The need for high quality and highly contributing human resources in providing their best performance is an opportunity for organizations to achieve goals especially in the current millennial era. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors such as emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) which are this research variables. The purpose of this study is to determine and to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment on the employee performance with Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya area. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya, Indonesia, as many as 60 employees, consisting of 40 employees of Main Branch Office of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank and 20 employees of Sub-Branch Office of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank, Ngagel Surabaya). The sampling method used is census which uses the entire population of employees of PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya. Path analysis was performed to answer research hypotheses. The results of this study are emotional intelligence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB),  emotional intelligence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, OCB has significant effect on employee performance,  and emotional intelligence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance  through OCB at PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. Sampling method was purposive sampling with 80 employees of PT. Taman Sengkaling UNMUH Malang. A multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. This study concluded that there is a significant effect between emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The higher the emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior OCB, the higher the employee performance. This paper research suggests further research examine other variables with different research objects.

This study examines how much influence the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employee performance. This study aims to know and analyze How the Influence of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, to Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. Technique Determination of the sample is done through purposive (purposive sampling), using sampling rendom samples, by distributing questionnaires to technical service personnel of PT. Citayasa Perdana. This research is designed as an explanatory research model, that is to explain how the influence of job satisfaction, commitment, in improving Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. Therefore, after considering the objectives and proposed hepotesis problem and the available data, in this research digunalan 2 kinds of analysis, namely: 1). Descriptive analysis, and 2). Path Analysis (pats analysis). The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction affects the commitment of oranisasi, the satisfaction of the influence of Organizational Behavior Organizational Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Commitment affect the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Job Satisfaction also affect the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Commitment Organization. ABSTRAK Organisasi umumnya percaya bahwa keunggulan harus tetap dipertahankan demi meningkatnya kinerja, karena kinerja pada dasarnya mempengaruhi kerja tim atau kerja kelompok dan pada akhirnya mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengejar dan meningkatkan kinerja diperlukan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen dan perilaku sportif individu. Penelitian ini menguji seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) untuk kinerja pegawai. Banking industry is one of sector that relies its employees on its quality of human capital. In facing the organizational change in the form of digitaliation, the performances of employees are really challenged.  This study seeks to test the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as mediator of the effect of employee engagement and organizational commitment  on the employees performance at PT. BCA, Tbk Jember branch, Indonesia.  This study used quantitative approach. As many as 162 employees are involved as respondents. We differ them based on their employee types, those are contract and permanent employees. The analytical tool used is path analysis. We report that there is a significant indirect effect of employee engagement and organizational commitment on employees performance through OCB. The role of OCB as mediator is significant in both of effects. We also found that employee engagement and organizational commitment have a significant direct effect on employee performance, employee engagement and organizational commitment have a significant direct effect on OCB, and OCB has a significant direct impact on employee performance.

Purpose For businesses today, employee performance is most important. Therefore, this paper aims to the greater purpose of ‘ideal workplace’; focusing on determining the effect of workplace spirituality on employee performance because organizations tend to neglect employees’ spiritual and/or mental wellness but well-maintain the output. This paper also shines light on the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior and the moderating nature of employee’s emotional intelligence. Design/methodology/approach The study was conducted with a cross-sectional descriptive and analytical approach. Data were collected in two rounds. In total, 761 responses (416 offline and 345 online) were analyzed for all four hypotheses using statistical data package for social sciences and analysis of moments structure; imploring correlation, regression and mediation and moderation analysis. Findings The study found that workplace spirituality is indeed positively linked with employees’ performance. Organizational citizenship behavior is positively associated with workplace spirituality and employee performance. Mediation analysis indicated that organizational citizenship behavior significantly enhances the relationship of workplace spirituality and employee performance. Moderation analysis suggested that employee’s emotional intelligence significantly boosts employee performance. Originality/value This research offers deep and critical insights for curating future research and managerial practices, strengthening the concept of workplace spirituality as a promising area in the fields of human resource management and organizational psychology. The study uses a unique approach and provides exclusive findings regarding Indian service and manufacturing professionals.

This study has several objectives: to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as a moderating effect of organizational commitment on employee performance; analyze the role of gender as a moderating effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; analyze the role of gender as a moderating effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of a notary office in Bangli Regency, amounting to 45 employees. Sampling is done by taking the entire population (saturated sample) that is equal to 45 respondents. Data collection techniques used were interviews with questionnaires with multiple choice closed. In this study data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the overall evaluation of the model seen from the coefficient of determination can be said to be sufficient, Q-Square Predictive Relevance meets existing requirements and Goodness of Fit in a large position (large) then the overall model is declared quite good. Hypothesis 1, which states organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance has not been accepted. Hypothesis 2, which states organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee OCB, is acceptable. Hypothesis 3, which states that employee OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance, is acceptable. Based on gender testing has not been tested as a moderating both in terms of organizational commitment to employee performance, in terms of organizational commitment to OCB, as well as in the relationship of OCB to employee performance

This study aims to determine the influence of emotional intellegence and organizational commitment on the employee performance fashion department in Roxy Square Mall Jember with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as intervening. The population in this study were all employees working at fasion department  Roxy Square Mall Jember branch as much as 210 employees and the sample used was 138 respondents. The sampling technique uses probality sampling with simple random sampling method. The research model was tested by using the path analysis. The results of this study showed that the emotional intelligence and organizational commitment had a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had a positive effect on the employee performance. Emotional intelligence and organizational commitment had an indirect effect on the employee performance through the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). When analyzed further, the percentage of direct effect was higher than the indirect effect, which showed that the mediating variable of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had less effect on the employee performance. Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, personality and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS. The results showed that work life balance was not significantly positive effect, while personality and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment was able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion from this research is that the company should be able to develop more policies that encourage employees to be eager to contribute. For further research that is examining the same aspects to use respondents who have a position in a relatively high job, such as supervisors and managers. To be compared between employees who have positions and not have positions.
