Public service offices are currently required to provide services effectively and efficiently. Therefore, technology plays a role in helping employees to be able to finish the job. The use of technology makes employees able to achieve high satisfaction and productivity. To be able to take advantage of existing technology, a collaboration between employees is needed through knowledge sharing. This study focuses on the context of the role of task-technology fit in mediating the relationship of knowledge sharing intention to employee satisfaction and performance. This is explanatory research was conducted through a  survey of  412 employees of the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) in the East Java Province. The structural Equation Model (SEM) approach was used and 214 questionnaires were processed with WarpPLS. The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing, intention affects task-technology fit (TTF) and task-technology fit (TTF) also has a significant effect on employee satisfaction and performance.

Employer branding is an intriguing junction of marketing and human resource management, where the positive intangible perception of the employer makes the organization a valuable. It is antecedents and outcomes have been tried and tested. However, there is a need to empirically test how employer branding lures the employees to perform well and to remain loyal to the employer. This study aimed to find the mediating impact of employee engagement between the relationships of employer branding and performance of the employees and their intention to stay in the companies. By using the structural equation model (SEM), the results revealed the full mediation role of employee engagement in between employer branding and employee performance and their intention to stay. This study implies that the bank needs to induce employees to remain engaged, as, with this, the performance and talent retention will yield.JEL Classification: D23, M31How to Cite:Samo, A. This study aims to analyze the effect of caring climate on employee performance by mediating variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to gender proportions. Caring climate is a way for people to make decisions that prioritize the welfare of all people. The sample of this study was 96 employees of Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang. Fit test is conducted to find out whether the research model meets the structural equation model assumptions or not, the data is said to be fit after deleting 10 data, so that the remaining 86 sample data. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the AMOS program. The results of this study are that Caring climate influences organizational commitment through the mediating role of job satisfaction, Caring climate influences employee performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction, but Caring climate does not affect employee performance through the mediating role of organizational commitment, Job satisfaction does not affect employee performance through the mediating role of organizational commitment, and Gender becomes a differentiator in the perception of male and female respondents towards caring climate, employee performance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

This study aims to investigate the direct impact of green motives (GM) and green business strategies (GBS) on sustainable development (SD) in the hospitality sector. It explores the direct links between GM and SD. Moreover, the mediating role of GBS between GM and SD was tested. The research relies on the stakeholders’ theory, which states that the organization’s success and future development depends on the satisfaction of stakeholders. Data were collected from 451 top managers and owners from 54 hotels (5, 4 and 3-star hotels) operating in Pakistan. Quantitative analysis including correlation, regression, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model techniques were used. The mediating role of GBS was assessed using the bootstrapping method. Results proved that GM and GBS enable hotel industry to achieve the targets of SD. Finding also proved that GBS act as a mediator between the GM and SD link. The hotel industry needs attention to achieve the targets of SD and customers’ inclination towards more hygienic and environmental issues after the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic situation has forced the hotel industry to adapt GBS initiated through GM. The current research articulated this upcoming issue and offered a SD model for the hotel industry.

A survey method using a structured questionnaire was used to collect the responses of bankers in SBI, Bhubaneswar region. Having the data collected from 240 filled questionnaires, analysis was carried out using exploratory factor analysis, and to further validate this, structural equation modelling was developed. This was followed by a confirmatory factor analysis to establish the linkage between employee satisfaction and employee performance. The results indicated a significant relationship between employee satisfaction and performance. This study contributes to understanding of the various factors affecting employee satisfaction and performance, especially in the banking sector. By focusing on employee satisfaction, managers can keep the employees more focused, engaged and committed to their work and enhance overall productivity of the organization.

AbstractThis study examines the effect of perceived organisational politics on organisational silence through the mediating role of organisational cynicism. In addition, it tests the effect of perceived support on this relationship. A quantitative (questionnaire survey) design was used to gather data from 346 employees in three public hospitals in Iraq. The structural equation model was used for data analysis. The results demonstrate that all the major hypotheses were accepted, and important role of perceived support in reversing the positive relationship between perceived organisational politics and organisational cynicism was also highlighted. Furthermore, the mediating role was clear in terms of organisational cynicism and the relationship between perceived organisational politics and organisational silence.

The sample of the research are 90 civil servants in Wangaya General Hospital as the respondents. In this study questionares are used as instuments of the research. Descriptive and inferential analysis were applied as method of analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a tool. The result is that servant leadership does not have any significant effect on employees performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the impact on servant leadership and employee performance through the role of organizational commitment as mediating variable is supported.

Knowledge sharing is vital for any organization, and it has an essential impact on developing ‎‎skills, increasing value, and maintaining a competitive advantage in the organization. In the knowledge management (KM) literature, ‎‎perceived organizational support and organizational trust have been pointed out as ‎‎primary factors for knowledge sharing. The present study investigated the role of ‎‎perceived organizational support in promoting nurses’ knowledge sharing, considering ‎‎organizational trust as a mediator‎. The cross-sectional study design was applied to examine the ‏hypothesized relationships.‏ ‎Data were ‎‎collected using three questionnaires from three hundred thirty ‎‎nurses working in five public hospitals in Shiraz city. The Partial Least Squares Structural ‎‎Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach was used to analyze data. The results revealed a significant and positive association between perceived organizational support, organizational trust, and knowledge sharing. The findings also demonstrated that organizational trust plays a mediating role between perceived organizational support and knowledge sharing.
