Belum tersedianya bahan ajar yang dapat melatihkan kemampuan berpikir kritis menyebabkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan bahan ajar materi Elastisitas dan Hukum Hooke melalui pengajaran inkuiri terbimbing yang layak digunakan untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan 29 orang peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 2 SMAN 12 Banjarmasin sebagai subjek uji coba penelitian. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, lembar validitas bahan ajar, lembar pengamatan RPP, lembar aktivitas peserta didik, dan tes hasil belajar yang mengacu pada indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) validitas bahan ajar berdasarkan komponen RPP, LKPD, materi ajar dan THB memperoleh skor 3,345 dengan berkategori valid; (2) kepraktisan bahan ajar berdasarkan keterlaksanaan RPP memperoleh skor 3,47 dengan berkategori sangat baik; dan (3) efektivitas bahan ajar berdasarkan nilai N-Gain memperoleh skor 0,30 dengan berkategori sedang, serta aktivitas peserta didik yang memperoleh skor 60,06 dengan berkategori baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar materi Elastisitas dan Hukum Hooke melalui pengajaran inkuiri terbimbing layak digunakan untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. The lack of teaching materials availability that can train critical thinking skills causes students' critical thinking skills in low category. This research aims to produce Elasticity and Hooke's Law teaching materials through guided inquiry teaching that is eligible for training students' critical thinking skills. This research used the ADDIE development model with 29 students from XI MIPA 2 class at SMAN 12 Banjarmasin as the research trial subjects. The data were obtained through interview, teaching materials validity sheet, lesson plan observation sheets, student activity sheets, and learning outcomes tests that refer to critical thinking skills indicators. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that: (1) the teaching materials validity based on the components of lesson plam, worksheet, teaching materials and learning outcome test obtained 3,345 in valid category; (2) the teaching materials practicality based on lesson plan implementation obtained 3.47 in very good category; and (3) the teaching materials effectiveness based on the N-Gain value obtained 0.30 in medium category, and students’ activity that obtained 60.06 in good category. Thus, it can be concluded that Elasticity and Hooke's Law teaching materials through guided inquiry teaching are eligible to be used to train critical thinking skills and can be implemented in the learning process.

Abstract This research aims to describe the feasibility of STEM model student worksheets in guided inquiry learning with PhET Simulation media on Hooke’s Law material in terms of validity, effectiveness and practicality, due to the lack of critical thinking skills of students. This development research uses a four-D model with the following steps: design, define, develop and disseminate with high school students as research targets. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that: (1) The level of validity of student worksheets get a score of 86.36% with a very valid category; (2) Practicality level of student worksheets get through observation sheets and questionnaire responses from students get a practicality score of 88% with a very practical category; and (3) The level of effectiveness of the worksheets obtained from the N-gain calculation get a score of 0.56 in the medium category. Based on these things, it can be concluded that the developed student worksheets are feasible to be used to improve the ability students’ critical thinking.

This study aims to produce science learning tools that are valid, practical, and effective which consists of syllabus, lesson plan, teaching material, student activity sheets, and test sheets to improve the critical thinking skills of elementary students. This research was carried out using the 4-D model of adaptation Ibrahim, M., which is define, design, developing, disseminate and tested in class V of Jiken Elementary School, Kedondong I Elementary School, Sudimoro Elementary School, school year 2019/2020 with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The results shows: 1) valid, according to the validity of the three validators with valid categories, 2) practical, in accordance with the level of observers seen from the activity of students increasing at each meeting and implementation of RPP, 3) effective, seen from appearing significantly different from the pretest and posttest test students' critical thinking and positive student responses. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the development of science learning tools oriented in guided inquiry is valid, practical, and effective for improving critical thinking skills of elementary students.

This research aims to produce the valid teaching materials. The teaching materials are developed using POE model to increase students’ critical thinking skills in junior high school on pressure topic. The teaching materials developed consist of the lesson plan, student worksheet, student book, the critical thinking skills test, and concept mastery test. The five indicators of critical thinking skills measured in this study are providing simple explanations, the ability to give reasons, make conclusions, make and determine the results of considerations based on the application of facts, and choose alternative solutions. Model of teaching materials development usedthis research is 4D model. Validityxdataxwere obtainedxfrom thexvalidationxbyxexperts usingxthexvalidityxinstrument. Thevvdatavvobtainedvvwerevvanalyzed descriptively quantitatively basedxonxthe validity criteriaxof teaching materials. Basedxonxthe assessmentxofxthreexvalidators, the developedxteachingxmaterials had very valid category.

This research is a research development of teaching materials a model cooperative with inquiry approach on chemistry learning sub-subject factors that affect the rate of reaction, including: syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets, student’s book and assessment sheet. This research was conducted at SMAN 5 Tuban through three stages: 1) Development of teaching materials with the model Thiagarajan, 2) Validation of teaching materials, and 3) Field try out with design One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results of this study are: 1) Teaching materials arranged by using cooperative learning model with inquiry approach are declared valid to be used in learning; a) the results of validation toward teaching materials that had been developed have good category and it can be used in teaching learning process; b) The level of difficulty for teahing materials developed are low and easy to be understood; c) Readability of instrument is high and the materials easy to understand by student; 2) The teaching materials is effective to be used in learning process, supported by: a) Learning outcome (product) is increase of high categories, b) student’s critical thinking skills is increase of with high categories, c) students responded positively to the teaching materials developed, and 3) The teaching materials developed is practical to be used in learning process shown by; a) the lesson plan used is in good category; b) The student’s activities are  dominated by forms of inquiry activities, presentations, and group discussions. Based on the results of this research can be concluded that the teaching materials with cooperative learning model with inquiry approaches that have been developed fulfills the validity, effectiveness, and practical, feasible to implement to improving students' critical thinking skills. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran model kooperatif dengan pendekatan inkuiri pada pembelajaran kimia SMA sub pokok bahasan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laju reaksi, meliputi: silabus, RPP, LKS, Buku Ajar Siswa, dan Lembar Penilaian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 5 Tuban melalui tiga tahap, yaitu 1) Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model Thiagarajan, 2) Validasi perangkat pembelajaran, dan 3) Uji coba lapangan dengan rancangan “One Group Pretest-Posttest Design”. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Perangkat pembelajaran model kooperatif dengan pendekatan inkuiri dinyatakan valid untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran model kooperatif dengan pendekatan inkuiri; a) hasil validasi perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berkategori baik dan dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar; b) Tingkat kesulitan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan rendah dan mudah dipahami siswa; dan c) Keterbacaan perangkat pembelajaran tinggi dan materi mudah dipahami oleh siswa; 2) perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan efektif untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, yang didukung oleh; a) Tes hasil belajar produk meningkat dengan kategori tinggi, b) Keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori tinggi,  dan c) Siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan, dan 3) Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan bersifat praktis untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran yang ditunjukkan dari; a) keterlaksanaan RPP dalam kategori baik; b) Aktivitas siswa didominasi bentuk-bentuk kegiatan inkuiri, presentasi, dan diskusi kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran model kooperatif dengan pendekatan inkuiri yang telah dikembangkan memenuhi unsur kelayakan, keefektivan dan kepraktisan, sehingga layak diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

This study aims to produce teaching materials based on inquiry physics to improve the critical thinking skills of high school students. This type of research is Research and Development and refers to the 4-D development model. This study was tested in class X. The results of this study obtained some findings include: 1) the validation of teaching materials obtained categories are very valid and reliable; 2) test legibility of physics teaching materials categorized high readability; and 3) N-gain improves students' critical thinking skills. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry-based physics teaching materials worthy of use in learning and can improve the critical thinking skills of high school students.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan berpikir kritis  dan sikap ilmiah peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis  dan sikap ilmiah peserta didik melalui model Inkuiri Terbimbing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan dengan masing-masing pertemuan satu rencana pembelajaran. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tahapan  perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas VA SDN 1 Pajerukan yang berjumlah 25 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 11 peserta didik laki-laki dan 14 peserta didik perempuan. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan berpikir kritis, lembar aktivitas guru, lembar aktivitas peserta didik, lembar observasi sikap ilmiah peserta didik serta lembar skala sikap ilmiah peserta didik. Hasil peningkatan yang terjadi dapat dilihat pada setiap siklusnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model Inkuiri Terbimbing dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan sikap ilmiah peserta didik pada tema 7 Peristiwa Dalam Kehidupan di kelas VA SDN 1 Pajerukan. IMPROVING CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS AND SCIENTIFIC ATTITUDES OF STUDENTS THROUGH GUIDED-INQUIRY MODEL Abstract: The background of this research is the low critical thinking skills and scientific attitudes of students. So that, this study aims to improve the Guided Inquiry model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This classroom action research is carried out in 2 (two) cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings with each meeting of one lesson plan. This study consists of stages of planning, action, observation of critical thinking skills and scientific attitudes of students through reflection. The subjects of this study were 25th grade students of SDN 1 Pajerukan, consisting of 11 students consisting of 11 male students and 14 female students. The data collection tool uses tests of critical thinking skills, teacher activity sheets, student activity sheets, observation sheets, scientific attitudes of students, and scientific attitude scale sheets of students. The results of the improvements that occur can be seen in each cycle. The results of this study indicate that the use of modes can improve the critical thinking skills and scientific attitudes of students on the theme of 7 Events in Life in the VA class at SDN 1 Pajerukan.

The aims of this research is to determine the feasibility of the learning materials of Sciences with guided inquiry model to instruct student’s critical thinking skills. This research and development used Tessmer method to produce a prototype which was tested up to field test. The feasibility of learning materials is expressed by the validity, practicality, and effectivenees. The validity of learning materials is determined by expert and one to one test. The practicality is determined by the implementation of lesson plan (RPP). The effectiveness is determined by the ability of students to implementing LKPD. The result showed that; (1) the learning materials is valid according to the result of evaluation by expert and one to one test, (2) the learning materials is practically according to the result of implementation of lesson plan is 3,5, and (3) the learning matrials is effective according to the result of implementation of LKPD. Based of descriptive analysis it could be concluded that the learning materials developed are feasible and were able to instruct critical thinking skills of junior high school student. Pengembangan perangkat dilakukan berdasarkan model penelitian pengembangan Tessmer sehingga menghasilkan prototype yang diujikan hingga tahap uji lapangan. Kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan dari kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Kevalidan perangkat pembelajaran ditentukan dari hasil validasi oleh pakar dan hasil uji coba perorangan. Kepraktisan ditentukan dari keterlaksanaan RPP. Keefektifan ditentukan dari kemampuan peserta didik dalam melaksanakan LKPD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat valid berdasarkan hasil penilaian pakar dan uji perorangan, (2) perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan hasil penilaian keterlaksanaan RPP mencapai skor 3,5, dan (3) perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan efektif berdasarkan kemampuan peserta didik melaksanakan LKPD. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak dan mampu melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik.Kata kunci: perangkat pembelajaran, inkuiri terbimbing, keterampilan berpikir kritis

Learning device in SMP Negeri 4 Banjarmasin has not been designed to accommodate the needs of students to actively learn and solve problems on their own during the learning process, therefore carried out a study aimed at describing the effectiveness of the development of the physical science learning through inquiry learning model with the method of pictorial riddle. In particular, this study aimed to describe: (1) the feasibility study, (2) lesson plan implementation, (3) students' critical thinking skills, (4) learning outcomes, (5) the response of students towards learning. This refers development research to the Dick and Carey. Data retrieval techniques through achievement test, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results were analyzed by descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that: (1) a device developed includes lesson plans, Teaching Materials and LKS are reliable instrument used, (2) the method of inquiry learning lesson plan implementation of using pictorial riddle methods in good category. (3) students' critical thinking skills that include known issues, define hypotheses, solve problems, collect data, evaluate, and conclude are in good category. (4) learning outcomes that indicates with classical TPK completeness in good category is achieved with good overall sensitivity and sensitive, although there is a small unfinished because of the difficulty in analyzing the problem, (5) The students response of to the inquiry learning model with pictorial riddle methods is in good category. Retrieved conclusion that the physical science device which is developed are effective to improve critical thinking are students and learning outcomes learning through inquiry learning model with pictorial riddle methods.
