The article is devoted to the theory of calculating mirror systems with anastigmatic properties, namely, the area of research in terms of developing methods for parametric calculation of dimensions and aberration correction. The such systems can correct three third-order aberrations. Mirror anastigmats allow developing the angular field of view of devices while maintaining a high numerical aperture, which allows them to be used in optoelectronic equipment operating in a wide spectral range. Complete absence of chromatic aberrations, high resolution, permissible wave criteria for image quality provide excellent opportunities for using mirror anastigmatic systems. General methodological approaches have been developed that can be applied to the creation of detailed engineering and technical methods for calculating a group of mirror anastigmatic systems. A serious drawback of reflective optics is center without central screening, which degrades image quality. To eliminate it, rotations or displacements of the mirrors are intro-duced, but non-elementary aberrations of even orders appear, which must be corrected. The creation of compositions with decentered catoptric elements requires further development of the calculation and methodological base. Mathematical solutions to the problem of creating basic models of non-centered mirror systems are presented. Accurate formulas are obtained for the calculation of real rays from the conditions of astigmatism and coma correction for the given angles of incidence of the chief ray on the mirror surfaces and the «oblique» thickness  , which determines their relative position. Based on the proposed formulas, a new method for parametric calculation of decentered mirror systems has been created, which allows one to compose algorithms and design both basic models and complex mirror systems from off-axis mirrors. The development of new algorithms for two- and three-mirror decenter lenses will increase the accumulated potential of computational optics. The scope of the proposed technique can be expanded in terms of the number of components.

The conclusion returns to some of the ideas raised in the Introduction, specifically Gillian Beer’s suggestion that literature and science ‘share the moment’s discourse’. It argues for the relevance of this model to different periods and disciplines, while also suggesting some specific potential areas for further development in relation to the present study, including generalist periodicals. It also considers some of the evaluative criteria that have previously been suggested for studies in the field of literature and science, and raises some questions as to the direction in which that field of research should now move. The study concludes finally by suggesting that literature and science, as well as a range of other disciplines, some of which are included here, do more than share the moment’s discourse—they share in the creation, development, and modification of that discourse because they share the moment itself.

AbstractFor nonlinear third-order three-point boundary value problems (BVPs), we develop two algorithms to find solutions, which automatically satisfy the specified three-point boundary conditions. We construct a boundary shape function (BSF), which is designed to automatically satisfy the boundary conditions and can be employed to develop new algorithms by assigning two different roles of free function in the BSF. In the first algorithm, we let the free functions be complete functions and the BSFs be the new bases of the solution, which not only satisfy the boundary conditions automatically, but also can be used to find solution by a collocation technique. In the second algorithm, we let the BSF be the solution of the BVP and the free function be another new variable, such that we can transform the BVP to a corresponding initial value problem for the new variable, whose initial conditions are given arbitrarily and terminal values are determined by iterations; hence, we can quickly find very accurate solution of nonlinear third-order three-point BVP through a few iterations. Numerical examples confirm the performance of the new algorithms.

Systematization of risks in the field of housing-and-communal services and recommendations on the neutralization of problem zones were offered. The objective is the diagnostics of the situation in the sphere of housing-and-communal services and the identification of risk zones. The author concludes that the information on risk factors is necessary for the creation of the system of risk prevention, and assumes further development of the measures for the effective management in this sector.

Создание геймифицированных образовательных ресурсов позволяет повысить мотивацию студентов к обучению, индивидуализировать образовательные маршруты, обеспечить вариативность содержания образования, учесть ограничения в здоровье. Цель настоящей статьи состоит в описании принципов разработки цифровых мультимедийных игр для сферы профессионального образования с учетом командного взаимодействия представителей различных профессиональных групп. В результате исследования выделены основные принципы разработки цифровых мультимедийных игр, предполагающие использование звуковых, анимационных и других эффектов при проведении корпоративных сеансов и выполнении творческих заданий. Практическая значимость заключается в возможности использования описанных принципов для дальнейшей разработки геймифицированных ресурсов. The creation of gamified resources makes it possible to increase the students’ motivation with the content of activities, to individualize educational routes, to ensure the variability of the content of education, to take into account health restrictions. The aim of this article is to describe the principles of developing digital multimedia games for vocational education, taking into account the team interaction of representatives of various professional groups. As a result of the study the basic principles of the development of digital multimedia games are highlighted, involving the use of sound, animation and other effects for corporate sessions and for doing creative tasks. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the described principles for further development of gamified resources.

RESUMOEste artigo tem por objeto a Teoria dos Direitos Humanos em Michel Villey. Seu objetivo é apresentar uma contestação à alegação de Michel Villey de que os direitos humanos não podem ser considerados Direito. Para tanto, realiza uma apresentação da Teoria dos Direitos Humanos em Michel Villey, passando pela criação dos direitos humanos em Thomas Hobbes, a inversão de objetivos dos direitos humanos em John Locke e a expansão dos direitos humanos em Christian Wolff. Em seguida passa a apresentar a crítica de Michel Villey aos direitos humanos e as falhas deste autor ao realizar suas acusações, haja vista a possibilidade de solução das contradições (colisões) entre os direitos humanos, além de que não se pode confundir o critério de validade da norma com sua eficácia. O trabalho conclui pela juridicidade dos direitos humanos ao demonstrar que a suposta contradição não seria razão para retirar esta qualidade.PALAVRAS-CHAVEFilosofia do Direito. Direitos Humanos. Its purpose is to present a challenge to Michel Villeys’ claim that human rights are not legal norms. To do so, the text presents the General Theory of Human Rights in Michel Villey, including the creation of human rights by Thomas Hobbes, the changing perspective attributed to John Locke and the numerical expansion of human rights attributed to Christian Wolff. The text then presents Michel Villeys’ critics of human rights and the problems with those critics; specifically, that the given conflicts between norms aren’t sufficient to declare that they aren’t legal norms, other than that, the text points that in his critics Michel Villey confuses the concepts of validity of the norm with its effectiveness. The article deals with the creation of a program for stopping an autonomous robotic vehicle Robotino® 4. generation at a defined distance from an obstacle. One of the nine infrared distance sensors located on the frame of the robotic vehicle in the front part of the frame is used for this application task. The infrared distance sensor characteristic is created from the measured experimental data, which is then linearized in the given section. The main aim of the experiment is to find such an equation of a line that corresponds to the stopping of a robotic vehicle with a given accuracy from an obstacle. The determined equation of the line is applied to the resulting program for autonomous control of the robotic vehicle. This issue is one of the many tasks performed by AGV in the industry. The introduction of AGVs into the industry is one of the many possibilities within Industry 4.0.

The article examines the origins of the creation of the probation service in Kazakhstan, its introduction into the sphere of criminal executive law, goals and objectives. The measures for the implementation of probation control, its role in the provision of qualified psychological assistance to juvenile offenders are considered. The ways of implementing probation control at the present stage are also indicated, the main tasks of the state are presented, program documents aimed at further development and improvement of the probation service are studied. Studied and presented statistical data on the dynamics of juvenile delinquency in the republic. The psychological characteristics of minors are analyzed, in respect of whom it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive and regular analysis of their specific needs. The creation of a specialized staff of trained employees to provide social and legal assistance to minors is emphasized and argued. This paper also raises the question of the need to introduce specialization of the penitentiary psychologist in the universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to achieve high results in the prevention of juvenile delinquency. To comply with international standards in the field of protecting the rights and freedoms of minors, crime prevention, attention is focused on complementing national legislation with the norms of UN international documents.
