]
