ABSTRACT Proenvironmental behavior is a behavior that seeks to minimize the negative impact on the environment which is influenced by several factors, one of which is motivation. This study aims to analyze the direct effect of motivation on proenvironmental behavior. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a causal survey method and analyzed using path analysis. The number of samples used as respondents is 200 students of class XI MIA SMAN 1 Tangerang Regency. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it can be concluded that there is a positive direct effect of personality on proenvironmental behavior with a path analysis coefficient of 0.159. There is a positive direct effect of motivation on proenvironmental behavior with a path coefficient of 0.486.  Keywords: Motivation, Pro Environment Behavior, Path Analysis.

<p>Pro-environment behavior (PEB) is a behavior that seeks to minimize the negative impact on the environment which is influenced by several factors such as personality. This study aimed to analyze the direct effect of personality on pro-environment behavior. This research was conducted under quantitative approach with a causal survey method and analyzed used path analyze. The respondents consisted of 200 students of class XI MIA SMAN 1 Tangerang Regency. Perilaku pro lingkungan adalah perilaku yang berupaya meminimalkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap perilaku pro lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kausal dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebagai responden adalah 200 siswa kelas XI MIA SMAN 1 Kabupaten Tangerang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh langsung positif kepribadian terhadap perilaku proenvironmental dengan koefisien analisis jalur sebesar 0,159. Ada pengaruh langsung positif dari motivasi pada perilaku pro lingkungan dengan koefisien jalur 0,486. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Perilaku Pro Lingkungan, Analisis Jalur

Work productivity of teachers shall determine the advancement of education quality as their direct encounter with students to equip them with skill and competencies. This study was conducted to see the direct effect of job satisfaction and absenteeism on high school teachers’ work productivity in Bekasi region. Survey method with path analysis approach was applied. Questionnaire as the study instrument was distributed to 198 teachers who were chosen based on simple random sampling technique. The study revealed that, first, job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity. The correlation coefficient value is 0.431, while the path coefficient value is 0.228. It infers that when job satisfaction is fulfilled, work productivity shall increase as well. Second, absenteeism shows a negative direct influence on work productivity. The correlation coefficient value is - 0.427 and the path coefficient value is -0.250. This further implies that productivity and progress of organization are impeded by the absence of teacher. This leads to a notion that teacher lower level of absenteeism will increase their productivity. Third, job satisfaction gives a negative direct impact on absenteeism. The correlation coefficient value is -0.341 and the path coefficient value is -0.207. The result leads to a conclusion that once teachers feel contented with their work, they will rarely perform absenteeism

The research objective is to study the effect of the effect of work climate, job satisfaction and job dicipline toward teacher performance at Public Senior High School in Bekasi District. This research used quantitative approach. The sample of this research were 175 teachers selected randomly. The method used is survey method with path analysis. The research on the analysis it is conclude that: (1) work climate has direct effect on performance, (2) job satisfaction has direct effect on performance, (3) Job dicipline has direct effect on performance, (4) work climate has direct effect on job dicipline, (5) job satisfaction has direct effect on job dicipline, (6) work climate has direct effect on job satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 175 guru yang diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (4) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (6) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kepuasan kerja. This study aim at determining the effect of learning culture, empowerment, and cyber skill competence on the employee’s self-engagement. The research used quantitative approach with survey method and path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The research was conducted at Directorate General of Defense Potential with a sample of 150 employees selected through simple random sampling. The research found: (1) there is positive direct effect of learning culture on self-engagement, (2) there is positive direct effect of empowerment on self-engagement, (3) there is positive direct effect of cyber skill competence on self-engagement, (4) there is positive direct effect of learning culture on cyber skill competence, (5) there is positive direct effect of empowerment on cyber skill competence, and (6) there is positive direct effect of learning culture on empowerment. The conclusion showed that learning culture, empowerment, and cyber skill competence are important determinants to increase the employee’s self-engagement at Directorate General of Defense Potential Ministry of Defense RI

The objective of this research is to study the effect of the personality, work procedure, and organization climate towards the leader effectiveness of senior high school principals in DKI Jakarta Province. This research used quantitative approach through survey. The research involved 91 principals as sample by random sampling. The research was conducted on leader effectiveness of principals involving 91 principals as the sample whom had been selected from the target population as many as 117 principals by using quantitative approach with path analysis method. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The result of the research can be concluded: (1) the personality, work procedure, and organization climate had a positive direct effect on leader effectiveness; (2) the personality and work procedure had a positive direct effect on organization climate. Thus, the stakeholders on senior high school of DKI Jakarta Province need to take concrete steps to ensure that in a senior high school environment with a personality and work procedure that guarantee the existence of the senior high school in the future. Employee retention is a common issue in lighting companies due to its competitiveness in the industry. The objective of this research is to study the effect of job design and organizational commitment on employee retention in a lighting company. The quantitative approach used in this research with survey method. The sample size for this research was 204 employees selected randomly. The data were obtained by distributing a questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The result of the research can be concluded that: 1) job design and organizational commitment had a positive direct effect on employee’s retention; 2) job design had a positive direct effect on organizational commitment. The implication is that weak or strong retention needs to be considered in company management because it will have an impact on the tendency or resilience of employee turnover.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the work attitude of private junior high school teachers in Tanjung Priok district. This research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The populations in this study were 307 teachers with 75 research samples of teachers selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded: (1) organizational culture has a direct positive influence on teacher work attitude; (2) interpersonal communication also has a positive direct effect on teacher work attitude; (3) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on interpersonal communication. Therefore, work attitude can be developed through the improvement of organizational culture and interpersonal communication.

This study aims to prove the relationship between leadership and teacher motivation on performance. . This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach that explains causal relationships or correlations commonly called path analysis. The survey was conducted from February to May 2019 involving 124 Ambon State Vocational School teachers. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an instrument trial of 60 teachers. The sampling technique is determined randomly or simple random sampling. The findings of the research results are as follows (1) The influence of leadership style has a positive direct effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.262 and a path coefficient of 0.233. A good leadership style will have a positive influence on improving teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, the correlation coefficient value is 0.179 and the path coefficient value is 0.124. This means that the higher the work motivation that a teacher has will improve his performance. (3) The influence of leadership style has a direct positive effect on work motivation with a correlation value of 0.233 and a path coefficient value of 0.233. This means that a principal's leadership style that is positively constructive will have an impact on increasing the motivation of the work of the teachers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebut analisis jalur. Survey dilakukan sejak Februari sampai Mei 2019 dengan melibatkan 124 orang guru SMK Negeri Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan uji coba instrument sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan secara acak atau simple random sampling. Temuan dari hasil penelitan sebagai berikut (1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Gaya kepemimpinan yang baik akan memberi pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. (2) Motivasi kerja pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,179 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,124. Hal ini berarti semakin tingginya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki seorang guru akan meningkatkan kinerja. (3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,233 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Hal ini memberi arti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah yang positif membangun akan memberi dampak kepada peningkatan motivasi kerja para guru.
