<p>This research aimed to design applicative-integrative student worksheet based on scientific approach, which was applied to the learning process by using guided inquiry learning model. The worksheet was properly assessed from three aspects. There were validity, effectivity and practicality. The approach used in this research was ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) with Embedded Mixed Methods. The stages of this research were extraction of potentials and problems, designing student worksheet, validation by experts including media, subjects, and practitioners, then testing the student worksheet. The results showed that the student worksheet was appropriate based on the analysis of the data obtained. This student worksheet was feasible to be implemented in the learning process of chemistry class, particularly reaction rate subject. The result of this research showed that validity, effectivity and practicality obtained 93.9, 83.1, and 94.3%, respectively.</p><p> </p>

This research aims to determine the feasibility and characteristics of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by a simple terrarium on students' concept understanding and environmental awareness in the global warming topic of study. The research and development (RnD) methodby analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) was performed. The data collection instruments used were observation sheets, expert validation sheets, and questions. The teaching and learning instruments were declared feasible and ready for application with a few revisions based on the validation results. The n-gain analysis of increasing students' conceptual understanding was in the high category at 0.76. The percentage of observations regarding environmental awareness increased at each successive meeting. The first meeting was 39.06%, the second meeting was 63.12%, and the third meeting was 89.37%. In conclusion, the guided inquiry learning model assisted by a simple terrarium is feasible to improve students' conceptual understanding and environmental virtue ethics.

The development of the educational paradigm in the 21st century emphasizes learning oriented to higher-order thinking skills, one of them is metacognitive skills. This study aims to improve the metacognitive skills of students through a guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning in reaction rate material. The research design used is One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research was conducted in class XI MIPA 5 SMAN 2 Pamekasan. The data were obtained using the observation sheet instrument for the implementation of the learning model, the activities of the students, and the metacognitive skills test sheet. Data analysis was performed using the percentage, mean, n-gain, and paired t-test techniques. The results showed that 1) Guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning is carried out well with an average percentage of phase 1 of 94.88%, phase 2 of 100%, phase 3 of 97.92%, phase 4 of 98.44% and phase 5 of 96.88%, 2) The percentage of students' activities who are actively involved and relevant to guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning is 87.41%, 3) The metacognitive skills of students have increased in terms of the n-gain range, namely 0.53 - 0.62 with the medium category, dan 4) there is a significant difference in the results of metacognitive skills between before and after being given a guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning. The results showed that the guided inquiry learning model based on blended learning was effective in improving students' metacognitive skills

This research aimed to describe the teaching material’s feasibility of IPA based on scientific approach with guided inquiry learning model. This research had been done in three phases, that are creating the teaching material’s, validating and doing  revision, and verifying them at learning activity in class with one group pretest-posttest design. Techniques for collecting data was conducted through questionnaires, validation, observation, and test. Techniques for analyzing data used descriptive qualitative. The result of research showed that (1) the feasibility of teaching material’s based on scientific approach with guided inquiry learning model of IPA that consist of syllabus,  lesson plan, student book, student worksheet and  the learning outcome test gained 4.89; 4.72; 4.81; 4.79; and 4.51 respectively that are categorized as valid. (2) The implementation of this lesson plan at two meetings in VII-A and VII-B class is categorized as good with average minimal scores 4.00 and got 94% in minimal percentage of agreement aspect; (3) Working in a group was the most dominant student activity at two meetings at VII-A and VII-B classes with average frequency of two meetings, observed are 19 and 10 times (VII-A class), and 18 and 10 times (VII-B class); (4) The learning outcomes that can be analyzed by calculating classical masteries at the first and second meetings on multiple choice and essay are 95.5%; 100%; 91%; 95% (VII-A class); and 91%; 86%; 91%; and 91% (VII-B class) respectively, and (5) Students gave the positive response to the learning process using teaching material’s of IPA based on scientific approach with guided inquiry model with average score to be 3.3 (VII-A class) and 3.4 (VII-B class). Based on the result of the analyzed data, it can be concluded that the teaching material’s of IPA based on scientific approach with guided inquiry model which had been developed was feasible to be used. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran IPA SMP berbasis pendekatan saintifik dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu tahap mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran, tahap validasi dan revisi, dan tahap uji coba dalam pembelajaran di kelas dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket, validasi, pengamatan, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran yang terdiri dari silabus, RPP, buku siswa, LKS, dan tes hasil belajar masing-masing diperoleh hasil 4,89; 4,72; 4,81; 4,79; dan 4,51 dengan kriteria valid. (2) Keterlaksanaan RPP pada dua pertemuan di kelas VII-A dan VII-B mendapatkan kriteria baik dengan skor rata-rata minimal 4,00 dan rata-rata persentase kesepakatan antara dua pengamat minimal 94%; (3) Frekuensi aktivitas siswa yang paling dominan pada dua pertemuan di kelas VII-A dan VII-B adalah bekerja dalam kelompok dengan frekuensi pengamatan rata-rata pada kedua pertemuan berturut-turut 19 dan 10 kali (kelas VII-A), dan 18 dan 10 kali (kelas VII-B) (4) Hasil belajar siswa yang dilihat dari  ketuntasan klasikal pada pertemuan pertama dan kedua pada soal PG dan uraian berturut-turut sebesar 95,5%; 100%; 91%; 95% (kelas VII-A); dan 91%; 86%; 91%; dan 91% (kelas VII-B), dan (5) Respon positif siswa terhadap pembelajaran IPA berbasis pendekatan saintifik dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan nilai rata-rata 3,3 (kelas VII-A) dan 3,4 (kelas VII-B). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran IPA berbasis pendekatan saintifik dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing yang telah dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan.

The low science cognitif competency of students is caused by several problem encountered during the learning process, between the learning model that is applied has not involved students actively in the learning process. One of the efforts that is done to increase students' learning competencies in science is to apply the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by Mind Map. This learning assisted by the Mind Map guides students to be active. This study aims to reveal the influence of the use of the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by Mind Map to the learning competencies of science students. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 27 Padang. in material of KD 3.7 about Circulatory System. This research is an experimental research using the Randomized Control Group Posttest Only Design. The study population was all grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 27 Padang. Sampling was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The control class used a conventional learning model which is commonly used in the class and experimental class using the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by Mind Map. The research instrument used was a test of learning outcomes. The results of the t test were known that in the knowledge competency tcount> t table (2.76> 1.67). This showed that the hypothesis was accepted. So, it can be concluded that the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by Mind Map has a positive effect on students' learning cognitive competencies in science.

This research was conducted to obtain the results of the development of Learning to Determine Qibla Direction with Computational Thinking Adaptation using Mobile-Based Applications. The researcher used mixed methods with a sequential exploratory research design that takes two stages (qualitative-quantitative). The R & D stage used 5 (five) steps of the ADDIE method, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This research was conducted at the office of the Ministry of Religion of the Thousand Islands Regency, with the result that the learning innovations carried out were appropriate and met expectations. The learning process for training participants and in practice its application was easier and more affordable. The Qibla direction training used in this mobile-based application was applied with a learning pattern that adapts computational thinking skills, which were arranged in four phases, namely: Elaboration, Determination, Calculation, and Evaluation. This learning innovation shows that it can improve participants' understanding of the concept of calculating Qibla Direction which was applied integratively between religion, science and technology as a coherent knowledge. This research title is the development of integrated learning model of Islamic education subject (PAI) and student self control. The problem of the research is in the orientation of knowledge, the meaning of learning process is still less optimal which is characterized by the weakness of student character. The result of learning process and student study’s value do not success to internalize inside the student. PAI learning process in Madrasah Ibtidayah the method of Teacher Centered still dominates the school. PAI is presented in partial and it is should be not in holistic and integration. Developing research method with ADDIE consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Syntax model which is developed by ISLAMIC (Information, Synergy, Learning, Active, reminding Model, and Continue). By the instructional effect hoped that the student intelligent increasing and has strong spiritual religious, self control and well behavior. The nurturant effect from this research was the realization of learning process meaning. This integrated study is hoped that the students are able to link one topic to the other subjects. Characters value inside the material expected to be applied in students’ life later on. The result of analysis development model with Aiken validation book model, teacher book and student book showed that the product was valid. The product of book model practicality. Teacher book and student book resulted practical product. Product effectiveness increased the study result and students self control.

This research aims to design workbook based on the scientific approach for teaching writing descriptive text. This research was conducted on the seventh-grade students of SMPN 24 Pontianak. The method of this research is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) with the exclusion of Implementation and Evaluation phases. This material was designed as supplementary material to support the course book used especially in teaching writing of descriptive text. The respondents in this research were the seventh-grade students and an English teacher at SMPN 24 Pontianak. In this research, the researchers found that workbook based on scientific approach fulfilled the criteria of the good book to teach writing descriptive text. The researchers conducted an internal evaluation to see the usability and the feasibility of the workbook. The result of the evaluation is 89%. It showed that the workbook is feasible to be used by students as the supplementary material to support the main course book and help the students improve their writing ability in descriptive text.
