As the title implies, the article consider issues of low-pressure gas development of the Aptian-Cenomanian gas-bearing complex, which is located in Western Siberia. An algorithm for substantiating the well completion technology has been proposed as a result of the conducted scientific research. The algorithm takes into account the likelihood of occurrence and development of complications that affect the achievement of the expected flow rate. The likelihood of these complications is significantly low compared to other scenarios; however, the consequences of the accidents under consideration have the greatest negative impact on well completion in terms of achieving the potential productivity of the well. The author proposes to assess the effectiveness of the planned work on two indicators, which will allow us to determine the degree of risk of incompleteness of the event in the planned technological operation and to assess the quality of implementation of the planned technology.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Japanese companies have the second largest number of overseas manufacturing sites in Thailand after in China. To cope with labor cost increase, on one hand, they automate their production processes using robots. On the other hand, they establish satellite manufacturing sites in neighboring lower labor cost countries. This movement is called “Thailand+1” Strategy. The paper discusses these two movements comparing with the experiences of Japanese companies in Japan in the late 1980s coping with rapid Japanese Yen appreciation. The paper discusses that the automation in Thailand now is more systematic and needs system integrators and that local engineers need to be trained as system integrators since the technological operation in Thailand is already heavily localized. In the case of Japan in the late 1980s, shop-floor workers were needed to be mechatronics operators since individual machines became IT (Information Technology) -based. For the “Thailand +1” Strategy, only a part of production process, which is heavily labor-intensive, is moved out as a satellite factory, while in the case of Japan in the 1980s a whole assembling process was moved out and many parts suppliers followed.  Another difference is that local engineers (Thai engineers) play an important role in technology transfer in the case of the “Thailand +1” Strategy, while Japanese engineers transferred technology to overseas factories in the case of Japanese companies in the late 1980s.  Japanese companies have become globally operated from Japan-centered.</p><p> </p>Keywords: Automation, Thailand+1 Strategy, Japanese Companies, Thai Engineers

Summary. The article presents the results of research on the technology of compatible introduction of mineral fertilizers with irrigation water of sprinkling machines and testing equipment for fertigation. The purpose of research - technological analysis of various types of equipment for combining fertilizer, which is used in the production practice of S.-G. Manufacturers, definition of their basic operational and technological indicators and efficiency of using fertigation technology. Research methods: theoretical, empirical - analysis of information resources, analysis of the practice of using fertigation; laboratory-field tests for information data. using measurements and experiments. Research results. The traditional methods of fertilizing - superficial and local, in particular, the disadvantages of their use are analyzed. It was noted that one of the ways of intensifying irrigated agriculture, in which the requirements for the effective use of fertilizers and reducing resource costs are multipurpose use of irrigation equipment, namely combining irrigation with fertilizers along with irrigation water. The high efficacy of fertigation is established, which is determined by the fact that the fertilizers in an easily accessible form can be introduced at those stages of plant development when they are most required. In this case, a more uniform distribution of fertilizers in the area is provided, the coefficient of their use increases, improves the quality of products, increases yield. In Ukraine there is no production of appropriate equipment for fertimation and S.-G. Manufacturers have to use for this Equipment for foreign production. In 2017-2020, testing equipment for fertigation used by Ukrainian S.-G. Manufacturers: ITL SL, Spain, Inject-O-Mfg.S., Agri-Inject, Inc. » USA. The conducted studies on the introduction of liquid fertilizer CAS showed that the parameters of the dispenser pump and other components of the test equipment provide fertilizers with irrigation water according to their desired norm. The work of the pump-dispenser does not significantly affect the pressure-consuming characteristics of the rainy machine. The use of CAS increases the technological equipment of equipment, reduces energy intensity and labor intensity of its work due to the absence of a technological operation of the preparation of a mother liquor. Conclusions. The established effectiveness of the technological operation of fertility using test equipment allows a steadily process with the appointment indicators, the quality of work and reliability that satisfy the requirements for the technological process of fertilizing with irrigation water.

Abstract The paper considers the main factors affecting the stability of the technological operation of vibration abrasive processing. The main ways of increasing the efficiency of processing by controlling its stability are revealed. The scheme of adaptive control of the process of vi-broabrasive machining is proposed according to the criterion of stability of the volume of loading of the working chamber, as one of the main factors that determine the stability of the cutting ability of the working medium (tool). The work substantiates the relevance of increasing the efficiency of vibration processing, as one of the promising methods of finishing. As a criterion of efficiency, the processing time was taken to ensure the specified quality indicators of the processed parts. Taking into account the peculiarities of vibroabrasive processing, three options for determining the minimum required processing time are proposed. In order to identify ways to increase the efficiency of processing, the analysis of the structure of the technological system was carried out, the classification of its elements was made. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that a necessary condition for increasing the efficiency of processing is to ensure the stability of the parameters of the technological operation. In this regard, the main factors influencing the stability of the technological operation of vibration abrasive processing using the Ishikawa diagram are highlighted. The paper also presents the results of experimental studies of the influence of the volume of loading the working chamber on the cutting ability of the tool (working environment). Based on the results of theoretical and experimental studies, the main ways of increasing the efficiency of processing, including by controlling its stability, have been determined. The scheme of adaptive control of the process of vibroabrasive processing according to the criterion of stability of the volume of loading of the working chamber, as one of the main factors determining the stability of the cutting ability of the working medium (tool), is proposed.

Abstract The technological operation of AUV docking is considered. An approach to its solution and modeling is proposed. A system for determining the relative position based on cameras and active-light markers is described. Active markers are offered to improve detection in dark deep water. A system of equations for modeling the dynamics of an underwater vehicle is described and a complete mathematical modeling of the whole pipeline of the positioning system is performed: image synthesis based on scene geometry, position determination based on the solution of the PnP problem, generating control based on synthesized measurements and modelling of the corresponding movement of the AUV. The presented model can be used to test various scenarios for the execution of a docking operation.

The purpose of the study in this case is to develop methods for modeling processes aimed at ensuring investment planning of innovative activities of the enterprise. The methodological basis of the research is the adaptation of technological networks to the methods of financial and resource planning. In parallel, the corresponding mathematical apparatus was developed. It became clear that the activities of the company's department dealing with innovation management have to base on the principles of project management. The research based on the analysis of the process aimed at creating or acquiring an innovation at an enterprise in the context of the resources necessary for the successful implementation of such a process. The result determined and described a mathematical pattern describing the dependence of the probability that a technological operation will be performed successfully on the amount of investment (resources) allocated for this operation. Adjacency matrices became the most appropriate form of representation of models of innovative processes.

Abstract With proper maintenance of many territories a technological operation of collecting and raking up chopped residues of undesirable tree and shrub vegetation is often performed. At the same time, despite the variety of mechanization tools used, their classification is currently difficult. The purpose of the research was to develop a classification of technical means for collecting and raking chopped residues with the justification of their name and rational definition. Based on the analysis of more than 500 models the authors of the research recommended to designate the considered technical means as “Forest Rake” and a corresponding definition has been formulated. The authors of the carried out the classification of forest rakes, a system of equations has been developed that describes the position of the boundaries of the characteristic zones of the distribution of the working width of the forest rake, the boundary values of a number of parameters are shown, the criteria for the density of the teeth and the specific width of the rake are proposed, the values of these criteria are given. The results of the work can be used by manufacturing enterprises engaged in the maintenance and operation of transport infrastructure facilities.

In Russia, in the field of rapidly and dynamically developing woodworking industry, the issue of recycling waste from logging and woodworking enterprises is becoming relevant. The article reflects information about a new devel-oped technology for processing waste from logging and woodworking enterprises. The developers have proposed an environmentally friendly technology for processing organic waste into a product that has an effective reclamation effect and increases the natural potential of soils. The technology proposed by the authors is based on the unique technical capabilities of the developed installation - a highly efficient mill that grinds down to nano-sized fineness, and a highly efficient mixer that makes it possible to obtain homogeneous mixtures of various materials and different fineness. The unconventional substrate obtained in this way, due to the scientifically grounded composition and ratios of the composite components of organic waste, has effective reclamation properties that increase the soil potential, as well as restoring the fertility of the humus horizon. The use of an unconventional ameliorative substrate in nurseries increased the survival rate and growth rates of Scots pine seedlings both in the open field and in the greenhouse. Thus, the installation proposed by the authors in one technological operation enables the processing of waste from logging and woodworking enterprises and ultimately obtain a product that helps to increase soil potential of degraded lands

К числу основных контролируемых показателей, характеризующих качество многокрасочного изображения на печатном изделии, относится совмещение красок. Совмещение красок на оттиске представляет собой технологическую операцию, состоящую в нанесении на запечатываемую подложку отдельных печатных красок для формирования совмещенного многокрасочного изображения на печатном изделии в соответствии с требованиями его целостностности и информативности. Контроль и оценку совмещения красок на оттиске осуществляют различными методами и проводят по приводочным крестам, тест-объектам или по полученному изображению. Актуальность работы обоснована тем, что анализ запатентованных методов контроля совмещения красок при печатании и рекомендуемых стандартизированных методов показал, что для них свойственна высокая трудоемкость, наличие специальных устройств для проведения контроля, нестабильность оценки результата, а также они не обеспечивают нужную точность и объективность определения параметров совмещения красок. Это приводит к ухудшению качества напечатанных оттисков и появлению брака. В работе разработан алгоритм оценки смещения контрольных меток с применением оптических измерительных приборов и идентификацией полученного результата совмещения красок с вариантами компьютерного моделирования, с последующей статистической обработкой данных. Предложенный подход обеспечивает достоверность контроля совмещения красок и точность определения параметров его стабилизации (0,05-0,01 мм), а также позволяет объективно управлять процессом совмещения красок для обеспечения качества печатных изделий. One of the main controlled indicators that characterize the quality of a multicolored image on a printed product is the combination of colors. The combination of colors on the impression is a technological operation that consists in applying separate printing inks to the printed substrate to form a combined multicolored image on the printed product in accordance with the requirements of its integrity and informativeness. Control and evaluation of the combination of colors on the impression is carried out by various methods and is carried out on the drive crosses, test objects or on the resulting image. The relevance of the work is justified by the fact that the analysis of the patented methods of controlling the combination of paints in printing and the recommended standardized methods showed that they are characterized by high labor intensity, the presence of special devices for monitoring, instability of the result evaluation, and they do not provide the necessary accuracy and objectivity in determining the parameters of the combination of paints. This leads to a deterioration in the quality of the printed prints and the appearance of defects. The paper develops an algorithm for estimating the displacement of control marks using optical measuring devices and identifying the resulting result of combining colors with computer modeling options, followed by statistical data processing. The proposed approach provides reliable control of the color combination and the accuracy of determining the parameters of its stabilization (0.05-0.01 mm), and also allows you to objectively control the process of combining colors to ensure the quality of printed products.
