This research aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and communication competence on the facilitators performance of PKH in north Aceh with job satisfaction as the intervening variables. Sampling using the census method with total sample of 150 PKH facilitators in North Aceh. The tool analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with using AMOS. The results of this research show that servant leadership positively influences, but not significantly on job satisfaction and performance. Communication competence significantly and positively influences on satisfaction and performance. Job satisfaction significantly and positively influences on performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship servant leadership toward performance. Job satisfaction partially mediates the influence of communication competence toward performance.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment in Islamic microfinance services. This research has four variables: compensation as an independent variable, motivation, job satisfaction as intervening variables, and commitment as a dependent variable. The subjects in this study were active employees in one of the Islamic microfinance services. It is Baitul mal wa tamwil (BMT). This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale with 240 total valid responses. The data were analyzed using Structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS version 24. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on motivation, compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through motivation and job satisfaction as intervening variables. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample consists of 154 respondents, i.e., the educational staffs of the head office of UNEJ. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze causal relationship among variables and test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the research show that intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance; emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance; spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance; and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on performance. This study aims to determine the impact of financial compensation and communication competence on employee performance. job satisfaction is involved as a mediator. A total of 165 employees were involved as respondents in this research proportionally. Data analysis through structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that financial compensation plays a very important role in employee satisfaction and performance. Communication competence also has a positive effect on satisfaction and performance. Satisfaction itself is also the main key that has an impact on improving performance. In addition to being a key factor, job satisfaction also plays a role in connecting financial compensation to employee performance. while on the relationship of communication competence to performance, job satisfaction is considered unimportant. We suggest to the management that in order to improve the performance of agricultural extension workers, financial compensation should get more attention. Likewise, communication competence needs to be improved through employee training and development.

Organizational commitment is an imperative aspect of occupational attitudes as it signals employees’ willingness to stay with their organization and effectively achieve collective goals. Although recent studies have assessed factors influencing police officers’ organizational commitment, very little is known about the antecedents of police commitment in African countries. Based on a survey of Nigerian police officers, the study assesses the linkage between organizational justice and organizational commitment directly and indirectly through organizational trust and job satisfaction. Structural equation modeling (SEM) indicates that the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment is principally indirect through the mediating mechanisms of supervisory trustworthiness and job satisfaction. Officers who express greater organizational justice report higher trust in their management and supervisors and, subsequently, stronger job satisfaction, leading to higher organizational commitment. Implications for future research and policy are discussed.

Production deviance is 1 of 5 dimensions of counterproductive work behaviors (CWB). Based on data collected from 362 employees of Chinese enterprises, I examined the predictive effect of Confucian values on production deviance and the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between Confucian values and production deviance using structural equation modeling. I analyzed 3 factors of production deviance: work sabotage, slackness, and withdrawal. Confucian values were found to have a significant negative impact on these factors. Furthermore, job satisfaction was found to partially mediate the relationship between Confucian values slackness and withdrawal, but not work sabotage.

ABSTRACT This article aims to investigate the relationship between perceptions of the enabling dimension and the technical validity of the management reports of an insurance company and the performance of its sales managers, mediated by the use of these reports. Companies invest resources in providing management reports for business managers to take decisions, so understanding what influences the use of these reports and whether this use is associated with performance constitutes a relevant subject for both academia and professional practice. The results may be useful for organizations that are taking decisions to invest in management reports, showing that technical validity is what best influences the use of these reports, at least in the short term, which is also a contribution to the theory. Secondary data were combined with a survey of 231 respondents from an insurance company and analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) technique via partial least squares (PLS). The article contributes to the literature and management accounting practice by demonstrating that, unlike in previous studies, the enabling dimension does not positively influence the use of management reports. On the other hand, the study shows that technical validity, which is a more tangible dimension of the quality of management reports, is positively associated with their use and that this use influences the performance of the sales managers. Keywords: use of management reports, sales performance, sales managers, insurers, enabling.

Objective: This study aims to analyze how the effect of leadership variables on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening in the provincial government of Gorontalo-Indonesia. Methods: The approach used is explanatory research, pattern of research that seeks to explain the relationship of variables referred so that the relationship of these variables can be tested with a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing used is the method of Structural Equation Modeling, with analytical tools of Loading Factor and Critical Ratio which is preceded by a validity test and reliability test.  The sample was drawn randomly according to representative samples at the level of the position group as many as 5% employee population of the Provincial it. Results ;The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and leadership style has an effect on employees' performance, but job satisfaction has negative and non-significant effect on employee performance. Conclusion; Expected that this research could also be developed in other fields or a wider scope and not only because each region has different characteristics. So it is recommended that policy makers as bureaucratic managers to pay more attention to job satisfaction factors in order to further improve employee performance.
