As the main part of China's transportation, highway transportation has promoted China's economic development, and it has been concerned by the society for a long time. However, with the development of highway industry, the traffic volume and burden of highway are increasing day by day, and highway quality problems have appeared frequently, which undoubtedly poses a great threat to the economy and people's lives. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the engineering supervision and project management in highway engineering, and it provides corresponding suggestions.

Based on the data of China’s fourth, fifth and sixth population census, taking the seven geographical zone as research units, the Changing Spatial Patterns of China's Migration in 1985–2010 is studied by the means of spatial analysis and mathematical statistics. The empirical results show that: (1) The migration population in China was increasing a lot in 1985–2010, and the main part of it is Provincial migration. (2) The total number of migration, immigration and emigration, the relative proportion of inter provincial and provincial migration have been positively correlated to the regional economic development level. (3) The emigrations from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas mainly moved to East and North China. (4) Central and west of China are the main area where people outflowed from, and most migration population moved to south-eastern coastal areas. The migration in Northeast and northwest of China is still relatively small. The main direction of population migration and flowing is from west to east and from north to south.

Problem orientation as a part of mathematics education is required by mathematicians already for a long time and since the beginning of ProMath meetings the situation in school has been improved a little bit, but it is still practiced not sufficiently. Resistors among other enhancements are special beliefs about mathematics education and insufficient knowledge about problem orientation. This is the reason I offered again a seminar for teacher students about problem orientation in mathematics education in summer 2016. In the following first I will briefly discuss different type of problems and then as the main part report and discuss results of a written survey on knowledge to problem orientation at the beginning of the seminar as well as personal comments the students have made during the seminar sessions and in protocols on the seminar sessions.

The organizational project management control has been the area of great interest from long time among the investigators who validated that there is a great necessity of control approaches in an organization to acquire their goals. In this paper, a detailed analysis describing the stages associated with control in project management process has been illustrated. In the first phase the proposed plans are outlined with a follow up on the deviation of the plans with causes. In the final phase a detailed solution analysis was carried on what the company did to fix the series of delays along with some suggestions stating proper ways of dealing the situations. This research gives a wide overview on the problems that 787 Dreamliner faced during its manufacturing and delivery process. The analysis was done on the control perspective. Innovative solutions was laid down which if applied during the service procedures could have avoided the problems related to delay of 787 Dreamliner’s delivery. The main intention of this research is that the solutions and strategies provided can be implemented successfully to the other organization for better planning and handling of entire process ultimately minimizing the downtime and increasing the productivity of the organization.

The article combines the research of a system of indicators and authors’ reflections elaborated on the basis of material. The authors believe that study of Poland's economic reforms will provide an opportunity to apply a positive experience for the further development of the Ukrainian economy. Using different approaches to governance, two countries have reached different results. Today, the gap in the rates of economic development of Ukraine and Poland is increasing. Accession to the EU and systemic structural reforms in the country until 2004 contributed to the acceleration of Poland's economic growth. Ukraine for a long time failed to implement effective reforms, which have caused to the backlog of the national economy from the economies of neighboring countries.

Highway is an important channel to connect regional economic development, and is an indispensable part of modern transportation system. In view of the extensive nature of highway cover space and the existence of diversified construction environment, climate and geological influence in highway construction, soft soil foundation is one of the more typical geological forms. With wide distribution in our country, seen as a big difficulty, highway construction technology and directly affect the quality of highway construction, cost, if not properly handled, will cause the soft soil foundation highway engineering structure is not stable, prone to accidents in use. In this paper, we study the treatment of soft soil foundation in highway construction, and put forward some reasonable Suggestions.
