This study aims to determine whether the director's leadership has a positive effect on increasing the creativity of educators at the Cirebon Maritime Academy. The research method used in this research is quantitative methods to process the data obtained from the research location, which is data in the form of numbers or quantitative data that is raised. The sample used amounted to 266 respondents consisting of all employees who work within the AMC Cirebon and also students who are studying at AMC Cirebon taken with a non-probability sampling technique, namely the method of purposive sampling, because in determining the sample in this study certain criteria are considered. The analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, hypothesis test with partial regression test (t test). Analysis using simple linear regression results Y = 17.057 + 0.463X can be seen that the regression equation shows an influence which is positive from the leadership variable to increase the creativity of educators. The results of the t test have a probability value of sig = 0.000 which is smaller than a probability value of 0.05 or a value of 0.05 0.000 (then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the regression coefficient is significant. The conclusion is that the leadership of the director (X) has a significant effect on increasing creativity of educators (Y). Keywords: Director's Leadership, Improving the Creativity of Educators.

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of private madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) in rural areas in organizing the tahfiz al-qur'an program. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, the Board of Teachers, the Foundation. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview processes and direct documentation is analyzed. The results of the study, it is very important to plan all components of the school in the success of the madrasa superior program, starting from student planning, curriculum, educators and education personnel, finance, and public relations, in planning activities can involve the community as an important element to support the progress of madrasas. Then the role of people's representatives can be used as a relationship or good relationship in advancing Madrasas. In conclusion, Madrasah Ibtidiayah Giriyoso has prepared supporting facilities such as the tahfiz cottage in front of the class, educators and education staff who are fluent and memorized the Koran, the curriculum listed in the learning implementation plan, then establish good relations with the community, especially in supporting school programs. This study aims to determine the implementation of the product of the Bidik Misi scholarship program. This research uses case study qualitative method. The research was conducted at Djuanda University which is a private university in LLDIKTI region IV. Collecting data using interview instruments, questionnaires, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research findings show that the final results of the Bidik Misi scholarship are in accordance with the program objectives, namely increasing student motivation and achievement, increasing student achievement in the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular fields, causing an impact for students and prospective students to always improve achievement and be competitive, and produce graduates who are independent, productive and have social concerns to break the chain of poverty and empower the community. Meanwhile, aspects of increasing access and learning opportunities in higher education, as well as ensuring the continuity of student studies to completion and on time, still need improvement. In conclusion, the Bidikmisi scholarship program has produced graduates who are independent, productive and have social awareness, so that they are able to play a role in efforts to break the poverty chain and empower people in Indonesia. This study aims to determine advertising (X1), sales promotion (X2) personal selling (X3) publicity (X4) direct marketing (X5) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on student decision making choosing Muhammadiyah University Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods, primary data sources through questionnaires, secondary data from information publications and other sources. Questionnaires were distributed to 193 research samples from 2018-2019 students. The results showed that of the five promotion mix variables, there were three variables that partially had a significant effect on student decision making, namely advertising, public relations, and direct marketing variables, while those that had no significant effect were sales promotion and personal selling variables. Simultaneously the promotion mix includes advertising (X1), sales promotion (X2), personal selling (X3), public relations (X4) and direct marketing (X5) have a significant effect on student decision making. This study aimed to know the relationship between transformational leadership, work engagement and work motivation against job satisfaction to enhance the employee performance in one of the public company. The methodology used was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by giving questionnaires to 330 operational employee of public company in Indonesia as a research sample. The results showed that transformational leadership did not have direct influence toward job satisfaction. While, work engagement and work motivation had direct influence toward and could enhance the job satisfaction. Moreover, transformational leadership had direct influence against employee performance. Work motivation did not have any direct influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction had influence on the employee performance enhancement. Therefore, it can be concluded that job satisfaction was influenced by work motivation and work engagement, whereas employee performance was influenced by transformational leadership and job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of locus of control and organizational culture on improving job satisfaction and performance of MTsN teachers in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were MTsN teachers in Pekanbaru and the total sample used was 111 teachers. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS. The results showed that Locus of control had a significant positive effect on teacher satisfaction and performance, while organizational culture only had a significant positive effect on increasing teacher satisfaction but not on teacher performance. This study aims to identify the effect of competence, motivation and work experience on the work productivity of lecturers at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics, Hamzanwadi University, East Lombok, either partially or simultaneously. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational method to ascertain whether there is a bond between 2 or more variables. The population, all lecturers of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics, totaling 32 lecturers. The sampling method utilizes saturated sampling method. Information analysis procedures use descriptive information, information analysis prerequisite test, hypothesis testing. Information analysis of the influence of competence, motivation and work experience on lecturers' work productivity is processed using SPSS16. 0 for windows. The results of the t-test research show that each independent variable, namely competence and work motivation, partially affects positively and significantly, whereas work experience partially does not affect work productivity. The results of the F test research 70% of work productivity is influenced by aspects of competence, motivation and work experience, on the other hand the remaining 30% is described or predicted by other aspects outside the three aspects and other models outside the model. The conclusion is partially that the competence variable is more influential than the motivation and work experience variables on work productivity, but simultaneously the competence, motivation and work experience variables affect the lecturer's work productivity Keywords: Work Productivity, Work Motivation, Work Experience

The purpose of this study was to describe the management of the principal in carrying out planning, implementation, assessment and follow-up of academic supervision at SMA Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and summarizing. Research result; 1) planning for academic supervision has been carried out in accordance with procedures, 2) implementation of academic supervision including methods, media, and classroom management has been carried out properly, 3) assessment of academic supervision includes techniques and procedures that have been carried out with good coaching, 4) follow-up academic supervision including planning, implementation, and assessment, good guidance has been carried out by the school principal. In conclusion, the management of the principal in carrying out academic supervision has gone well in accordance with existing procedures, but in planning and assessing the principal should be able to maintain and even make innovations in conducting academic supervision. This study aims to describes the ability of communication, organizational climate, and work motivation on the create of employee performance in the Yapen Selatan District. The research method used is quantitative research using statistical procedures. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample in this study were 52 employees in the Yapen Selatan District. Multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 22 software is used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the variables of communication and work motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance. While the organizational climate variable has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Communication, organizational climate, and work motivation together have an effect on the performance of South Yapen District employees. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, primary and secondary data sources. Collecting data through field research by means of questionnaires and documentation. As for the population in this study were all employees totaling 232 civil servants. To determine the minimum required sample, the Slovin formula is used. By calculating the sample size, 69 samples were obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a partially positive and significant influence between leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The most dominant factor of leadership style influences employee performance. Leadership and work motivation are in the good category, and this condition should be maintained and improved.
