Environmental destruction that occurs in Indonesia is increasing due to weak awareness behavior in protecting the environment. One of the efforts that can be made with citizenship behavior toward environment. This study aims to determine the influence of school climate and procedural justice on citizenship behavior toward environment. The method used is a survey method through causal studies and analyzed by path analysis. This research was conducted towards 70 students in SMAN 68 Jakarta in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The result of relianility coefficient calculation of citizenship behavior toward environment was 0.802, procedural justice was 0.786, and school climate was 0.930. The results showed that school climate had a significant direct effect on procedural jsutice, procedural justice had a significant direct effect on citizenship behavior toward environment, school climate had a significant direct effect on citizenship behavior toward environment, and obtained good procedural justice results as a mediator variable between school climate and citizenship behavior toward environment in students

Environmental issues is the problem that need to be solved by all parties, including students, by developing responsible of environmental issues. Students’ responsible environmental behavior is an output that came from factors that have effects toward it. Some of the effects are knowledge about environmental issues and intention to act. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge about environmental issues and intention to act toward responsible environmental behavior that student have. This research conducted at SMAN 4 Kota Bekasi on the 1st semester, of 2019/2020 school year. The method of this research was survey method with quantitative-causal approach and path analysis. The sample of this research were 98 student grade X MIPA. The instrument for knowledge about environmental issues is a true-false test, the instrument for intention to act and responsible environmental behavior is opinionary. Realiability coefficients for knowledge about environmental issuess’ instrument is 0,77, for intention to act is 0,87, and for responsible of environmental behavior is 0,83. Based of hypothesis test, there is no direct effect between knowledge about environmental issues toward responsible environmental behavior, and there is direct effect between knowledge about environmental issues toward intention to act and intention to act toward responsible environmental behavior. Based on these results, can be concluded that intention to act is not a suitable mediator variable between knowledge of environmental issues and responsible environmental behavior.   Keywords: intention to act, knowledge, path analysis, responsible environmental behavior, student.

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of organizational justice and stress toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 92 from 120 teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; organizational justice and stress toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is conculaded that (1) there  the positive direct effect of organizational justice towards organizational citizenship behavior, (2) there is  negative direct effect of stress towards organizational citizenship behavior and (3) ) there is negative direct effect of  organizational justice towards stress.

Citizenship behavior is one of the most important factors that can support the objectives of organizations, may be influenced by leadership factor or justice felt by a teacher in the school. This research aims to know whether there is a direct effect of school leadership and procedural justice against citizenship power. A causal survey used by selecting 115 teachers in Duren Sawit region, East Jakarta by using Simple Random Sampling (SRS). There were three instruments developed to measure citizenship behavior (32 items) with reliability 0.916, school leadership (43 items) with reliability 0.961 and procedural justice (26 items) with reliability 0.944. Data were analyzed using regression, correlation, and path analysis. The results of the analysis showed that leadership and procedural justice has a direct effect and significantly influencing citizenship behavior of teachers. Procedural justice cannot be said as the best mediating factor between leadership and citizenship behavior. However, it’s important to consider aspects of leadership and justice to improve the teacher's citizenship behavior.

This research investigate about the influence of functional training, integrity, competence and organizational commitment to quality audit. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of functional training, integrity, competence and organizational commitment to quality audit, in The Audit Board of Republic Indonesia, Jakarta in 2017. The research used survey method quantitative approach with path analysis technique. Methods of survey research using quantitative approach path analysis techniques. The data were collected from 100 auditor as sample. Sample were sellected by simple random sampling from 130 Auditor as population. The results showed there is the significant direct effect functional of training on quality audit; integrity on qualty audit; competency on quality audit; organizational commitment on quality audit; functional training, Integrity and Competence significant direct effect on organizational commitment; functional training and Integrity significant direct effect on the competence; direct effect on the integrity of functional training is significant.

the objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior in state vocational school in Bekasi district.The research was conduct by using survey method with path analysis in testing hyphotesis. In this research, 165 from 280teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on three aspect; transformational leadership and self efficacy toward teachers OCB.The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analysis it is conculaded that (1) there the positive direct effect of transformational leadership toward OCB, (2) there is positive direct effect of self efficacy toward OCB and (3) there is positive direct effect of transformational leadership toward self efficacy.


This research aims to obtain information related with variables which can build organizational commitment of teachers at SMP (Middle School) Marsudirini in Jakarta, Bogor, and Bekasi. This research used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to teachers. This research was conducted because organizational commitment of the teachers should not be assumed to exist just like that but it must be managed its sustainability related to some variables that affect the quality of organizational commitment of the teachers so that schools have to maintain the quality and benefits for the stakeholders.The data obtained were analyzed and the result showed that the determine variables to built organizational commitment were organizational culture, leadership, work environment, and trust. From the path analysis indicated that these variables had a significant direct effect on organizational commitment. The conclusion is these variables must be built in such a way as to get the idealized organizational commitment of the teachers

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of power and trust on teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research used survey method with path analysis. Sample in this research was used simple random sampling.The conclusions of this research are: (1) There is a positive direct effect of power  on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of trust on teacher organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a positive direct effect of power  on trust.

Environmental damage is intentionally done by individuals or groups of people. Understanding of environmental education involves various parties including one of them students. Behavior of responsibility possessed by students is supported by the personality and desire to act in dealing with environmental problems. This study was aimed at finding effect personality and intention to act toward responsible environmental behavior students. Research conducted at SMAN 31 Jakarta on the Semester I of 2019/2020 school year. The method used is a survey method through causal studies and analyzed by path analysis. The research instruments used were responsible environmental behavior (27 items, reliability 0.763), personality (26 items, reliability 0.820), and intention to act (30 items, reliability 0.904). The results showed that personality has a direct effect on the intention to act, intention to act has a direct effect on responsible environmental behavior , personality has a direct effect on responsible environmental behavior, and the results of intention to act are suitable as mediating variables between personality and responsible environmental  behavior on students. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and procedural justice toward State Vocational School teacher’s organizational commitment in North Jakarta. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 186 teachers. Research samples as much as 127 teachers were selected using simple random sampling technique. The data was obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis in this research, it is concluded that: (1) the Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (2) the procedural justice has a positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (3) the Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive direct effect to procedural justice. Therefore, the organizational commitment can be improved through the enhancement of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and procedural justice.
