PT. XYZ is a company engaged in construction specifically steel fabrication. The problem encountered by company was frequent overtimes with low remuneration but cannot meet production target. The objective of study was to know the influence of motivation, environment,stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. The method used was Structural Equation Modeling with IBS SPSS AMOS software. The results of study indicated that motivation had positive influence of 0.229, environment had positive influence of 2.746, and stress had significant influence of 0.139 on job satisfaction. Motivation had positive influence of 0.910, environment had positive influence of 2.526, and stress had negative influence of -0.221 on employee performance. Motivation had positive influence of 0.093, environment had positive influence of 1.120, and stress had positive and significant influence of 0.056 on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. Job satisfaction had positive influence of 0.408 on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, environment, stress, structural, equation, modeling

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourcing in the period 2013-2015. Motivational influence on the performance of the jobholder and outsourcing. The influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction among permanent employees and outsourcing. The influence of commitment organizational to employee performance between permanent employees and outsourcing by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. A sample of 60 respondents ie 55 permanent employees and five employees of outsourcing from year 2013 to 2015, then the authors examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, as for data collection techniques used by the researcher is a questionnaire is a technique of data collection in research by using a questionnaire that contains a list of questions to the respondent. Analytical techniques used in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS operated by AMOS program 21.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) to Job Satisfaction (Y1), there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) on Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1), exists a positive and significant influence between a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) to Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Performance (Y2).

The purpose of this research is to know the magritude of the influence of the working ability and motivation work towards job satifaction and performance of employees. As well as to know the influence of job sansfaction of the employess en performance. The population in this study as many 232 employees, determining the number of sampel using sloving formula with a sample of 70 employees. The sampel using purpose sampling technique, the study analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of software Smart PLS 2 basaed variance.From the result of the regression in obtai n(1) the result and research shows that the positive effect of work ability and significantly to job satisfaction. (2) the result of the analysis of the influence of work on perpormance capabilities of employees shows there is significant and positive influence amongst (3) he working the analysisand the research shows there is a positive and significant influance between the motivation of working towards job satisfaction the thirtd hypothesis as proven the result of (4) the analysis on the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the working motivation afects so (9) this hypotesis proved the result on the analysis the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the job satisfaction on performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dan karyawati pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia yasebanyak 232 karyawan, penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 70 karyawan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, penelitian ini dianalisis melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 2 berbasis varians. Dari hasil analisis dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep

Cultural organisation as a system formed by the company management, has the same characteristics than other organisations. It is due to the leader has authority to change the old paradigm to a new transformation. The purposes are employees have a high commitment in organisation, satisfaction at work, and also to improve the performance of the given contribution. The purpose is to examine the Influence of Cultural Organisation and a leader style which is Transformational-Transactional sign to Employee Performance, High Commitment in Organisation, and also the satisfaction at work.. This study applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with 5% alpha significance. Data is obtained from 116 employees “Nurul Hayat” Foundation with proportional sampling technique by using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. At P-Value (> 0,05) and T-Value (> 1,96) indicate that, Culture Organisation has positive and significant influence on employee performance, organisation commitment and job satisfaction. The leadership style has positive and significant influences on job satisfaction and organisation commitment. The leadership style has positive and insignificant effects on employee performances. Organisation commitment has positive and insignificant effects on employee performances. Job satisfaction has positive and significant effects on employee performances.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Empowering Leadership on the performance Employees of District X Maybrat Regency. The study used Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to analyze 45 employees. The results showed there was a positive and significant influence between Empowering Leadership on employee performance with a value TStatistic greater than Tsabel (Tstatistic 31,692 1,679 Ttabel) at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the higher Empowering Leadership that the organization has, the more it will improve the performance of Employees in District X Maybrat regency of West Papua

Research was conducted to explore job satisfaction of employee in PT. Holcim Indonesia,Tbk.Thisstudycoveredforpermanentemployee.Thepurposeofthispaper is to investigate whether employee promotion, upward downward communication and work environment influences the job satisfaction of PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk. This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of all employee position (manager and non-manager) in all plant of Indonesia with a random sample of 225 employees, and the method of analysis used is the frequency distribution and path analysis. The Data was collected through a self-administered survey questionnaire. The questionnaire is adopted from a previous validated survey. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS. The results showed that among seven hypotheses tested, all variables have the positive influence, however, there are two latent variables which have direct significant associations, while the others have not. A variable which have indirect significant associations, while the other one has not. WorkEnvironmenthavedirectpositiveandsignificantinfluenceonthejobsatisfaction, while employee promotion and upward downward communication have a direct positiveinfluencebutnotsignificant.Otherwise,both employee promotion and upward downward communication have an indirect positive influence on the job satisfaction with intervening variable (work environment). The study provides ways to increase the job satisfaction of all employees so that they will be able to produce reliable company performances.

The purpose of this study is to see whether recruitment, training, work experience affects job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis and data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Techniques. The sample of this study was 115 employees. The results show that recruitment, training, and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a full mediating effect (full mediation) between training and employee performance. This company can increase the variables that need to be used in the future.

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze and test the effect of compensation and work confusion on employee performance with discipline as an mediasi variable. This research was conducted at the Lima Puluh Kota Regional Secretariat with a type of comparative causal research. The population in this study was ASN who served in the Lima Puluh Kota Regional Secretariat totaling 118 people. The development of each region will be realized if the perpetrators of the organization working units as the spearhead of the executor in the area feel the peace and comfort in the work. This study aims to determine the Organization Climate Effect on Employee Performance with Organization Commitment and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the City of Mataram. Existing problems related to the low performance of employees. It can be observed from the number of employees who can not complete the task in accordance with a predetermined time. This condition occurs partly because many employees are coming late, doing things that are less productive. The study population was Mataram City Government employees spread over 30 unit organizations with a sample of 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) v.22. and SPSS v.19. The results of the analysis proves, 5 hypothesis has significant influence while one hypothesis has not a significant influence. Significant influence include: Organization Climate on Organization Commitment, Organization Climate on Job Satisfaction, although very small. Organization Commitment on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Organization Climate on employee performance, while the Organization Commitment on Job Satisfaction has no significant effect.

This study to analyze the effect of workload on turnover intention, workload on job satisfaction, competence on job satisfaction, competence on turnover intention, training on job satisfaction and job satisfaction on turnover intention. Data was collected through interviews using a questionnaire. Respondents in MNC Media division news gathering employees numbered 202 people. The analytical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is processed using AMOS 22. The results of this study indicate that workloads have a significant effect on decreasing job satisfaction. Besides that the workload increases the desire to get out of work or company. Training has the effect of increasing job satisfaction from employees towards their employment. Employee competencies are known to have a positive influence on satisfaction but negative on turnover intention. While job satisfaction has a positive influence on turnover intention, the lower the job satisfaction, the higher the desire to get out.
