A literature review deals with the strategies currently employed worldwide and in Russia to prepare for paediatric colonoscopy. The most common dietary regimens, types of medications and their dosage, bowel cleanout protocols in children are considered. The literature data comparing different methods of preparation to colonoscopy in children are presented. The problems associated with the use of certain methods of intestinal cleaning in paediatric practice are discussed, including the territory of the Russian Federation. Purpose. To evaluate the clinical and functional results of the technique of transcleral fixation of the artificial iridochrustalic diaphragm during its decentration in a patient with aniridia and aphakia. Material and methods. Under observation was a 32-year-old patient K. with a diagnosis on the right eye: iridochrustalic diaphragm decentralization, posttraumatic aniridia, posttraumatic aphakia, who underwent a method of transcleral fixation of a displaced artificial iridochrustalic diaphragm developed at the Academician S. N. Fedorov Eye Microsurgery of the Moscow Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Results. Patient K. is subjectively satisfied with the visual functions obtained in the right eye. Conclusion. Thus, this clinical case demonstrates a very successful implementation of the fixation of the iridochrustalic diaphragm with its displacement to obtain satisfactory visual functions in the patient. This article presents the aspects of fetoscopic laser coagulation of anastomoses (FLCA) for treatment of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome in the Russian Federation and worldwide. Own experience is correlated with the world one. There is a significant need for domestic medicine to increase the number of clinics that provide this type of intervention. Nevertheless, there is no obvious lag in comparing the results of FLCA in the Russian Federation. The paper is devoted to the analysis of issues of regulation of use of cryptocurrency in the Russian Federation and offers the possible measures to solve them. The conclusion is made that the ideal desired result would be the creation of such a controlled financial and economic mechanism based on blockchain technology that would become more attractive for its potential participants than the "usual" cryptocurrencies and smart contract systems. Key words: cryptocurrency, legal regulation, financial system, transactions, financial risks, financial mechanism.

The article discusses the issue of the execution of punishment in the form of restriction of freedom, problematic issues faced by a law enforcement officer. The purpose of the study is to identify problematic issues of the implementation of the restriction of freedom and to suggest possible ways of solving them. The methodological basis of the research was formed by the analysis, synthesis and formallogical methods. As a result of the work carried out, some problematic issues arising in the execution of restrictions on freedom have been studied, in particular, the calculation of the term of punishment, bringing the convicted person to criminal responsibility for committing a crime provided for in part 1 of Article 314 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The state of law enforcement in the issues under consideration is analyzed. As a result of the study, the need to amend the legislation of the Russian Federation for resolving the problematic issues indicated in the article has been substantiated. This literature review of articles devoted to the problem of abortion and pre-abortion counseling has been carried out. The legal features of the development of the right to abortion at the request of a woman are outlined. The main stages in the development of the concept of perinatal psychology and pre-abortion counseling are described. The procedure for conducting pre-abortion counseling in the Russian Federation has been studied. The effectiveness of the existing algorithm was assessed and the prospects for further research aimed at studying and improving the effectiveness of pre-abortion counseling were outlined.

Fungi are most common cause of severe inflammation of the cornea, resulting in blindness and loss of vision [6]. According to various researchers, fungi are the cause of keratitis in 40-50% of all microbial keratitis cases [1, 3]. Treatment of keratomycosis in the Russian Federation is carried out by methods other than intended. Lack of skills and availability of diagnostics, official etiotropic therapy for use in ophthalmology for ophthalmologists, unequal conditions in the fight against ophthalmomycosis. This is partly due to the lowered level of «myco-alertness», which leads to long-term ineffective «healing» of antibacterial drops, the duration of the patient’s suffering and results in the loss of the eye functionally and — in some cases — anatomically [7]. Global eye removal counts revealed that this method was used in 8-11%, which represents an annual loss of 84,143-115,697 eyes [6]. Key words: keratomycosis, mycotic keratitis, treatment, therapy.
