The use of technology makes employees able to achieve high satisfaction and productivity. To be able to take advantage of existing technology, a collaboration between employees is needed through knowledge sharing. This study focuses on the context of the role of task-technology fit in mediating the relationship of knowledge sharing intention to employee satisfaction and performance. This is explanatory research was conducted through a  survey of  412 employees of the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) in the East Java Province. The structural Equation Model (SEM) approach was used and 214 questionnaires were processed with WarpPLS. The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing, intention affects task-technology fit (TTF) and task-technology fit (TTF) also has a significant effect on employee satisfaction and performance.

Bank XYZ is bank that  already  launched credit card in 2007. In their operations, Bank XYZ applying the provision of insentive for the sale of a credit card with the aim that can improve employee motivation to high performing better. Basically every company hopes to reach the target of predetermined sales. But in reality the sale of a credit card to the Bank XYZ Bogor branch has not yet reached the set target. Not achieve the target that is supposed to identify that there is a problem in the achievements of employee performance whereby the employee has not been motivated to work optimally. While Bank XYZ strategy are already making the provision of incentives for retail banking staff who performs the sale of the credit card. The purpose of this research is: 1. Indentify the influence of incentives on employee motivation retail banking division in Bank XYZ in the target of credit card sales. 2. Indentify the influence of an incentive against the employee performance retail banking division. 3. Formulate efforts to improve the effectiveness of incentive system in order to increase the employee performance retail banking division. The process of data analysis begins with some of the stage where the first stage is a test of validity and reability instrument. Descriptive statistic analysis conducted to determine how perceptions of respondents to statements in the questionnaire through analysis rataan score. Through descriptive of statistical analysis can be seen how perceptions of respondents to incentives, motivation and performance. Next after the statistical analysis descriptive done testing SEM (Structural equation model) operated through the LISREL program. The results of the analysis show that the incentive effect significantly against the major motivation of employees. Motivational variables on performance demonstrates that a significant effect on performance the motivation of employees. When compared to the value of the charge factor of motivation on performance, different values looks at factors variable charge directly on performance incentives that show the influence of the small and insignificant. This incentive has the role of small shows a factor in improving the performance of staff Bank XYZ retail banking division. This is shows that employees incentive to affect the performance of retail banking division through motivation, demonstrable of indirect influence more motivation than through direct influence on the performance.

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of leadership style and work environment to work motivation to improve employee performance. The approach used is quantitative parametric method of Structural Equation Model. The study object is the production employees of PT Suparma Tbk. The results showed leadership style has positive but not significant  effect on work motivation; work environment has positive and significant effect on employee motivation; leadership style has  negative but not significant effect on employee performance; the working environment is not significant positive effect on employee performance; and motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation as intervening variable (Y),  is able to be explained by exogenous variables leadership style variable (X1) and Work environment (X2) by 55.4%, and the remaining 44.6% is explaiened by variables outside the models. Whereas endogenous variables, employee performance (Z) which is explained by the work motivation variable (Y), work environment (X1), and the style of leadership (X2) amounted to 94.1%, and the remaining 5.9% is explained by variables outside the model. With the calculation of sub-structural equation 1 is Y = 0,053X_1 + 1,065X_2 + 0,833, and the calculation of substructural equation 2 is Z = -0,193X_1 + 0,529X_2 + 0,723Y + 0.338.

High company performance can be achieved if all elements in the company are well integrated, and are able to carry out their roles according to the needs of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine (1) competence, (2) work motivation, (3) employee performance, and (4) the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive and verification using explanatory survey research methods, and to test the hypotheses of this research will be analyzed using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Model, SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) alternative method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that there is a significant correlation between competence and work motivation at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The results of the second hypothesis show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The third hypothesis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The fourth hypothesis shows that competence and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. So it is clear that competence, work motivation and employee performance are interrelated. This must be considered because there is a mutually influencing relationship between the three. So that the development of competence and good work motivation will be able to improve the performance of these employees.
