The objective of this research is to study the effect of the personality, work procedure, and organization climate towards the leader effectiveness of senior high school principals in DKI Jakarta Province. This research used quantitative approach through survey. The research involved 91 principals as sample by random sampling. The research was conducted on leader effectiveness of principals involving 91 principals as the sample whom had been selected from the target population as many as 117 principals by using quantitative approach with path analysis method. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The result of the research can be concluded: (1) the personality, work procedure, and organization climate had a positive direct effect on leader effectiveness; (2) the personality and work procedure had a positive direct effect on organization climate. Thus, the stakeholders on senior high school of DKI Jakarta Province need to take concrete steps to ensure that in a senior high school environment with a personality and work procedure that guarantee the existence of the senior high school in the future. The research objective is to study the effect of the effect of work climate, job satisfaction and job dicipline toward teacher performance at Public Senior High School in Bekasi District. This research used quantitative approach. The sample of this research were 175 teachers selected randomly. The method used is survey method with path analysis. The research on the analysis it is conclude that: (1) work climate has direct effect on performance, (2) job satisfaction has direct effect on performance, (3) Job dicipline has direct effect on performance, (4) work climate has direct effect on job dicipline, (5) job satisfaction has direct effect on job dicipline, (6) work climate has direct effect on job satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 175 guru yang diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (4) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (6) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kepuasan kerja. ABSTRACT Proenvironmental behavior is a behavior that seeks to minimize the negative impact on the environment which is influenced by several factors, one of which is motivation. This study aims to analyze the direct effect of motivation on proenvironmental behavior. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a causal survey method and analyzed using path analysis. The number of samples used as respondents is 200 students of class XI MIA SMAN 1 Tangerang Regency. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it can be concluded that there is a positive direct effect of personality on proenvironmental behavior with a path analysis coefficient of 0.159. There is a positive direct effect of motivation on proenvironmental behavior with a path coefficient of 0.486.  Keywords: Motivation, Pro Environment Behavior, Path Analysis.

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of team characteristic and trust on job performance. The Research has been implemented by using path analysis, after all variables put into a matrix of correlation. In this research, employees had been choosen as a unit analysis and 104 samples selected by randomly. The result of research indicates : (1) there is direct effect of team characteristic on job performance, (2) there is direct effect of trust on job performance, (3) there is direct effect of team characteristic on trust. Based on those finding it could be concluded that any changing or variation wich occured to the job performance of administration employees of  State Senior High School at Bone Regency in South Sulawesi Province had been effected by team characteristic and trust.

The purpose of this study was to determine the personality and work motivation to influence the normative commitment of the principal. This study used a survey method involving 90 school principals from public high schools in DKI Jakarta. The data obtained were analyzed using the path analysis approach. In conclusion, personality and work motivation have a positive direct effect on normative commitment of school principals. This indicates that the better the personality and the higher the work motivation, the higher the normative commitment of the school principal. The research objectives was to study the effect of power, the propensity for risk, and innovation systems to the decision making of the principals of senior high school accredited “A” DKI Jakarta. The research method used quantitative approach with survey method. The samples research were 148 principals of senior high school as respondents who were selected through simple random sampling. Process for the research result has been used path analysis. The result of the research can be concluded (1) there was a positive direct effect of power to decision making, (2) there was a positive direct effect of propensity for risk to decision making, (3) there was a positive direct effect of the innovation systems to decision making, (4) there was a positive direct effect of the power to the innovation systems and (5) there was a positive direct effect of risk propensity to innovation systems. Therefore, variations in the principal's decision making is influenced by variations of power, the propensity for risk, and innovation systems.
