One way to increase government revenue from the tax sector is by increasing taxpayer compliance itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, understanding of regulations and taxation sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance registered at North Badung KPP Pratama. The study was conducted at the KPP Badung Utara in 2018. The sample selection was 100 taxpayers using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to WPOP registered in North Badung KPP Pratama and the analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that service quality, understanding of regulations and taxation sanctions have a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance registered in North Badung KPP Pratama, with the value of calculating each variable greater than the label, and having a significance value greater than 0.05. Background : IPE is an implementation of learning that is followed by two or moredifferent professions to improve collaboration and quality of service which can be done inall learning, whether it is for undergraduate students or students of educataion clinic tocreate a professional health care personnel. The lack of IPE developer in Indonesia givesanew breakthrough for Health Polytechnic of Minister of Healt Surakarta to begin theinitial steps introducing the IPE learning process to all students.Methods : cross section with spreading the perception questionnaire aboutInterprofessional Education (modification of the IEPS) to students and faculty at D-IIIAcupuncture Study Program Acupuncture Health Polytechnic Department of Minister ofHealths of Surakarta. Total sampling taken with the number of 53 respondents. Data wereanalyzed using Regressoni Logistik Biner.Results show, it can be concluded that the student perceptions of instructional IPE in D-IIIstatus of Acupuncture, Acupuncture Health Polytechnic Department of Minister of Healthof Surakarta who are 36 people (92.31%) gave a good perception, and 3 people (7,69%)gave a average perception.Perceptin lecture of D-III Acupuncture study program,Acupuncture Health Polytechnic Department of Minister of Health of Surakarta who are12 people (85.7%) gave a good perception and 2 people (14,3%) gave averageperception.Keywords: Interprofessional Education (IPE), perception, students and lecturer

The objective of this research is to measure the impact of service quality on consumer purchase intention in the retail environment. Implicitly, natural and informative focus has an effect on the customer's buying intentions. For qualitative analysis, data were collected from 477 customer surveys in large retail stores. The findings of the study indicate that quality of service have a positive effect on the purchase intention of the consumer. The results also showed that consumers do not intervene with pricing in large retail stores, as consumers feel that fair pricing are charged by retailers. Most consumers depend on the reputation and efficiency of the service quality.

Several conditions or disease may necessitate the formation of stoma as a treatment. However, stomas has a negatif effect on physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects that can reduce the quality of life. Education is an effort to improve the quality of life of patients with stoma. The aim of this study was to describe the education of patients with stoma to improve quality of life. A review of the literature by searching in sciencedirect, EBSCO, and pubmed. Four relevant articles include in syntesis. Three studies conclude that education can improve quality of life and one study did not show significant results, but there were positive changes in the quality of life value. Education is provided through a variety of methods, the topic covers various aspects of life, delivered by a team of health care, given at least 2 sessions. Education in patients with stomas can improve quality of life. Although each article has a different method of education, it has a positive effect on improving the quality of life.

Tujuan penelitian – This research to identify and analyze the level of product quality and service level of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) branch of the Palembang Trade Center Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – The variables used in this study is the level of product quality and service quality levels. The analytic technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis Temuan – Based on the survey result revealed that the analysis of the level of product quality and service level of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Palembang Branch Trade positive effect on service, this sesuiai with the consumer demand in expect include: KFC halal certified chicken, flavored chicken meat that is tender and delicious, as well as the packaging of products is good.
