The purpose of this research is to know the magritude of the influence of the working ability and motivation work towards job satifaction and performance of employees. As well as to know the influence of job sansfaction of the employess en performance. The population in this study as many 232 employees, determining the number of sampel using sloving formula with a sample of 70 employees. The sampel using purpose sampling technique, the study analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of software Smart PLS 2 basaed variance.From the result of the regression in obtai n(1) the result and research shows that the positive effect of work ability and significantly to job satisfaction. (2) the result of the analysis of the influence of work on perpormance capabilities of employees shows there is significant and positive influence amongst (3) he working the analysisand the research shows there is a positive and significant influance between the motivation of working towards job satisfaction the thirtd hypothesis as proven the result of (4) the analysis on the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the working motivation afects so (9) this hypotesis proved the result on the analysis the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the job satisfaction on performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dan karyawati pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia yasebanyak 232 karyawan, penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 70 karyawan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, penelitian ini dianalisis melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 2 berbasis varians. Dari hasil analisis dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. This study examines the effect of compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic directly towards the job satisfaction and performance of the lecturers and the effect of compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic towards the performance of lecturers through job satisfaction. This study was conducted at the Private Islamic University in Indonesia. The population of the study is 295 lecturers. The data were analyzed using The Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.80 applications. The results showed that compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance. Compensation, organizational culture and Islamic work ethic have a positive effect on the performance of lecturers significantly. Compensation and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance through job satisfaction while Islamic work ethic does not significantly influence the performance of lecturers through job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of Remuneration on Motivation and Job Satisfaction, and Lecturer Performances of the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur. This type of research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study include Remuneration, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Performance. The sample in this study were 114 respondents with simple random sampling technique and data collection through questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square) using the SmartPLS Version 3 software. The results of the analysis show 1) a positive significant effect between remuneration variables on work motivation and job satisfaction 2) Positive significant influence between job satisfaction on motivation, and performance, 3) The positive significant influence between motivation on performance, 4) While the effect of remuneration on performance is not significant. To improve lecturer performance, management of the institution requires effective remuneration and optimization of workloads while increasing motivation and job satisfaction in order to achieve good performance.

The purpose of this study is to significantly prove the direct influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on performance, and the indirect influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on performance through job satisfaction of the educational staffs of University of Jember (UNEJ). This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample consists of 154 respondents, i.e., the educational staffs of the head office of UNEJ. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze causal relationship among variables and test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the research show that intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance; emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance; spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and performance; and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on performance. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in construction specifically steel fabrication. The problem encountered by company was frequent overtimes with low remuneration but cannot meet production target. The objective of study was to know the influence of motivation, environment,stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. The method used was Structural Equation Modeling with IBS SPSS AMOS software. The results of study indicated that motivation had positive influence of 0.229, environment had positive influence of 2.746, and stress had significant influence of 0.139 on job satisfaction. Motivation had positive influence of 0.910, environment had positive influence of 2.526, and stress had negative influence of -0.221 on employee performance. Motivation had positive influence of 0.093, environment had positive influence of 1.120, and stress had positive and significant influence of 0.056 on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. Job satisfaction had positive influence of 0.408 on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, environment, stress, structural, equation, modeling

Cultural organisation as a system formed by the company management, has the same characteristics than other organisations. It is due to the leader has authority to change the old paradigm to a new transformation. The purposes are employees have a high commitment in organisation, satisfaction at work, and also to improve the performance of the given contribution. The purpose is to examine the Influence of Cultural Organisation and a leader style which is Transformational-Transactional sign to Employee Performance, High Commitment in Organisation, and also the satisfaction at work.. This study applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with 5% alpha significance. Data is obtained from 116 employees “Nurul Hayat” Foundation with proportional sampling technique by using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. At P-Value (> 0,05) and T-Value (> 1,96) indicate that, Culture Organisation has positive and significant influence on employee performance, organisation commitment and job satisfaction. The leadership style has positive and significant influences on job satisfaction and organisation commitment. The leadership style has positive and insignificant effects on employee performances. Organisation commitment has positive and insignificant effects on employee performances. Job satisfaction has positive and significant effects on employee performances.

This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

In this study 732 Taiwanese kindergarten teachers, divided into 4 regional areas: northern, central, southern, and eastern, completed a questionnaire about their work performance and how it is affected by principals' leadership behaviors. Regression and structural equation modeling analysis showed that the use of empathetic concern by kindergarten principals had a positive effect on teachers' work performance. Although assertive orders were found to have a positive influence, the correlation with work performance was lower than that with empathetic concern. Rewards and punishments had no significant effect on improving teachers' work performance. Emotion-based leadership in the form of showing empathetic concern could be used to improve kindergarten teachers' work performance.

Research was conducted to explore job satisfaction of employee in PT. Holcim Indonesia,Tbk.Thisstudycoveredforpermanentemployee.Thepurposeofthispaper is to investigate whether employee promotion, upward downward communication and work environment influences the job satisfaction of PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk. This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of all employee position (manager and non-manager) in all plant of Indonesia with a random sample of 225 employees, and the method of analysis used is the frequency distribution and path analysis. The Data was collected through a self-administered survey questionnaire. The questionnaire is adopted from a previous validated survey. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS. The results showed that among seven hypotheses tested, all variables have the positive influence, however, there are two latent variables which have direct significant associations, while the others have not. A variable which have indirect significant associations, while the other one has not. WorkEnvironmenthavedirectpositiveandsignificantinfluenceonthejobsatisfaction, while employee promotion and upward downward communication have a direct positiveinfluencebutnotsignificant.Otherwise,both employee promotion and upward downward communication have an indirect positive influence on the job satisfaction with intervening variable (work environment). The study provides ways to increase the job satisfaction of all employees so that they will be able to produce reliable company performances.

This research examines the organizationa justice include distributive justice compensation and pocedural justicecompensation to employess performance both directly and indirectly influenced by job satisfaction. The population inthis study were all nurse employees in RSU DR. H. RM. SOESELO in Slawi, Tegal District are totaling 142 people.Data were collected by survey method is to provide a list of questionnaires directly to the resp4.ondent. Data analysistechniques in this study using analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) program operated by AMOS 21. Theresults showed that distributive justce compensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, procedural justicecompensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, distributive justice compensation are not significsantly toemployees performance, procedural justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance, jobsatisfaction significant positive effect on employees performace, job satisfaction as a mediating influence ofdistributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance.
