In the framework of this task, the current state of the issue on the formation of the mathematical apparatus of methods of counteracting emergencies of medical and biological nature is analyzed, taking into account the specifics of the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic. The main parameters of modeling the process of choosing a management strategy for the prevention of medical and biological emergency within the project-system management, which allowed to determine the criteria for project-system management of medical and biological emergency in a constantly changing information load on crisis management. The scheme of organizational structure of the module of management of system of resource-critical management of process of the prevention of an emergency situation of medico-biological character within the limits of interaction of links of the center of crisis management is developed; The obtained results allow, using innovative organizational and technical methods of prevention of emergencies of this nature, to further form a modern method of counteracting emergencies of medical and biological nature, supplementing the above methods with an effective system of crisis management. The proposed author's approach to system-project management of the process of formation and processing of information messages in emergencies of medical and biological nature causes, first, the creation of a fundamentally new scheme of branching and relationships within individual crisis management centers at all levels of subordination and prevention system emergencies in general; secondly, the introduction into the functional field of the system of emergency prevention of medical and biological nature of the module of resource-crisis management of information message, as an element of system-project management, requires a radical revision of approaches to training specialists (managers) in the relevant field. skills and knowledge in the organization and management of complex cyclical information and communication projects Key words: emergency situation, mathematical model, medical and biological danger, anti-crisis management.

The purpose of the study in this case is to develop methods for modeling processes aimed at ensuring investment planning of innovative activities of the enterprise. The methodological basis of the research is the adaptation of technological networks to the methods of financial and resource planning. In parallel, the corresponding mathematical apparatus was developed. It became clear that the activities of the company's department dealing with innovation management have to base on the principles of project management. The research based on the analysis of the process aimed at creating or acquiring an innovation at an enterprise in the context of the resources necessary for the successful implementation of such a process. The result determined and described a mathematical pattern describing the dependence of the probability that a technological operation will be performed successfully on the amount of investment (resources) allocated for this operation. Adjacency matrices became the most appropriate form of representation of models of innovative processes.

The examination for the estimate of the environment effect upon a regional social-economic system for the formation of a knowledge base of a corresponding information system is a sequence of separate procedures. Expert assessments are processed in the corresponding information system (CIS). In the paper there is shown an algorithm for a computation of an expert weight at the formation of a knowledge base of a corresponding information system, and also a mathematical apparatus of expert response processing is presented. The author’s experience in the application of the expert assessment method in the estimate of the presence both a connection force between environment, and a regional social-economic system. For the assessment of the effect force as a mathematical apparatus the theory of a fuzzy set was used. The expert response processing has shown that 487 variants of connections under analysis can be divided into groups of a strong, medium and weal effect taking into account their belonging to the groups Sm . The computation of the concordance factor W and checkup for the expert response co-ordination of this stage of the examination have shown a high degree of coordination of expert opinions. The amount of 445 connections obtained as a result of the examination characterizing a strong and medium influence of environment upon a regional social-economic system were loaded into a knowledge base of CIS as the most sig-nificant ones. The CIS processes and analyzes exami-nation results after which it offers the selection of concrete measures of a management type allowing either increasing, or grading their influence depending on the context. Therefore, the developed CIS increases the efficiency of processing and analysis of expert assessments, which on the whole ensures effective decisionmaking by managers and specialists.

Cooperative education (co-op) is animportant and mandatory part of undergraduateengineering at the University of Victoria (UVic). Becauseof this close integration with the curriculum, the Facultyof Engineering has chosen to use co-op employerevaluations of students as part of the assessment of theCEAB graduate attributes. This paper will describe thetwo employer surveys currently in use at UVic: oneadministered by the university’s co-op office andrepurposed for attribute assessment; and a second,possibly unique in Canada, designed expressly foremployer assessment of the attributes. Results arepresented from each, showing our employers tend to rankstudents highly in attributes such as Knowledge Base,Ethics and Equity, and Life-Long Learning, but lower inEconomics and Project Management. When results fromthe two surveys are combined, we find systematicdifferences between the responses from the two tools. Weconclude that caution is needed when combining resultsfrom different assessment tools.

An approach how to use fuzzy queries in field of financial options is described. It provides the key aspect of information for investor expressed in natural language or queries in natural language. Presented paper indicates the first step in knowledge base creation for investor showing how to apply the corresponding mathematical apparatus to cope with natural language statements in Black-Scholes Model for option pricing.
