The Coronavirus outbreak that began in December, 2019 became a worldwide pandemic by March, 2020. The education industry had to adapt to this new change in a speedy and most feasible way by shifting to virtual classes over the internet and other available resources. WhatsApp has turned out to be a boon in academic’s section where in all the teachers have their own subject-wise groups on the said application. This not only helps them to share the necessary information resources but also to have discussion regarding the subject matter. On the other side, this application allows easy access for the students to all the resources shared by the teacher, and they can share their assignments without much difficulty with their subject teachers. Therefore, it has become a primary tool for conducting teaching, learning and evaluation online. The researchers have tried to analyze impact of online classes and the efforts required by the students to learn online with the help of survey conducted with the sample size of 514. The survey questionnaire was grouped into 4 categories namely; Opinion on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) based Teaching, Changes in communication behavior due to ICT using WhatsApp, the main hindrance for integration of ICT (Information Communication Technology) in the teaching-learning process and disadvantages of using ICT for teaching and learning.

Library resources and services are pivotal role players in teaching, learning, and innovation. Owing to the adoption of information communication technology (ICT) in library and day-to-day changing information needs of the users, it is need of present era to redesign the library resources and services. The study which forms the subject matter of the present article highlights the usage of resources and services by agriculture postgraduate colleges of Chhattisgarh and examines the library resources and services which are really useful to agriculture scientist. Further the study is focused on significance satisfaction level differences amongst agriculture scientists. For carrying out this study, the research approach was used as a survey method. Questionnaire was used as a tool for getting information from respondents. The findings of the study have confirmed that most of the agriculture scientists were occasional visitors to the library due to less information resources in the library. It was found that majority of the agriculture scientists were partially satisfied with the library resources and services.


This paper is about the concept of information communication technology its role, importance, usage in teaching and learning. The field of ICT joins science and technology .it contains the package of computer tangible and intangible items, cell phones and telecommunication, web, internet, guided and unguided media, digital cameras, artificial intelligence and the rest. It combines the field of computer and information science tremendous and speedily growing knowledge base that is developed by researchers and scholars. ICT has declared to be beneficial in solving problems in teaching, learning, education and related field. There are two types of learning mediums. Traditional medium and ICT medium.ICT replaced the traditional medium with smart technology devices. Emerging learning tools such as podcast, blog, integrated learning module Wikipedia and m-learning have begun developing rapid strides in teaching learning processes. There are some barriers of ICT in teaching/learning process were discussed using general talk survey, unstructured interview and observations. It exposed that teacher factor, chalk and talk, inadequate funding, infrastructure, internet connectivity were some of the barriers of Information communication technology in teaching and learning process.

Change is done for betterment of the life and for the same reason Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has evolved and entered in almost in every sector with a variety of applications. One of the most important applications of ICT is in the field of education and training, where a large number of individuals can leverage the benefits of ICT to get quality education. The main aim of this paper is to realize the need of hybrid learning methodology in current educational settings. In this paper a novel approach for hybrid teaching and learning has been presented and explained with respect to its various components.

The scenario based e-learning in Electrical Engineering Education Learning (EEEL) was developed by covering the scope and characteristics of all subjects and the competence unit of graduates in the field of pedagogy, professional, social and personality, with url addresed http://jpte-ft-unimed.edu20.org. The scenario incorporates the concept of Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL), by supporting of Information Communication Technology (ICT) to establish the competence of the students, from beginners to become proficient, as the teachers of electrical engineering, and the electrical technicians. Based on the analysis, it obtained the students’ learning motivation, the lecturers’ attitude in teaching, and the students’ learning outcome are tend to be high, and the competence of the students who used the model are better than not use.

<p class="abstract"><strong>Background:</strong> Advancement in technology has revolutionized the concept of teaching and learning medicine. YouTube is a popular and easily accessible tool to teach medical subjects. This study was done to evaluate the students’ perception of YouTube learning in ENT.</p><p class="abstract"><strong>Methods:</strong> This was a prospective study where a subject specific YouTube channel, ‘Learning ENT’, created by 1st author, was used to upload videos on selected topics in ENT for third professional MBBS part-1 students (n=145). Students were instructed to access the said videos from time to time throughout the year. At the end of the academic year the perceptions of students were taken and analyzed.  </p><p class="abstract"><strong>Results:</strong> 124 students responded to the online questionnaire. 123 (99.2%) watched YouTube videos on their smart phones. 70 students (56.5%) accessed the YouTube videos for ENT topics very often. 122 (98.4%) students felt that these videos made them understand the topics better. Similarly, 115 (92.7%) students felt that these videos enhanced their interest in the subject. 114 (91.9%) students felt that these videos were more beneficial for practical topics in ENT. 61 students (49.2%) perceived that the duration of videos should be 5-10 minutes. Almost equal number (47.6%) students felt that 10-15 minutes duration is appropriate. 79 students (63.7%) perceived that watching videos made the topic easy to understand and also interesting. 71 students (57.2 %) felt that there were no limitations of the said channel.</p><p class="abstract"><strong>Conclusions:</strong> When integrated with other teaching learning methods, YouTube can be an effective tool to facilitate ENT learning.</p>

The purpose of the study was to establish teachers’ perception on integration of information communication technology in teaching and learning in secondary schools in Uasin Gishu County. The study was guided by the Minimalism theory. The study utilized ex post facto research design. The target population included all private and public secondary schools in Uasin Gishu County and all teachers in private and public secondary schools in the county. Stratified and simple random sampling procedures were to select the respondents for the study. The study utilized questionnaire and observation schedules for data collection. The study concluded that most of teachers in public and private secondary schools in Uasin Gishu County had favorable perceptions of availability of ICT infrastructure in their school, The study further concluded  that both private and public secondary teachers in Uasin Gishu County had favorable perceptions of availability of plans for ICT integration in teaching in their school and that there is a significant relationship between public and private secondary teachers mean perception scores on ICT integration in Uasin Gishu County. the study recommended that the county Government of Uasin Gishu should provide ICT infrastructure in both private and public secondary schools and The principals and school managers in Uasin Gishu County should develop ICT integration plans at the school level which should inform the process of integrating the same in classroom teaching and learning.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition Pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada jam belajar Penjasorkes kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), penelitian ini secara obyektif atau apa adanya dengan subyek siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan berjumlah 15 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu : (1) perencanaan,  (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa pada saat proses belajar-mengajar berlangsung. Adapun hasil pengamatan terhadap siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition pada siklus I adalah sebesar 55% dari keseluruhan pengamatan terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85%. Sedangkan hasil pengamatan terhadap guru pada siklus I sebesar 65% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang sangat berarti dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran games and competition pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan.Kata Kunci : Proses Belajar Mengajar, Bola Voli, Games and competition.AbstackThis study aims to determine the improvement of teaching and learning process of Ball Games through Learning Methods of Games and competition In Grade V Students of Elementary school 14 Lebong Selatan. This research was conducted at the learning hour of class V of SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), this research is objective or what it is with the subject of grade V students of SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan totaling 15 people. This study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The type of data collected is qualitative data in the form of observation of teacher and student activity during the teaching-learning process. The results of observation of the students in the learning process Teaching Ball Volleyball Through Learning Methods Games and competition in the first cycle is 55% of the overall observation of the teaching and learning process. In the second cycle increased to 85%. While the results of observations of teachers in the first cycle of 65% and increased in cycle II to 90%. So it can be concluded that there is a very significant improvement in the application of learning methods of games and competition on students of grade V Elementary school 14 Lebong Selatan.Keywords: Volleyball, Games and competition, Teaching and Learning Proces

ICTs in Education refers to the development of information and communications technology specifically for teaching/learning purposes, while the ICTs in education involves the adoption of general components of information and communication technologies in the teaching learning process. Government intervention is necessary so that ICT can be made successful in higher education. Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has the proven power to change the world. This acronym refers to the merging of audiovisual and telephone networks with the computer single unified system of cabling.
