In a collaborative forecasting task, experts may have unequal authority levels. However, this has rarely been considered reasonably in the existing fuzzy collaborative forecasting methods. In addition, experts may not be willing to discriminate their authority levels. To address these issues, an auto-weighting fuzzy weighted intersection (FWI) fuzzy collaborative intelligence approach is proposed in this study. In the proposed auto-weighting FWI fuzzy collaborative intelligence approach, experts’ authority levels are automatically and reasonably assigned based on their past forecasting performances. Subsequently, the auto-weighting FWI mechanism is established to aggregate experts’ fuzzy forecasts. The theoretical properties of the auto-weighting FWI mechanism have been discussed and compared with those of the existing fuzzy aggregation operators. After applying the auto-weighting FWI fuzzy collaborative intelligence approach to a case of forecasting the yield of a DRAM product from the literature, its advantages over several existing methods were clearly illustrated.

Several recent studies have proposed fuzzy collaborative forecasting methods for semiconductor yield forecasting. These methods establish nonlinear programming (NLP) models to consider the opinions of experts and generate fuzzy yield forecasts. Such a practice cannot distinguish between the different expert opinions and can not easily find the global optimal solution. In order to solve some problems and to improve the performance of semiconductor yield forecasting, this study proposes a quadratic-programming- (QP-) based fuzzy collaborative intelligence approach.

This article is an advanced approach to picture fuzzy set through the application of cubic set theory. For instance, we establish the idea of the picture cubic fuzzy sets (PCFSs) theory and define several operations for PCFS. Also, presented some weighted aggregation operators under picture cubic fuzzy information, so called picture cubic fuzzy weighted averaging (PCFWA) operator, picture cubic fuzzy order weighted averaging (PCFOWA) operator, picture cubic fuzzy weighted geometric (PCFWG) operator, and picture cubic fuzzy order weighted geometric (PCFOWG) operator. Further, we study their fundamental properties and showed the relationship among these aggregation operators. In order to determine the feasibility and practicality of the mentioned new technique, we developed multi-attribute group decision -making algorithm with picture cubic fuzzy environment. Further, the developed method applied to supply chain management and for implementation, consider numerical application of supply chain management. Compared the developed approach with other preexisting aggregation operators, and we concluded that the defined technique is better, reliable and effective.

Dual hesitant fuzzy sets (DHFSs) is a generalization of fuzzy sets (FSs) and it is typical of membership and non-membership degrees described by some discrete numerical. In this article we chiefly concerned with introducing the aggregation operators for aggregating dual hesitant fuzzy elements (DHFEs), including the dual hesitant fuzzy arithmetic mean and geometric mean. We laid emphasis on discussion of properties of newly introduced operators, and give a numerical example to describe the function of them. Finally, we used the proposed operators to select human resources outsourcing suppliers in a dual hesitant fuzzy environment.
