Abstract: The purpose of this study among others, to analyze the effect of the work-family conflict, social support and emotional intelegence on work stress and job performance among female nurses in RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. This study was a research explanation. The study population was 237 female nurses of RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. Sample was 120 people. Methods of data analysis used SEM. The result show that work-family conflict significantly influence work stress. Work-family conflict significantly influence job performance. Social support significantly influence work stress. Social support significantly influence job performance. Emotional intelegence significantly influence work stress. Emotional intelegence significantly influence job performance. Work Family Conflict is one of the most frequent conflicts among nurses in married nurses, where a nurse has to divide the time for business and household. If workplace family conflicts can not be avoided, then it can cause stress and performance. While the performance is much needed in the job as a nurse, which must be infected patients with high risk. The purpose of this study is analyze the effect of family conflict on job stress and performance. The research conducted at Praya Hospital. The number of samples study is 49 respondents with purposive sampling method with the criteria of female nurses who are married. Data with questionnaire distribution and using Path Analysis as data analysis techniques. The Sobel test is also used to determine whether there is mediation. The results of this study indicate that family conflict has a positive effect on job stress, work stress negatively affect the performance, and work family conflict negatively affect the performance,work stress is mediate the influence of conflict family on performance. Practical implications of this research are expected to be a consideration for the management of Praya Hospital to better pay attention to the welfare of nurses who experience family conflicts so as to reduce stress levels and improve the performance of nurses.

Hospital is an industry engaged in health services which is responsible for health services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-family conflict and work stress on the performance of female nurses in Wangaya hospital, Denpasar City. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The questionnaire was addressed to 100 respondents for further analysis using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that Work-Family Conflict had a negative and significant effect on the performance of female nurses at Wangaya Hospital, Denpasar City with work stress having a significant effect on nurse performance. women in Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City, and Work-Family Conflict (x1) and Work Stress (x2) have a significant effect on the performance (y) of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City.

Background: Professional nurse job, long term rhythm of life that is irregular, and pressure of many aspects of live cause multiple role conflicts, sleep problem, affect the efficiency and quality of nurses performance. 12 hours shift rotation are very common in the world, but there is worries that develop about the effect of quality and safety of nurses and patient. Aim : To find out the direct and indirect effect of work family conflict, shift work, nutrition status, sleep quality on nurse performance through work stress as an intervening variable on female nurses at Hospital of Dr Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. Methods : The type of this research used observational analytic with cross-sectional design to see the effect of work family conflict, shift work, nutrition status, and quality of sleep on nurse performance through work stress as an intervening variable on female nurses in the Hospital of Dr MTadjuddin Chalid Makassar. This research was conducted in February – June 2021 at Dr. Hospital. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. The sample of this research was female nurses who were married as many as 73 respondents, Data collection used questionnare, scale, microtoice, and secondary data. Data analysis used univariate analysis with SPSS program version 24 and multivariate analysis to find out the effect of two or more variables and to see the direct and indirect effect with handle the anther variable with used Path Analysis that was conducted with used SmartPLS program. Results : There is no direct effect of work family conflict on performance with a score p (0,462)>0,05 There is an indirect effect of work family conflict on performance through work stress with a score p (0,001) < 0,05. There is direct effect of work stress on performance with p-value (0,003) < 0,05. There is no direct and indirect effect of shift work on performance although it through work stress as intervening variable on nurse with p-value > 0,05. There is no direct and indirect effect of nutrition status on performance athought it through work stress as an intervening variable on nurse with p-value > 0,05.  There is direct effect of sleep quality on performance with p-value (0,007) < 0,05. However, there is no indirect offect of sleep quality on performance through work stress as intervening variable on female nurses in the Hospital of Dr Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar with p-value (0,983) > 0,05. Conclusion:There is no direct effect of work family conflict on performance, but there is an indirect effect of work family conflict on performance through work stress as variable intervening. There is no direct and indirect effect of nutrition status on performance athought it through work stress as intervening variable and there is direct effect of quality of life on performance but there is no indirect effect of quality of sleep on performance through work stress as intervenig variable on nurses in Hoospital of Dr Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar. Suggested on female nurses could manage their quality of sleep with rest first before doing the activity, so that when they work, they can work as optimal

This study to examine the role of work-family conflict in mediating relationships of social support and job satisfaction in female nurses. The approach used hierarchical regression analysis with social support as independent variable, job satisfaction as dependent variable, and work-family conflict (WFC) as mediator. Each variable was measured using a questionnaire given to participants consisting of 80 female nurses. The study found that social support had a significant positive contribution to nurse job satisfaction, and the contribution was mediated by work-family conflict.

This study aims to analyze and understand the significance of work-family conflict influence on turnover intention, the significance of work-family conflict effect on work stress, the significance of work stress influence on turnover intention and the influence of work-family conflict influence on turnover intention through work stress as variable intervening on marketing employees of BUMN Bank in Mataram City. This type of research is a causal associative. This research uses purposive sampling method in determining the sample. The number of respondents is 96 people. Methods of data collection in this study are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results showed that work-family conflict had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, the work-family conflict had the positive and significant effect to work stress, work stress had a positive but not significant effect on turnover intention, and work stress did not function as intervening on indirect influence work-family conflict on turnover intention.
