The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. Sampling method was purposive sampling with 80 employees of PT. Taman Sengkaling UNMUH Malang. A multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. This study concluded that there is a significant effect between emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The higher the emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior OCB, the higher the employee performance. This paper research suggests further research examine other variables with different research objects.

The need for high quality and highly contributing human resources in providing their best performance is an opportunity for organizations to achieve goals especially in the current millennial era. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors such as emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) which are this research variables. The purpose of this study is to determine and to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment on the employee performance with Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya area. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya, Indonesia, as many as 60 employees, consisting of 40 employees of Main Branch Office of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank and 20 employees of Sub-Branch Office of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank, Ngagel Surabaya). The sampling method used is census which uses the entire population of employees of PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya. Path analysis was performed to answer research hypotheses. The results of this study are emotional intelligence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB),  emotional intelligence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, OCB has significant effect on employee performance,  and emotional intelligence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance  through OCB at PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya.

The aims of this study are: 1) Analyzing attitudes towards organizational citizenship behavior. 2) Analyzing the influence of personality on organizational citizenship behavior. 3) Analyzing the influence of attitudes on employee performance. 4) Analyzing the influence of personality on employee performance. 5) Analyzing the effect of employee performance on organizational citizenship behavior. 6) Analyzing the influence of attitudes indirectly on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. 7) Analyzing the influence of personality indirectly on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study were all 38 employees of the Rijan Mart Islamic Boarding School Riyadlul Jannah Pacet business unit, Mojokerto. The sampling method used the census technique, the data analysis used the help of SPSS version 20 to test the validity with factor analysis, and test reliability with Cronbach. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) 1. Attitude has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior 2) Personality has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior 3) Attitude has a significant effect on employee performance 4) Personality has a significant effect on employee performance 5) Organizational citizenship behavior has an effect significant effect on employee performance 6) Attitude has an indirect effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior 7) Personality has an indirect effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation of organizational citizenship behavior in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The population in this research is all employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa which amounted to 32 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 32 people with the participation of leaders. By the method of determining saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation to OCB in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on OCB employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa. That is, the higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation owned by employees, it will increase the OCB LPD employees Tanjung Benoa.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, on OCB, to determine the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on OCB on Dash Hotel Seminyak. The method of determining the sample in this study was conducted by Slovin approach so that the number of respondents was 91 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are organizational justice that has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the better organizational justice given to Dash Hotel Seminyak, the OCB of employees will also increase. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows the higher organizational commitment of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the OCB level for employees will also increase. And job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the higher job satisfaction of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the higher the OCB level for employees. The perception of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior has a role to increase employee organizational commitment, with perceptions of good organizational support can encourage individual employees to contribute more and give reciprocity by showing organizational citizenship behavior so as to increase employee organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the influence of perceptions of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior on employee organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of PT. Gunung Putri Perkasa Purwakarta Branch Office. The method of determining the sample used is disproportionate stratified random sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 60 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the perception of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees at PT. Gunung Putri Perkasa Purwakarta Branch Office. With this research, it is expected that companies can show attention, care, be open, give awards, and create a comfortable working atmosphere.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture partially and simultaneously to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official staff in Lumajang District. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 147 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results of the study obtained that the satisfaction of employees and organizational culture there is a significant positive influence partially on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the official staff in Lumajang District. While organizational commitment there is no significant positive effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official employees in Lumajang District. Simultaneously employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture there is a significant positive influence simultaneously to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official staff in Lumajang District. The variables studied have an effect of 63.3% on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in carefully.

<p><em>Performance is the one thing to measure succesul of an organization.  Effort to Improve the performance its very important to achieved organization goal. Efforts to improve performance are not easy to achieve because it is influenced by many factors including factors that come from the employees itsself likes intellectual quotients, emotional quotients, spiritual quotients and organizational citizenship behavior. These factors are very important to noticed,  they are expected to make more contribute to improving performance. This research was conducted  all 71employees of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Kediri. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires. This study  uses multiple linear regression analysis, with the results obtained: intellectual quotients (IQ) does not partially affect employee performance, emotional quotients (EQ) partially affects employee performance, spiritual quotients (SQ) does not affect partially partially on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a partial influence on employee performance, and simultaneously intellectual quotients (IQ), emotional quotients (EQ), spiritual quotients (SQ) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affect employee performance.</em></p>

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Pabrik Gula Lestari Nganjuk. This research is a type with a quantitative approach with a population of 185 permanent employees, and the sampling technique uses slovin sampling with a sample of 128 permanent employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis by IBM SPSS 25 software. The measurement scale used is the Likert Scale. The results of the study explained that emotional intelligence significantly and positively affects employee performance. Besides that, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant and positive impact on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The company should maintain its performance by building a communication and work culture that has been carried out based on the values of emotional intelligence, OCB level, and employee satisfaction. In addition, it can also provide work motivation to employees in the company by providing rewards through various programs that can improve work performance and increase employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Procedural Justice and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment; to examine and analyze the effect of Procedural Justice and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; to test and analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; to test and analyze which influence is greater between the direct influence of Procedural Justice and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment with or indirect influence. In this study, the research sample will be the population of all employees of PT Patrari Jaya Utama, so the technique used in this study is a census of 65 employees. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Path Analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between Procedural Justice and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment: There was a significant influence between Procedural Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; There is no influence between job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; There is a significant influence between Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

In the hospital industry, the performance of nurses is very important in the success in the hospital. It is necessary for the workforce to be able to work optimally and the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB is a behavior of an employee that is not formally regulated and can improve the performance of the organization. Some of the factors that affect OCB are organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to find out the relationship of organizational commitment and job satisfaction with OCB. Data collection in this study used OCB scale, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Sampling using total sampling, with a sample number of 100 nurses at the public hospital Wisma Rini Pringsewu.  Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22.0 for windows. The results showed that Deviation From Linearity between OCB and Organizational Commitment of 0.707 and between OCB and Job Satisfaction of 0.602, where the value of each variable is p>0.05s so that it indicates there is a linear relationship, and can be continued with hypothetical tests. It is known that the first hypothesis is that the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction is positively correlated with ocb variables with the significance of p<0.01 and p<0.05 received. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
