The purpose of this study is to significantly prove the direct influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on performance, and the indirect influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on performance through job satisfaction of the educational staffs of University of Jember (UNEJ). This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample consists of 154 respondents, i.e., the educational staffs of the head office of UNEJ. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze causal relationship among variables and test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the research show that intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance; emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance; spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance; and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on performance. The purpose of this research is to know the magritude of the influence of the working ability and motivation work towards job satifaction and performance of employees. As well as to know the influence of job sansfaction of the employess en performance. The population in this study as many 232 employees, determining the number of sampel using sloving formula with a sample of 70 employees. The sampel using purpose sampling technique, the study analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of software Smart PLS 2 basaed variance.From the result of the regression in obtai n(1) the result and research shows that the positive effect of work ability and significantly to job satisfaction. (2) the result of the analysis of the influence of work on perpormance capabilities of employees shows there is significant and positive influence amongst (3) he working the analysisand the research shows there is a positive and significant influance between the motivation of working towards job satisfaction the thirtd hypothesis as proven the result of (4) the analysis on the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the working motivation afects so (9) this hypotesis proved the result on the analysis the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the job satisfaction on performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dan karyawati pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia yasebanyak 232 karyawan, penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 70 karyawan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, penelitian ini dianalisis melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 2 berbasis varians. Dari hasil analisis dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep

This study aims to examine the effect of training and empowerment of the competence and performance of teachers in UPTD-PK Dewantara. The data used in this research are as many as 152 teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara, SMA Negeri 2 Dewantara and SMK Negeri 1 Dewantara. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS-20 (Analysis of Moment Structure). The results showed that training and empowerment have a significant influence on competence. Training, empowerment and competence have a significant effect on performance. Competence mediates in full mediation the effect of training on performance. Competence mediates partially mediation in the effect of empowering performance. Keywords: Training, Empowerment, Competence, Performance.

The objectives of the current study includes: 1) analising the direct influenceof leadership on organisation commitment, working motivation, and organisationperformance; 2). analising the direct influence of organisation commitment on workingmotivation and organsation performance.Sensus approach is used to collect data as the object of the current study isthe Regional Alms Institution in Lombok. The population includes all active membersof the regional alms distribution institution: the subordinates of daily board chairman.Data is analised using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SPSS forWindows program.The resutls show: first, leadership has positive and significant influence onorganisation performance. Second, leadership has positive and significant influenceon organisation commitment. Third, leadership has positive and significant influenceon working motivation. Fourth, organisation commitment has insignificant influence onorganisation performance. This study examines the effect of compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic directly towards the job satisfaction and performance of the lecturers and the effect of compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic towards the performance of lecturers through job satisfaction. This study was conducted at the Private Islamic University in Indonesia. The population of the study is 295 lecturers. The data were analyzed using The Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.80 applications. The results showed that compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance. Compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic have a positive effect on the performance of lecturers significantly. Compensation and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance through job satisfaction while Islamic work ethic does not significantly influence the performance of lecturers through job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourcing in the period 2013-2015. Motivational influence on the performance of the jobholder and outsourcing. The influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction among permanent employees and outsourcing. The influence of commitment organizational to employee performance between permanent employees and outsourcing by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. A sample of 60 respondents ie 55 permanent employees and five employees of outsourcing from year 2013 to 2015, then the authors examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, as for data collection techniques used by the researcher is a questionnaire is a technique of data collection in research by using a questionnaire that contains a list of questions to the respondent. Analytical techniques used in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS operated by AMOS program 21.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) to Job Satisfaction (Y1), there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) on Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1), exists a positive and significant influence between a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) to Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Performance (Y2).

This study aims to determine the effect of Remuneration on Motivation and Job Satisfaction, and Lecturer Performances of the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur. This type of research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study include Remuneration, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Performance. The sample in this study were 114 respondents with simple random sampling technique and data collection through questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square) using the SmartPLS Version 3 software. The results of the analysis show 1) a positive significant effect between remuneration variables on work motivation and job satisfaction 2) Positive significant influence between job satisfaction on motivation, and performance, 3) The positive significant influence between motivation on performance, 4) While the effect of remuneration on performance is not significant. To improve lecturer performance, management of the institution requires effective remuneration and optimization of workloads while increasing motivation and job satisfaction in order to achieve good performance.

This research aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and communication competence on the facilitators performance of PKH in north Aceh with job satisfaction as the intervening variables. Sampling using the census method with total sample of 150 PKH facilitators in North Aceh. The tool analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with using AMOS. The results of this research show that servant leadership positively influences, but not significantly on job satisfaction and performance. Communication competence significantly and positively influences on satisfaction and performance. Job satisfaction significantly and positively influences on performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship servant leadership toward performance. Job satisfaction partially mediates the influence of communication competence toward performance.

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in construction specifically steel fabrication. The problem encountered by company was frequent overtimes with low remuneration but cannot meet production target. The objective of study was to know the influence of motivation, environment,stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. The method used was Structural Equation Modeling with IBS SPSS AMOS software. The results of study indicated that motivation had positive influence of 0.229, environment had positive influence of 2.746, and stress had significant influence of 0.139 on job satisfaction. Motivation had positive influence of 0.910, environment had positive influence of 2.526, and stress had negative influence of -0.221 on employee performance. Motivation had positive influence of 0.093, environment had positive influence of 1.120, and stress had positive and significant influence of 0.056 on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. Job satisfaction had positive influence of 0.408 on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, environment, stress, structural, equation, modeling

Cultural organisation as a system formed by the company management, has the same characteristics than other organisations. It is due to the leader has authority to change the old paradigm to a new transformation. The purposes are employees have a high commitment in organisation, satisfaction at work, and also to improve the performance of the given contribution. The purpose is to examine the Influence of Cultural Organisation and a leader style which is Transformational-Transactional sign to Employee Performance, High Commitment in Organisation, and also the satisfaction at work.. This study applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with 5% alpha significance. Data is obtained from 116 employees “Nurul Hayat” Foundation with proportional sampling technique by using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. At P-Value (> 0,05) and T-Value (> 1,96) indicate that, Culture Organisation has positive and significant influence on employee performance, organisation commitment and job satisfaction. The leadership style has positive and significant influences on job satisfaction and organisation commitment. The leadership style has positive and insignificant effects on employee performances. Organisation commitment has positive and insignificant effects on employee performances. Job satisfaction has positive and significant effects on employee performances.
