The objective of this study is to determine the impact of destination image (cognitive and affective image) on the intention of Arab tourists to revisit Istanbul. The sample group of the study is comprised of Arab tourists who visited Istanbul in January-April 2016. Data was obtained from a total of 385 Arab tourists for the application. Descriptive analyses such as percentage, frequency as well as statistical tests such as factor analysis (confirmatory), reliability analysis were used in the analysis of the obtained data. Furthermore, Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to analyze the impact of destination image (cognitive and affective image) on the intention of Arab tourists to revisit Istanbul. The study concluded that cognitive image did have an impact on the intention of Arab tourists to revisit Istanbul, however affective image was not effective in terms of intent to revisit.

The study was conducted to test the postulate of four-stage loyalty model through the concept of destination image to represent cognitive component, satisfaction for affective aspect, and intention loyalty as the representative of conative component. The sample in this research was 102 tourists who visited Tarakan City, Indonesia in November 2016. The structural equation model showed that destination image was satisfaction antecedent, and satisfaction was the antecedent of intention loyalty. The impact of destination image towards intention loyalty was fully mediated by satisfaction. Theoretically, this research result had the implication in developing loyalty theory, while the managerial implication was beneficial to increase visitors loyalty to Tarakan City as a tourism destination.

Purpose This paper aims to develop, refine and validate a multidimensional scale for measuring students’ attitude toward educational debt for higher studies in Punjab (India) and the impact of this attitude on the satisfaction of students. Design/methodology/approach The study uses interview and survey approach. The sample comprises 417 students from four public and four private universities of Punjab (India). Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis have been used to develop and validate students’ attitude toward education loan scale (Morgado et al., 2017). Further, structural equation modeling (SEM) has been used to analyze the impact of factors of students’ attitude on their satisfaction. Findings The scale has been tested for both reliability and validity. Analysis has revealed six factors of students’ attitude toward educational debt, namely, economic empowerment, social empowerment, utility, procedural requirements, risk and stress. These, six independent variables and one dependent variable, i.e. students’ satisfaction, were entered into structural equation model. The structural equation model shows that procedural requirements, economic empowerment and utility have a positive, whereas stress has a negative and significant impact on the students’ satisfaction. Practical implications Education financing is a gigantic problem nowadays due to the high cost of self-financing courses in Punjab. To make higher education accessible to all students, education loan plays a vital role. Thus, the attitude of students is of great importance to policymakers to bring reforms in education loan scheme. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this study is the foremost study for developing a validated tool to measure the students’ attitude toward educational debt in India.

Abstract Objective To enhance the quality of medical service for Chinese patients through research of service quality from Chinese medical personnel. Methods ServQual scale was used for infection medical staffs randomly by sampling questionnaire in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou and Nanning. The data collected were entered and analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Statistical methods included frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, independent samples t test, one-way analyses of variance, simultaneous regression analysis and structural equation model analysis. Results The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value for the factor analysis of the scale was 0.970. The Cronbach’s α for the reliability analysis was 0.975. The Pearson correlation coefficients were 0.624-0.874 and statistically significant. Undergraduates felt good, PhD students felt bad; the doctors felt bad; managers felt good. Standard 5 dimensions of the regression coefficients were positive, including empathy (β = 0.288), reliability (β = 0.241) impacting on perceived service quality mostly. The control ability and stability of the standard error of perceived service quality directly effected value were 0.646 and 0.382, respectively. Conclusions Medical staffs of infectious disease department have poor perception of service quality. Hospitals should improve awareness and of clinicians and deepen the reform of the medical care system.

We applied a linear structural equation model to explore the impact of information disclosure, social responsibility, trust, and attitude on consumers' loyalty to housing agents. Participants were 466 consumers and potential consumers of housing agency industry services, who completed a survey assessing the variables of interest. Results showed that information disclosure had a direct and significant impact on trust, and an indirect impact on trust through the mediator of corporate social responsibility (CSR), and that trust had an indirect and significant impact on loyalty through the mediator of attitude. The structural relationships among information disclosure, CSR, trust, and attitude should be acknowledged when discussing consumers' loyalty to housing agents.
