The Kaneko Laboratory is a young and spirited laboratory which was established in April, 1990. The main research area of the laboratory is robotics, and this is partly because Dr. Kaneko, the chief of the laboratory, is from the Robotics Department at the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory, MITI. Introduced here is an outline of the current research at the laboratory particularly that related to robotics and mechatronics.

Beside the increasing trend of cloud computing and mobile applications, the use of cloud based mobile learning applications is also mounting. Almost every e-commerce service provider offers cloud based mobile learning applications so that they can target more visitors and ultimately increase their sales. The usability of cloud based mobile applications is not only grounded in e-commerce platforms but it also ease out mobile learning processes. Most of the educational institutes are now offering cloud based mobile applications so their students can navigate to their knowledge portal more easily and download relevant material or submit assignments respectively. The main research area of this article is to explore how cloud based mobile learning applications can be utilized more effectively and what impact they imply on its users. Also, this research compares the mobile learning methods versus traditional learning methods. The study is evidence from Jordan and the major part of the research will be carried out through surveying literature, reports, content, and national and international databases in order to critically discuss the interactions between clouds based mobile learning application and user experiences. Published researches, published reports, books and articles has been included in the review.  Review of literature shows that mobile cloud computing is rising in Jordan and have significant impact on mobile learning of Jordanian students. Further, M-learning indeed an innovative tool for learning and it helps the users in many ways. In traditional learning, students used to spend their money on books and other written content. Findings of this study are helpful for the educational institution so they will come to know about user experiences of utilizing these cloud based mobile applications.

Neuropolityka to interdyscyplinarny obszar badań, znajdujący się na przecięciu nauk, łączący nauki polityczne z neuronaukami. Nie jest to jednak kolejny kierunek, który, zakłada determinizm biologiczny. Opiera się na przekonaniu o przenikaniu się natury i kultury w człowieku, warstwy cielesnej i umysłowej. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie czytelnikowi historycznych i teoretycznych aspektów tego wciąż rozwijającego się obszaru badawczego. Naszkicowane zostały również narzędzia badawcze oraz główne kierunki badań neuropolitycznych. Autorzy wskazują na pozytywne jak i negatywne, skutki płynące z badań neuropolitycznych, oraz perspektywy stojące przed naukami o polityce i neuronaukami. Neuropolitics – Genesis, Assumptions, Development Prospects Neuropolitcs is an interdisciplinary research area, located at the intersection of various sciences, combining political science with neuroscience. However, it is not another direction that, as it may seem assumes biological determinism. It is based on belief about the interfusion of nature and culture, physical and mental dimensions in man. The aim of article is to familiarize the reader with the historical and theoretical aspects of this still developing research area. Also the research tools and main research directions of neuropolics were outlined. Authors indicate the positive and negative results of neuropolitics research and perspectives for political science and neurosciences.

Building the innovative blockchain-based architecture across the Internet of Things (IoT) platform for the education system could be an enticing mechanism to boost communication efficiency within the 5 G network. Wireless networking would have been the main research area allowing people to communicate without using the wires. It was established at the start of the Internet by retrieving the web pages to connect from one computer to another computer Moreover, high-speed, intelligent, powerful networks with numerous contemporary technologies, such as low power consumption, and so on, appear to be available in today's world to connect among each other. The extension of fog features on physical things under IoT is allowed in this situation. One of the complex tasks throughout the area of mobile communications would be to design a new virtualization framework based on blockchain across the Internet of Things architecture. The goal of this research is to connect a new study for an educational system that contains Blockchain to the internet of things or keeping things cryptographically secure on the internet. This research combines with its improved blockchain and IoT to create an efficient interaction system between students, teachers, employers, developers, facilitators and accreditors on the Internet. This specified framework is detailed research's great estimation.

Abstract : In the last few decades, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been introduced which aims to bring more comfort to human life by integrating smartness into daily objects, yields to the idea of the smart city. Guaranteeing the well-being of residents and assessing industry and urban planning from an ecological and sustainable perspective are the main goals for the smart city. Great potentials are brought to the public and civil areas by the Aerial Ad Hoc Network (AANET) concept, especially in applications that are risky to human lives. AANET, like any emerging technology, comes with many challenges that have to be overcome to be employed efficiently. In this paper, we make a detailed survey on current literature, standards, and projects of self-organizing AANET in smart cities. Also, we intend to present a profound knowledge of this active research area by identifying features, design characteristics, architectures, routing protocols, and security aspects for the design and implementation of self-organizing AANET. Furthermore, we discuss existing solutions, indicate assessment metrics along with current applications, finally we highlight the main research scope for further developments. This article surveys the work done toward AANET-related outstanding issues, intending to encourage further research in this field.

Cloud computing provides resources using multitenant architecture where infrastructure is created from one or more distributed datacenters. Scheduling of applications in cloud infrastructures is one of the main research area in cloud computing. Researchers have developed many scheduling algorithms and evaluated them using simulators such as CloudSim. Their performance needs to be validated in real-time cloud environments to improve their usefulness. Aneka is one of the prominent PaaS software which allows users to develop cloud application using various programming models and underline infrastructure. This chapter presents a scheduling API developed for the Aneka software platform. Users can develop their own scheduling algorithms using this API and integrate it with Aneka to test their scheduling algorithms in real cloud environments. The proposed API provides all the required functionalities to integrate and schedule private, public, or hybrid cloud with the Aneka software.

The aim of the present study is to explore Digital Transformation frontiers using the lens of Open Innovation. By implementing bibliographic coupling method, the authors bring together segmental publications from different research fields and provide a comprehensive overview of the combined Open Innovation and Digital Transformation field's intellectual structure, revealing the different groups of thoughts, influential authors, and pressing topics. The research findings illustrate, the research area has polycentric composition with absence of overlaps between articles. Five main research groups are identified: Co-evolution of Digital Technologies and Open Innovation; Digital Peer-communities; Digital Ecosystems; Knowledge Management in the Open and Digital Era; and Open Innovation, Digital Technologies, and Businesses Performance. The current research contributes both Open Innovation and Digital Transformation fields by cross-exploring each phenomenon and revealing how Digital Transformation shapes the nature of innovation as a collaborative activity as part of an independent research area.

Abstract Over the past 50 years, researchers have repeatedly proposed the establishment of a new interdisciplinary engineering field in Engineering for Global Development (EGD), whose analytical tools and design processes result in positive social impacts and poverty alleviation in a global development context. Within each discipline and research area, a growing body of work has sought to systematically create scientific knowledge in this area. However, a recent network analysis of Human-Centered Design plus Development research indicates that sub-communities are not collaborating at a high level and therefore the overall research agenda may lack cohesion. This paper presents a descriptive analysis of EGD research within mechanical engineering along four dimensions through a systematic literature review and secondary data analysis. Results from the review and a Latent Dirichlet Allocation model indicate EGD work in mechanical engineering draws upon research methodologies from a number of other fields and has low levels of consensus on technical terminology. These results suggest consensus in the broader interdisciplinary EGD field should be examined.

The user behavior on a website triggers a sequence of queries that have a result which is the display of certain pages. The Information about these queries (including the names of the resources requested and responses from the Web server) are stored in a text file called a log file. Analysis of server log file can provide significant and useful information. Web Mining is the extraction of interesting and potentially useful patterns and implicit information from artifacts or activity related to the World Wide Web. Web usage mining is a main research area in Web mining focused on learning about Web users and their interactions with Web sites. The motive of mining is to find users' access models automatically and quickly from the vast Web log file, such as frequent access paths, frequent access page groups and user clustering. Through Web Usage Mining, several information left by user access can be mined which will provide foundation for decision making of organizations, Also the process of Web mining was defined as the set of techniques designed to explore, process and analyze large masses of consecutive information activities on the Internet, has three main steps: data preprocessing, extraction of reasons of the use and the interpretation of results. This paper will start with the presentation of different formats of web log files, then it will present the different preprocessing method that have been used, and finally it presents a system for “Web content and Usage Mining'' for web data extraction and web site analysis using Data Mining Algorithms Apriori, FPGrowth, K-Means, KNN, and ID3.
