The human body needs a constant flow of biologically active substances. Berry products, including raspberries, are a source of natural and affordable BAS. Raspberry berries contain a complex of BAS, in particular fructose, glucose, organic acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, C, P, E, essential oils, pectins, fiber, complex of polyphenols, copper salt, iron, potassium, folic acid, etc. Berries are salicylic acid and can for a long time maintain the beneficial properties of various processed products. Berries contain a lot of food fibers, it is beneficial for digestion. Berries contain betasitosterol and anthocyanins have anti-sclerotic properties, and coumarins normalize blood coagulation. Berries contain a lot of food fibers, it is beneficial for digestion. Raspberry berries contain coarse dietary fiber, β-sitosterol, anthocyanins and coumarins, these substances have a positive effect on digestion, have anti-sclerotic properties and normalize blood clotting. The purpose of the research aimed at carrying out a comparative characterization of the basic biochemical substances content and the quality of various berries and raspberry hybrids grown at the research field "Fruit and Vegetable Garden" of NULES of Ukraine. During the research the complex of international and state regulatory documents were used, in particular: the berries were selected in the state of technical maturity, in accordance with the state standard 7179: 2010; the sample size corresponded to ISO 874-2002; the determination of the components of the biochemical composition was carried out: the content of dry soluble substances were determined according to ISO 2173-2013, invert sugars – state standard 4954: 2008, titrated acids – state standard 4957: 2008, ascorbic acid – ISO 6557-2: 2014; organoleptic evaluation – according to the generally accepted methodology. Based on the obtained results, it was found that among the studied samples of berry varieties Babine Lito, Sontse Kieva, hybrids – Hybrid №4a, Hybrid №2 were characterized by the highest organoleptic and biochemical parameters, therefore it is expedient to use them both for consumption in a fresh form and for processing. The obtained results should be taken into account during the planning of raspberry planting and in further selective work during the creation of competitive varieties and hybrids of raspberries with a high content of biologically active substances in berries.

Research of the weft knit parameters influence on the loss of strength of para-aramide threads after knitting. Methodology. We used the mathematical modeling and regression analysis methods. An experimental method of research was used for determination of the breaking characteristics of para-aramide threads on KT-7010AZ tensile testing machine in accordance with the State Standard ISO 2062:2004.

The paper presents the results of the evaluation of the destruction of polyethylene LDPE (hereinafter-PE), modified by prooxidants based on iron, copper and cobalt carboxylates (in the amount of 1.5 mass. % ) with accelerated thermal and ultraviolet aging for 192 hours. The assessment of degradation in the context of environmental safety included the determination of the degree of compliance of the materials with the requirements of state standard 33747-2016 "Oxo-biodegradable packaging", according to which the criterion of the efficiency of oxobiodestructionpolyolefins may be a decrease in strength and elongation at break of the sample at accelerated aging, as well as the quantitative determination of the release of formaldehyde during thermal degradation modified with prooxidants PE for comparison with the maximum permissible concentration. The rheological parameters of the materials were studied and a comparative assessment of the melt viscosity reduction and reduction with respect to elongation at break in the dynamics of accelerated thermal and UV aging of the PE modified with prooxidants in the selected time interval of 192 hours of exposure was carried out. A decrease in the relative elongation at rupture of PE containing cobalt - based prooxidant by 94% at thermal aging for 192 hours, and by 46% at ultraviolet was established. For PE modified with copper carboxylate, these values were 64 and 33 %, respectively, for PE modified with iron carboxylate – 35% and 40%, respectively. The reduction of strength by 95% of the initial value for 192 hours of temperature exposure was achieved in a sample modified with cobalt, which confirms its compliance with state standard 33747-2016. For other samples, the degree of strength reduction in the selected time interval does not allow to assess compliance with the specified standard. The release of formaldehyde during thermal aging for 192 hours per 1 g of the PE sample modified with cobalt carboxylate was 0.051 mg/m3, for PE modified with copper carboxylate – 0.032 mg/m3, for PE modified with iron carboxylate – 0.034 mg/m3. Installed excessive concentrations of formaldehyde in air hood PH with the carboxylate of cobalt 1.2 times under thermal aging 96 hours and 1.5 times the thermal ageing of a maximum of 192 hours. The reduction of the viscosity of PE containing cobalt – based prooxidant by 90% at thermal aging for 192 hours and by 10% at ultraviolet was recorded. For PE modified with copper carboxylate, these values were 9 and 2 %, respectively, for PE modified with iron carboxylate – 8 and 5%, respectively.

Some spectrometric and extraction photometric methods for the determination of uranium were compared using pure solutions, a model sample and samples of surface waters and waste waters; the characteristics examined included sensitivity, accuracy, repeatability, time demands and tediousness. Among the most sensitive methods are those based on the use of triphenylmethane dyes in the presence of surfactants; uranium is separated from associate ions by extraction into tri-n-octylamine in an organic solvent and subsequently re-extracted into an aqueous phase. The results compare well with those attained by using methods given in the Czechoslovak State Standard and in the standard of the Czechoslovak Uranium Industry corporation.

It is now possible to determine proper motions of high-velocity objects in such a way as to obtain with some accuracy the velocity vector relevant to the Sun. If a potential field of the Galaxy is assumed, one can compute an actual orbit. A determination of the velocity of the globular clusterωCentauri has recently been completed at Greenwich, and it is found that the orbit is strongly retrograde in the Galaxy. Similar calculations may be made, though with less certainty, in the case of RR Lyrae variable stars.
